0-2: Intros and Nintendo
The book throwers hardly paid attention to her as they were more focused on each other. "Let them do what they want. As long as they do it quietly, it's not a big deal," another girl said before almost being hit by a book.

"Hey Chance, you doing okay?"
I woke up from my dream-like trance. "Don't tell me you dozed off again" "Sorry. I just needed a way to think all of this over," I lied. 'Another dream. Is that why that girl screamed in the first one.'
"What did I miss?" "Just more arguing about what to do." "I can see that now," I said, noticing the mob of teens yelling at each other.
"Can we PLEASE introduce ourselves," one the girls finally yelled. "It's getting really confusing."
The fighting stopped. Then a boy with a lily spoke up, "Very well then. How about we all do that then."
We all exchanged looks. 'There's no harm in doing this,' I thought before the boy started speaking again.
"I volunteer to go first. But I do ask that we relax to make this easier."
We all went to different parts of the room. Some of us sitting on the various chairs and couches, others standing by various other furniture pieces. Everyone stood away from the spears that almost killed me, however.
Once we were settled, one of the boys asked how the lily guy was going to introduce himself.
"I was thinking of saying my name and my talent, considering this is the Ultimate Training facility according to the bear."
"My name is Takeo Hamura and I am the ultimate Manager. It is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance." Takeo wore a red and yellow tuxedo, a black tie and had a Gold Ray Lily in his pocket. The further down his jacket, the darker it would get. His black boots seemed to match his tophat, which in turn complemented his dark orange hair. A monocle covered the right of his two green eyes.
"Who wishes to go next then?" he said, fixing his tie. "I'll go Tak!" said the girl who started this. "Please refrain from calling me that."
"Whatever. I'm Hinoka Enchi and I'm the ultimate Pyromaniac. Nice to meetcha all!" she said, her black-tipped, blond hair bouncing. Her black sailor uniform had a red flame pattern, with matching gloves and what looked to be fireproof boots. She appeared to be a bubbly person, as seen through both her energy and the light in her purple eyes.
"I'll go next I guess," said the pink-eyed girl who sat closest to Hinoka. "I am Akii Fujimura, the ultimate Fashion Designer." Her outfit reflected her talent. She wore a black sweater that was covered by a green jacket with a blue ombre. Her jeans bore a similar shade to the blue on her jacket and everything was topped off with a white necklace. Her brown hair had pink highlights that almost matched her eye colour.
"Who's next?" she asked. "Me! I'll go next!" a boy said excitedly. "My name is Henry Rostock. I'm the ultimate Chemist and it's really nice to meet anyone!" This boy reminded me of a puppy with blue eyes and black hair. He wore a lime green t-shirt with black pants. Unlike Akii, whose outfit screamed fashion, the only thing that showed he was a chemist or worked in the field of science, was his lab coat.
"Another scientist. This is going to be interesting," a girl with wavy sea-blue hair remarked. She also wore a lab coat, though it looked too big for her. She wore a grey shirt and faded blue pants underneath it, the latter being also tucked under her light brown boots. "I'm the Ultimate Scientist whose name is Kureijī Yawarakai!" Her face seemed to scare a few people, seeing as she had a large scar on her left blue eye.
"Girl with the cupcakes! You're going next," she yelled. The girl in question just blinked. "I'm Kaida Hisoki, the Ultimate Pastry Chef," she replied monotonously whilst still eating her cupcakes. Her hair was black, fading into a white at the tips and her eyes were a soft maroon. She wore a long-sleeved top, coloured teal, grey and white, and a matching beanie. Her grey shorts were covered by a black and white hoodie tied around her waist, which also partially covered her black, knee-high boots. To finish her look, she wore a black choker and a silver, cross earring in her right ear.
"Ultimate Pastry Chef!" one of the boys squealed. "That means your cupcakes must be legendary," he said running to grab one. "No." she replied, clearly not wanting to share. The boy then whined. "I guess I'm going next then. I am Julius Spencer, the ultimate Fencer," he said. "Unfortunately, I have no experience in making fences though." He had short black hair and green eyes. On his head was a colourful, mainly purple, hat that matched the shirt he was wearing. The shirt was accompanied by blue jeans and a pair of matching sneakers as well as a belt. He also had a fencing sword hanging off said belt.
A hazel-eyed girl just scoffed at his antics, perhaps to ensure she was going next. 'Archer, Cecilia Kioki". Cecilia wore a beige and red school uniform with brown socks and black boots. Her long, wavy brown hair covered what looked to be a brown quiver on her back.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Ms. Kioki," a boy standing beside her said. "It's nice to meet all of you actually. My name is Edgar Carlisle, the ultimate Photographer." His hair was silvery blond, which complemented his green eyes. He wore a white shirt covered by a royal blue jacket. His pants were black and were paired with royal blue shoes. Around his neck hung a professional-looking camera.
"Well darling, it's nice to meet you too," a girl with a grey, messy ponytail said. "My name is Jikochu Shin and I am the Ultimate Ballerina above all else," she continued, smirking. She wore a shimmering blue costume, that reminded me of a picture one of the orphanage kids did of an ice skater. Her eyes were a matching icy blue as well as the ornament holding up her hair.
A boy behind the couch Raios and I were sitting on chuckled. "Multiple talents, eh. You must be insanely idiotic to believe that lie." "How dare you suggest I, a Shin, lied!" The boy had unkempt, short, lightish brown hair and piercing blue eyes. Wearing a cream dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up and pen stuck in his breast pocket, he was extremely short. "Your name has no power here as far as you know. Anyway, anyone can lie." He put his hands in his blue jeans as he smirked. "Name's Kiyodo Owaru for those of you wondering. I'm the ultimate Mathematician".
"Who's next?" "I'll go," said a girl with red ribbons. "My name is Yuriko Oka, the Ultimate Stagehand. It's nice to meet you all!" She has long blond hair, tied up in a ponytail that was held up by her previously mentioned ribbons. Her eyes were light blue, matching her sneakers. She wore a yellow sweater paired up with white pants, that worked seeming well with her thin figure.
The male leaning on the couch Yuriko was sitting on extended his arm out to shake. "Well Yuriko, it's really nice to meet you. Everyone else too. My name is Cal Silver. I am skilled in Psychological manipulation, making me the ultimate Manipulator. If you all don't mind though, please don't ask me to use it." Cal wore a red hoodie, matched with dark green pants. His hair was a similar green and, as one could possibly guess from his name, his eyes were silver.
"Nice to meet you, Cal Silver, my name is Nathan Swift," said a boy who sounded exactly like the other one. "And as some of you may have guessed, my talent has to do with mimicry. I am the ultimate Mimicker!" He had spiky black hair and brown eyes. He was pretty tall and reminded me of a model a kid was obsessed with. He wore a dark orange and blue striped shirt, accompanied by navy jeans.
That just left me and Raios. "You want to first or should I?" my friend asked me. I stared at him in response. "Fine have it your way then. Nice to meet you all. I'm Raios Renako and never talk about my last name." He then glared at everyone, as he usually does. He tends to come off as a scary person, as would anyone with red eyes and black hair, but he's my best friend so I can't judge.
The group continued to stare at him.
"Is there a problem?" he asked after a while of this. "You forgot your talent dude." He blinked twice. "You think I left that out purposely? If we're being honest here, I have no idea what it is or what it could be. I only remember her getting a letter," he said, gesturing to me.
"Wait, we got -?" "Let's ask questions after our last classmate introduces herself," Takeo interrupted Kureijī." "Fine."
"My name is Kana Harukawa, and I am the ultimate Lucky Student despite being cursed with both good and bad."
"Now do you mind answering Kureijī's question, Rai?" "What was it again?" "I never finished in the first place. I was going to ask about the letter you mentioned Kana getting." "Why is that a question? Didn't you all get one?"
The silence that followed answered his question, but he didn't take the hint. "Rai. I never got a letter."
"What! Yes, you did!" "I didn't." "You did and I can tell you exactly what happened." "Enlighten us."
"Well, I remember we took some of the kids to the park-" "You two have kids!" exclaimed Jikochu. We glared at her as he continued.
"As I was saying, when we got back to the orphanage, Miss Torhu was talking to the pink-haired lady with a ringlet. She then congratulated you and gave you a letter of admission to the new Hope's Peak." I looked at him as if he was going insane. "Hey! That's what happened, Chance! I even remember joking about how the kids at school were right about you being like that character on - "
"No spoilers!"
That bear was back and had stopped my friend from speaking. "Guess I have to keep an eye on you Renako." My friend then tried to say something, probably along the lines of 'Don't call me that' but was muffled.
"Why are you back bear thingy," Cal questioned. "First off, I am no bear thingy. I am Monokuma. And secondly, I have a gift for you all."
Then, out of some sort of mystical portal, he pulled out a bunch of Nintendo Switches and threw them at each of us. I caught mine and turned it on, curious about what was on it. To my dismay there weren't any games, instead, they were replaced by tabs. The home page had my name, gender, talent and some other information about myself. To the side were pictures of everyone, which I assumed led to their own bio-pages. The second tab had a map of what looked to the facility we were in. The third, a list of the facility's rules which I could go over later. The fourth tab made me drop my switch.
Again eyes were on me, most of which were looks of annoyance. 'I really need to stop doing this," I thought as I picked it back up. I glanced over at the bear, who bore a weird grin. Reminded me of similar grins I saw when I fell down a large staircase last year.
Looking back at the Monoswitch, blame the startup screen, I saw a video of the orphanage. I clicked play and immediately realized something was wrong. There were a couple of red flags, but the most blatant one was the fact my sister was in it. She's barely been around and, by how old she looks, she shouldn't have even been there. Looking up again, I noticed everyone was staring at their own devices. I also took note of the fact that the bear had left.
"Anyone else freaked out by that thing," someone asked the room. By the expressions on everyone's faces, we all silently agreed.
"As we now have a map now, how about we explore the area and meet back here in an hour?" Cal suggested. A chorus of agreeing students followed.
We all proceeded to leave the building with hopes to end this weird dream.
