Yukino, unlike most socialites, was born into a working class family. She worked hard to earn money for her family, and even made and designed some clothes. She was soon taken in as an intern and such for a local social elite, only doing so to help her family financially.

Working for such a high standing member of society, Yukino used this to her advantage to form connections, and soon had a number. Because of these connections, she began getting invited to events. And in turn she became quite well in high society thanks to her connections, all formed because of her wit and charm.

She began to host her own events, including multiple charity events.

Whereas most socialites are born into high society, Yukino worked to get there and so was given the title of ultimate socialite.
