Ok first order of business, rules. I know they are not fun but I don't want anyone stepping out of bounds with each other and with me.

Rule #1: Be nice to everyone applying and to me. Even if you aren't picked, don't bring your anger and frustration onto the people who were picked.

Rule #2: Don't pressure me into updating. The chapters will be written when they are written. My motivation tends to go brrr a lot so if I disappear from this book for a while, let's just say motivation from me went poof.

Rule #3: You may playfully insult each other's characters but key word there playfully. If you are saying horrible things about one oc and you actually mean it, then your oc will be rewritten out and replaced with a different one. Also you may get blocked and muted if your behavior continues.

Rule #4: If you want a ship between oc's, make sure it's ok with the other person and that you agree with it. If shipping makes you uncomfortable, I will not place that there. If you want the oc's to be flirty with each other, then tell me and I'll place that there.

Rule #5: The deaths and culprits will be randomized via wheel. Also antagonist and support character will be chosen depending on their personality. My own oc will be the protagonist but if the wheel decides to kill them off then I'll make one of yours the new protagonist.

Rule #6: No Mary or Gary Sue's and unbelievable talents. You can have an Ultimate Magician but it has be to like Himiko's talent. Can't have actual magic

Rule#7: Please be diverse in your oc. They can mostly be Japanese if you like but if you want your oc to be a foreign student then that's fine. Please don't make them all girls. Make them boys, demigirls, trans, non-binary etc. And please don't make them blonde with blue eyes that get all the boys. That falls under Rule #6 as well. Make them allies or part of LGBTQIA. Doesn't matter. You can even make them jerks if you like. Just be diverse.

Rule #8: I know we all love fan children but sadly they are not allowed for this specific applyfic. I don't want anyone fighting over ships. So no fan children. Maybe next time if I want to try this again.

Rule #9: Be descriptive with your forms so I know what to write. If I write your oc incorrectly please tell me so I can correct it.
