All All Apologies [2]
[Before we begin, school is starting next week for me. As soon as this is finished, it'll be a lot tougher to upload. Especially since I'm starting Trigonometry...
Fuck school. That shit isn't required, yet they force you to take it— THEN LET ME OPT OUT YOU PULIC SCHOOL BITCH—]
______
I don't have much to say, now days...
I'm pretty sure these events have broken my nonchalant-psyche and made a little less funny. I'll apologize to whoever, I guess.
Anyway, with whatever kinda disclaimer that was out of the way—
You know those Super Mario 64 speed runners? And how they try to beat their PB, or personal best time.
Well, Celestia's murder was my record. And I'm about to beat that shit.
I won't lie, this one might just be easier— depending on the alibis I receive. As of right now, my guess is suicide.
Source: The barricaded door, and lack of a killer still in the room. Or should I say, the only killer in the room?
Anyway. I've got all my clues and shit.
B.T.Dubs, we're in the elevator right now.
Time to Ace Attorney in this bitch.

"Before Kung Fu Bland-a over here begins, I've got some questions." I started with a blank stare.
"Hey—! ...that was kinda clever. Bland because of the monotone, I see what you did there." Monokuma muttered. "I'll excuse your insult. Get started then, Null-y boy!" Monokuma shouted happily.
"Alright. It's a simple question, really." I said before summoning the Codex. "And you're gonna answer. What happened during Ogami's summoning?" I asked, before pointing the Codex at Byakuya. "You're first."
"While true that she summoned me, I wasn't foolish enough to go." Byakuya answered calmly. "Y-Yeah. I skipped out, too!" Hagakure said sweating. "Ha! Really? Then I must've seen your clone. Hagakure here is guilty as hell!" Toko exclaimed, me aiming now at Hagakure. "Y-You saw all that?" Hagakure asked in surprise. I switched my aim to Toko.
"Explain." I ordered. "O-Okay, so~... Ogami wanted to talk to me alone, but I chickened out when I got to the room and I hid in a locker instead. And then, Hagakure hit her with a bottle!" Toko explained. "I h-have no idea what she's talking about!" Hagakure retorted still sweating bullets, me lazily switching my aim at him.
"So, you killed my friend." Asahina declared using the information. "Huh?! No way!" Hagakure said holding up his hands in defense. "You bastard! I hope you go out screaming! What are we waiting for, let's put it to a vote!" Asahina said rushing things. "I agree! I gave you eye-witness testimony telling you how he murdered her with a blow to the head!" Toko said making me dart my aim at her.
"Wrong." I said. "You said he only hit her once. Ogami's head didn't have one injury, it had two. So we aren't done here." I said waving around the Codex. "Yeah! Dude's got a point!" Hagakure agreed. "He does not! Cause I... I meant to say he hit her twice!" Toko said looking away. "Aw, you lying sack of crap— I only hit her once!" Hagakure said leaning over the podium.
"So you admit you attacked her?" Kirigiri asked. "Kinda, yeah... I was afraid she was gonna break me like a breadstick. I panicked and clocked her." Hagakure replied sadly. "Fukawa." Byakuya started. "Oi. I'm the one doing the interrogating." I said to Byakuya. "But go on. I wanna hear the question." I added making Kirigiri face palm. "After Hagakure made good his retreat, what did you do then?" Byakuya asked. "Spare is your staling." Byakuya demanded seeing her reluctance to answer.
"Stop! I don't remember what happened, okay?! Once I was sure Hagakure wasn't coming back, I crept out of the locker. And there she was, glaring at me— blood streaming down her face. And I couldn't handle it! That's when I passed out! Next to the magazines. Try asking her." Toko said before I shot a blank again, Tokyo's body flinching before she reeled back her torso ominously.
"Miss me, bitches?!" Genocider Sho asked. "You weren't summoned for a casual chat. Are you the one who killed Sakura Ogami?" Byakuya asked. "So, this might come as a shock to you, but I don't know jack about what Fukawa did or didn't do! Even if I gave a damn I ain't got access. I was catching up on my beauty sleep when suddenly, someone's shaking me awake! Maybe it's Prince Charming I think— So I'm ready for action. Instead, I get nightmare fuel! Straight out of an Italian slasher flick! Madame roid-rage freaked the crap out of me! I hit her with a bottle and gtfo'd! Hey, she finally got hit on!" Sho informed with a laugh.
"As I thought. Helpful to the case, but not to my ears." I commented shaking my head, before dodging a scissor that would grazed my cheek. "Oi. Watch it, two face." I said with a small glare. "Oh, I like him~." Sho 'whispered', making me shudder, knowing what she does to her victims.
"Enough stalling! Let's put it to a vote already! Well, come on! Let's do this thing!" Asahina shouted. "Quit letting your emotions get the better of you. I'm trying to do my job, and actually find the killer. You're being irrational." I scolded. Asahina glared at me before gritting her teeth and trusting me.
"Anyway. Manslaughter-er, where were you when you hit Ogami?" I asked. "The same place where Fukawa tagged out. I dropped that beast at the magazine rack!" Sho said proudly.
"Wrong again." I responded. "Think for a second. We found her sitting in a chair. If that second hit was at the magazine rack what killed her, then the body being in the chair makes no sense." I said with a shrug. "Why that's rather astute of you. However, there were blood stains on the floor at the base of the rack. Put simply, Sho's testimony is corroborated by the evidence. That is where she attacked Ogami." Byakuya exclaimed.
"No shit, Sherlock. I'm just saying, that blow ain't what killed her. Could you leave the case to me, you know— like usual?" I asked earring a click of his tongue. "Then two questions remain. Who really killed Ogami? And how did they dispatch such a fierce target? Here's the answer to the latter." Byakuya said before holding up a bottle of poison with a skull and labeled with C-9.
"Gimme that, you dumbass." I said walking over and snatching the bottle. I started drinking from the bottle as Byakuya smirked. "It's not poison." I said handing Byakuya the bottle. "Holy crap— I hit the jackpot! Fukawa can I have four-eyes, you're crazier than I am!" Sho said squirming.
"Togami. I'd like to look at that if you don't mind." Kirigiri said as I walked back over to my podium. Byakuya fosses Kirigiri the bottle as I wiped my mouth. "Vitamins taste like fucking tv-static and dust-bunnies..." I commented shaking my head.
Kirigiri opened the bottle and poured out more of its contents. A powdery substance fell onto her hand before she dipped her finger in it. She licked it before nodding towards me.
"Protein. As I thought." Kirigiri stated. "Correct. The poison in that bottle has been replaced with a mere supplement powder. And wasn't there an empty cup meant for supplement drinks on the crime scene floor? I can't possibly imagine what these two facts might imply." Byakuya responded.
"It's all coming together." I mumbled with a smirk.
I just might beat my record! I just need one last thing...
"Basically. Someone slipped the poison into the protein, and vice versa. Putting that poison into the cup would look natural, so there'd be no issue slipping it in and giving it to the victim, right? Right. They'd be none-the-wiser." I explained. "Great sleuthing as usual." Byakuya praised. "That's great an all, but dude. If there was still poison in that bottle, outlook not so good." Hagakure said to me. "Eh. Death is just an escape with risks." I said with a shrug, earning a few frowns.
"Anyway, the prints in the chem lab." I started. "I'd say the killer spilled the protein during the swap. That being said, the footprints were made with sneakers. And I'm wearing boots." I said before looking at Kirigiri. She was wearing boots, Byakuya and Sho wore loafers, Hagakure footflops, and Asahina sneakers. "It was me." Asahina said in disbelief/realization.
"Well if that ain't plot twist i don't know what i—" I was cut off by Kirigiri shooting me glare.
"The poison... and the protein drink... I did it! I killed Sakura Ogami in cold blood!" Asahina exclaimed with tears in her eyes.
"Hagakure. Shut the hell up." I started seeing said sea urchin open his trap. "Togami. We didn't ask for your input." I added with a glare. "Sho. I don't really care." I said waving her off. "Now... Asahina. You gave her the cup, correct?" I asked softly.
"We were in the game room, and Sakura asked me if... if I could get her supplement for her." Asahina started. "... You didn't do it." I said with a smile. "What?" Everyone asked. "You couldn't have, stupid. You wouldn't have been able to leave. You didn't even know it was poison. Sakura Ogami's death, was suicide." I revealed, earning gasps.
"I had to tear the shit out of my hand to enter the room before kicking in the door. If you barricaded the door, you wouldn't have been able to leave. You're lying... aren't you?" I asked. "But I am the killer..." Asahina said lowly, averting her gaze. "Don't be a fool! Asahina confessed to the deed! You're to quit her over an a—" Byakuya started but was cut off by Kirigiri.
"I have some evidence I think you'll find hard to ignore." Kirigiri started. "In fact, you're the one who gave it to me." Kirigiri added. "Am I now?" Byakuya asked. Kirigiri poured out the last of the protein and a piece of glass fell out with the powder.
"Glass. From when I punched the window." I responded. "Yes. Glass from that window somehow made its way into a bottle in the chemistry lab. Bizarre, but the mystery doesn't end there. When we entered the game room, did you notice the arrangement of the broken glass? It should've been on top of the cup, not pinned beneath it. There's something about the bottle of poison and the cup we don't yet know." Kirigiri said.
"Case Closed." I said with a smirk. "The glass got into the bottle, cause it was in the game room to begin with. While we were all looking at Ogami, someone snatched the bottle from the floor, took it back to lab, and then later, slipped back into the game room and slipped in the cup like it had been there the whole time— Not giving the glass a second thought. And that was to throw us off the trail." I explained. "Don't forget. The yellow powder, spilled all over the floor of the lab, was on top of Ogami's feet. She didn't merely walk through the powder once it was on the floor. No, she was there when it fell. Perhaps she was rummaging about for the poison, and knocked over the other bottle in the process." Kirigiri continued. "Which makes her death... suicide." I said again. "The room was locked, because the killer never left. She jammed the door so we couldn't interfere." I added.
"You have no idea! You're wrong! I murdered her so find me guilty! It's my fault damnit— it was me!" Asahina shouted with tears streaming down her face. "Trust me. I wish I was wrong. And it's as I said... death is just an escape with risks." I said staring at her without emotion. "No! This isn't over!" Asahina shouted desperately.
"It is. And I'm sorry..." I replied. "Take it away, Build-a-bitch." I added shaking my head.

"The killer... was Ogami... herself?!" Byakuya said in shock.
"That's right. Hence my warning to you about the eight which emotions carry. And the peril you face when disregarding them." Kirigiri replied. "You see looking out for number one isn't always a person's primary goal. A simple fact that is alien to you. That's why the truth was beyond your grasp." Kirigiri continued. "Asahina's actions make no sense! Tell me is why! Why'd you take such length to hide the cause of death when there's no profit in it?!" Byakuya yelled at Asahina.
"You wanna know? Fine." Asahina said holding out a sheet of paper. "A suicide note." I informed. "She felt so guilty about working for whoever's pulling the bear's strings. But she... she thought maybe you guys would find some compassion in your hearts! But I guess the joke was on her cause you guys don't have any!" Asahina screamed, crying waterfalls. "You treated her like crap— that's why she did it! I know she looked all tough, but she still had feelings! She just wanted us all to be friends! She drank the poison but you drove her to it! You all murdered her! And you deserve to burn in hell!" Asahina yelled.
"And that's why you lied. Death was your escape, and was supposed to be our punishment." I explained.
"Not to ruin the tender moment, but Sakura's real suicide not is up my bum and around the corner!" Monokuma said pulling out his own sheet of paper, shocking everyone. "Then, what's this...?" Asahina asked. "Oh just something I whipped up. Listen good! I'm gonna read the real note in my best Ogami voice." Monokuma said before clearing his throat.
"To my dear, dear Asahina. I never wanted to help our captors, but after they took my families dojo hostage, I had to. But I can't betray my friends any longer, because that's exactly what they are: my friends. You most of all Asahina, you most of all. If I die by my own hand, then there will no longer be any reason left for discord. My life is a fair price to pay if it means the murders will come to an end. I do this for the sake of all of you, whom I consider to be my friends. Forgive me, Asahina. Live through these dark times, all of you. I want you all to survive." Monokuma read. "What a sweetie she was!" He added.
"You're saying Sakura killed herself... to try and end all of this murder? No! No!" Asahina shouted covering her mouth.
"Might've worked to if you hadn't sqautered all that good will trying to off everybody. I guess she died for nothin'. Tough diddilie-weets!" Monokuma said making me grit my teeth.
"It wasn't for nothing. She gave her life cause she believed in something. She believed in all of us— and I'm not letting her trust go to waste. I'm getting us out of here. No more deaths, failures, and disappointments. You hear me, you cowardice bitch behind the bear? Don't let me see your face, cause mine'll be the last one you see." I said starting to cry. I closed my eyes before slamming the down on the podium. "I take that back. Cause if I did kill you, I'd be no better. But trust me, you won't like when we meet." I said with a glare, my eyes starting to burn.
"Mic drop, bruh. I'm with you." Hagakure added. "What the what?" Monokuma asked. "Monokuma. Your game no longer holds any appeal, so I quit." Byakuya added. "Huh?" Monokuma asked. "Don't worry. You'll still get your fix. We'll send someone to the gallows alright. You don't mind if it's your boss, do you?" Byakuya asked smugly. "The hell's gotten into you snots?!" Monokuma asked fuming. "I'm out, too. I only played cause of the shorty~." Sho said still squirming.
"Well, still wanna tell us Ogami's death served no purpose?" Kirigiri asked. "Bah! Screw you guys! It's punishment time! You and your kumbaya talk ain't gonna rain on my parade!" Monokuma started. "Wait..." I muttered in shock. "No... no, no!" I shouted in fear. "We've got a special victim! Let's bring him out!" Monokuma said slamming a mallet into a button.

[ Apologies, Wattpad's YouTube Video addition has been down for weeks. I'm pretty sure I haven't been able to do this in three weeks. Anyway, I'll just explain the death.
The victim Monokuma mentioned, was Alter Ego, or more so the laptop he resided in. The laptop was pummeled by the bucket of a excavator. After it's thrashing, it was molded into a sphere of metal, before a Monokuma face was placed on it.
Sorry, about that. Since were nearing the end of Season 1, you're only missing the OP and ED after this chapter. I kinda just said something there if you catch my drift.
Let's continue, shall we? ]

"Damnit..." I muttered on my knees as Monokuma laughed behind us.
"I crushed his candy-ass! Get it?!" He asked.
"I'm correct to assume you knew then? What he was up to?" Kirigiri asked. "Duh! You didn't really think I wouldn't notice him snooping, right? So, how 'bout I read you more from Ogami's suicide note. Literacy-ho!" Monokuma cheered.
"Know this, our captor has altered our very minds in order to— Huh?! Woah! Almost dropped a big ol' spoiler bomb on you there" Monokuma said in relief. "Hey... she's gonna strike back?" Monokuma asked making Kirigiri shift her gaze towards him. "Nah, Whatever." Monokuma said before laughing hysterically.
I balled my fists with enough force for my nails to dig into my skin, and draw blood. I looked at the blood on my hands before chuckling.
This feels like a familiar sight. Only difference? Is that I don't think it was my blood.

Asahina was apologizing to everyone but I was ignoring it.
Now, I'm not upset. Her method of escape is the same one I desire. But... past people's wishes and beliefs cause me to keep fighting.
Honestly, I'm not really emo. I'm depressed. And before you start the— 'Oh here we go again! Another bitchy emo protag who wants to die.' You're damn right. I'd love to swap places with the zoomer who thinks that, see how it feels to be in this stressful ass position.
The hell am I talking about, no ones listening.
Wink? Wink.
Hotel? Trivag—

I was sleeping in bed. Suddenly, I felt someone shake my arm. I turned over with a groan before swatting them away. I heard a sigh before feeling a smack to my cheek.
I growled a bit before pulling the covers over myself. I heard them growl as well before pulling the covers off enough, to smack my face.
"What the hell?! It's fucking Midnight! Fuck off!" I shouted.
"Get up, idiot." I heard Kirigiri say.
I immediately sat up only to be stopped by her hand. I looked forward and saw her kneeling over me from on my bed.
"What the hell led to this?" I asked looking up at her. "Shut up, you wouldn't wake up and turned away. Degenerate." Kirigiri said glaring at me a bit. "Hey, I'm not picky. You wanna be top, that's fi—" I started but Kirigiri covered my mouth and reeled back her other hand. I grabbed her wrist, stopping her from punching me and attempted to pull her hand off my mouth.
"Stop resisting." She ordered as I began tapping the bed. She looked at my frantic tapping and reluctantly pulled her hand off of my mouth. I took a deep breath before panting.
"What kinda foreplay is this?!" I asked before she glared at me again. "Kidding! Kidding!" I shouted but it was too late. Kirigiri has already socked me in the jaw. "Ow! That fucking hurt..." I whined holding my chin. "Can you shut up and listen?! This is important!" She shouted back. "Fine. Fine. Go ahead." I said still rubbing my chin.
"I'll be waiting in the computer lab on the fourth floor." Kirigiri said sitting up in a... dangerous area. But that didn't matter. My self-control is astronomical. "Wait. That's all you had to say? Seriously?!" I asked.
"This would've been a lot easier had you not thought negatively, and woken up on the first few attempts. You're so difficult..." Kirigiri said pinching the bridge of her nose. "You know you love me. Anyway, I'll see you in a few. I need to get ready." I said rubbing my nape.
Kirigiri got off of my crotch and left the room.
Phew! I don't need to get ready, I need to suppress the incoming boner.
After a minute, I grabbed my pants and slipped them on before leaving for the fourth floor.
•
I made it to the Computer Lab, but the door was locked.
"I swear to god if this was a prank for my jokes, I'll give her the vitamin D she needs." I said with a sigh.
"Oh-ho-ho!" I heard a laugh behind me. I spun on my heel and attempted to roundhouse kick whoever it was but realized my target was... smaller than me?
"Monokuma?" I asked. "Yuppers! In the fles— wait a minute! It's 3 in the damn morning, kid!" Monokuma started but Kirigiri appeared.
"Am I interrupting something?" She asked. "Finally." I said with a sigh. "You're up, too?! Go the F to sleep!" Monokuma shouted. "Very well. Null, walk me back." Kirigiri ordered. "Don't mind if I do." I said with a yawn before linking my arm with hers, and leaving the scene.
We made it to the stairwell and I unlinked my arm.
"Alright, what's with the goose chase?" I asked as we walked. "There's another student. Lurking in the shadows. Someone writhing this building." Kirigiri whispered in my ear. "There's a Super High School Level Despair, named Mukuro Ikusaba." She revealed.
"Neat." I replied.
