The next day everyone was looking for Knock Out but we're having no luck in finding him or any of the other missing racers.

Starscream who had spent the entire day searching came to the hospital to see if Ratchet had learned anything about the dead Knock Out lookalike that was in the morge and Ratchet explained that it had been identified as Knockoff a bot who had been notorious for impersonating Knock Out.

After learning this Starscream went back out to continue looking for Knock Out after saying goodbye to Ratchet.

Then the seeker spotted Swindle in an alley and started to move on till he spotted an idom among his merchandise that he had on a table, And the seeker rushed over to the table.

"Where did you get this?!" Starscream demanded holding Knock Out's energon prob that he had picked up off the table in Swindle's face.

"Oh that's just a bobble I come across yesterday." Swindle replied. "I can see your interested.."

"No the truth!" Starscream cut him off seeing through his lie. "This is Knock Out's weapon I know because see in the middle it was welded back together and repaired after it was snapped in half and Knock Out would never throw this away."

"And if you have this you must know where he is now spill!" Starscream hissed.

"I don't know what your talking about I found it laying on the ground." Swindle lied again, But then Blue Jay jumped out of Starscream's subspace and went to a datapad on the table and growled smelling Ransack, Starscream took the datapad before Swindle could stop him, turned it on and looked at it.

"These look like instructions for something." Starscream said as he started scrolling through what was on the datapad. "It says descriptions of speedsters your supposed to convince to race on Velocitron?"

"Yeah you weren't supposed to see that." Swindle told the seeker as he started to use Knock Out's energon prob on him that he had set down to look at the datapad but Starscream dodged and took the weapon back from him having been too fast for him and seeing it coming.

"Ok you know where Knock Out is and are probably working with the one's kidnapping the racers because I'm betting these instructions are from them telling you what kind of bots they want lured to the races." The seeker hissed at him. "Where are they and who's behind this?"

"Look they paid me not to say anything." Swindle explained. "But I might be willing to let it slip for a price."

"Here's your price for every answer I don't like or hesitation to answer I'll brake another idom on this table!" Starscream said darkly as he snapped a scanner in two.

"Hey that's expensive if you don't pay for it and keep that up I'll call the cops!" Swindle threatened.

"Go right ahead I'll be sure to show them this datapad and everything on it." Starscream replied unfazed, And Swindle knew he had been beaten. "Now tell me everything you know about where the racers and Knock Out are being held and who has them or the stuff on this table isn't the only thing I'll brake."

"Ok I'll talk." Swindle gave in and then told the seeker everything.

"You not only left Knock Out and the other racers but you took Knock Out's weapon and agreed to help their kidnappers, Swindle I knew you were a con artist but that's low even for you!" Starscream yelled at him and there was no messing the anger and disgust in the seeker voice, And even Blue Jay was giving him the stink eye.

Then Starscream left with Knock Out's weapon. "So Ransack is behind this no wonder Blue Jay was growling at him, guess bumble puppies are good judges of character." He thought as he took off for the outskirts of Kaon in his jet mode where he had been told was the location where the racers were being held, After sending a message to the others telling them where to go.

Swindle watched the seeker leave and wanted to try to get revenge on him for threatening him, breaking some of his merchandise and possibly costing him a profit, So he put a finger to his com-link.

"Hey Overlord you wanted to find Megatron correct well a certain seeker who might know his location is heading your way and might be useful in helping find him, just send me any parts you salvage form either of them and we'll call it even." Swindle said before hanging up and going about his day.

Meanwhile at the same time Starscream was visiting the hospital and then interrogating Swindle.

Knock Out and the other racers had put together an escape plan.

"Ok so I think I can use my finger torches to get the door to our cell open then I can go around and do the same to the others and I heard Ransack and Overlord leave and say something about a space bridge outside so that gives us time to make our getaway and a means of escaping." Knock Out explained.

"Ok we better hurry because we don't know when they'll get back." Override added.

Then Knock Out transformed his fingers into torches, his only tools or weapons that Ransack and Overlord hadn't deactivated because they didn't know about them, and he started using them to weld through the hinges of the cell door.

After a few minutes the door was off and they were free, Knock Out quickly did the same to the doors of the other cells until everyone was out then all the racers took off for the space bridge.

Knock Out went to the control panel and saw that it was locked in a way that wouldn't let the space bridge open on Cybertron or Velocitron and realized Ransack and Overlord had probably rigged it so just in case he and the other racers escaped they wouldn't be able to bridge to either planet.

"What's wrong?" Asked Moonracer seeing Knock Out had hit a snag with the space bridge controls.

"They locked it so we can't get to Cybertron or Velocitron but they didn't account for Earth so I'm opening the portal near the scrapyard where Bumblebee's team is on Earth and they can send us to Cybertron or Velocitron and we can tell them to arrest Ransack and Overlord." Knock Out explained.

"Good plan." Override agreed then they all took off through the space bridge to Earth that had opened in the woods outside Crown City.

But when Knock Out was about to pass through it he saw Ransack and Overlord who had just gotten back running towards them, This was bad Overlord was a tough bot and could probably single handedly beat all of them even if they had the number advantage, if they got through the space bridge they would just force all of them back through it.

So not being able to think of anything else to do Knock Out decided to make sure the other racers were safe, So he transformed into his alt mode and drove at top speed into the control panel destroying it by hitting it with his vehicle mode, blowing it up on impact and closing the space bridge so they couldn't follow the racers.

Knock Out changed back to his bot mode and shrugged off the damage the small explosion had caused to his frame not liking what it did to his finish but was glad the others had escaped.

"They got away." He smirked at Ransack and Overlord in spite of his situation he saw the fact that all the other kidnapped racers had made it to freedom as a victory.

The next thing Knock Out knew Ransack who was now in a rage punch him hard across the faceplates knocking the Austin Martin to the ground.

Then Overlord yanked him up by the helm as Knock Out struggled to get out of his grip, Then Ransack looked the red medic in the optics and noticed he had energon bleeding from the side of his mouth where he had just punched him, As the red spots car continued to squirm against Overlord's hold on him.

"You ruined everything you stupid excuse for a racer!" Ransack bellowed as he struck Knock Out several more times. "I'll get them back and the Quintessions will have their racers and I'll be the fastest bot on Velocitron, This is only a small set back."

"You won't recapture them they'll get back to Cybertron or Velocitron and tell everyone what you did, And you'll face justice for your crimes, You'll never catch them again their too fast for you." Knock Out quipped then gave a little smile in defiance.

"I don't care how valuable the Quintessions might consider you Knock Out your too much trouble to keep alive, Overlord let's teach this mech a lesson for messing up our plans." Ransack said darkly.

Before Knock Out could process what was going on Overlord was giving him a brutal beat down that ended with him grabbing him by the neckcables and slamming him hard into the ground.

Then Ransack walked over to the now semiconscious Knock Out who could only lay there dazed, beaten and leaking a large amount of energon, Ransack cruelly started breaking the red mech's digits as coolant tears of pain fell from Knock Out's optics.

"Even if by some miracle you survive this I'm going to make sure you can never be a doctor or racer again." Ransack coldly hissed in Knock Out's audio receptors as he continued to damage his servos,

And then had Overlord snapped both his legs while the Austin Martin continued to let out cries of agony.

"Don't worry it's almost over, I just wanna do one more thing." Ransack told the badly injured red spots car in a mocking tone, Then he took out a scanner he had gotten from the medbay and used it to look at Knock Out's x-ray.

Knock Out could only look up at him barley coherent enough to know what was going on, Why was he doing that then Ransack gave him his answer when he took out an energon dagger and stabbed Knock Out in the midsection right where his T-cog was located, And the red mech finally fell unconscious.

Then Ransack had Overlord toss the now barley alive red transformer into a nearby energon mine shaft and left him to die.

Then Overlord received a call from Swindle telling him Starscream was on his way there, But he decided to keep the information to himself knowing how he could wait it out to use the seeker to find Megatron and be rid of Ransack not needing him anymore.
