(All of this was written and found by my fellow God Of Playful Chaos, -Hopeful_Nurse- )

The theory states that Kiibo was mentally, physically, psychologically, and sexually abused by Professor Iidabashi. Evidence?

1. Okay, let's start with Professer Iidabashi in general. He's a side character with no development. No set look, no set age, no set personality. Now, with Korekiyo's sister, we don't get a cannon name for here but we do get her age, look, and personality. (She looks like Kiyo, roughly older than Kiyo, and she's a manipulative abuser.) While with Iidabashi? Just a name. He has NO CHARACTER DEVELPMONT. (Also, Kiibo says he considers Iidabashi  a father, then calls him professor)

2. Professor Iidabashi's possible bipolar disorder. It would explain a lot. Like how some parts of Iidabashi seem horrible and some parts seem good. Lines like, "I could never face the Professor if my armor was damaged." Or, "I've never experienced actual love."  Would explain the anger triggers and lines where he says good things about him explain his kind triggers. And the lines where Kiibo says the Professor hates him is just when the Professor just gets really sadistic and cruel.  That was why Kiibo was meant for Iidabashi's research, but was still hurt anyways.

3.Kiibo's past is hidden so sneakily. Yes it's, "said" but never actually "said". (DivineStar: Kinda like Mikan's.)  His past is just, "I didn't feel many emotions. Then I malfunctioned and attacked my professor, died, and got emotions." Did I mention I don't remember any of this happening?" Meaning his actual past isn't ever shared. And Kodaka has in fact hidden pasts that are, "too dark". Example? Kiyotaka Ishimaru.

4. Now, I'm going to compare Taka and Kiibo
-Both are attentive and have a following rules thing.
-Both are quick to call out people for bullying.
-Both are used for some sort of comedic relief.
-Both's parents are only mentioned once, never any details on their past. (Divine's Boi Taka has a pat that is confirmed to be "too dark" for DR. Kiibo's isn't mentioned likely for the same reason.)
The only difference is their voice and looks, honestly.

5. I don't think I added the fact that Kiibo may think the Professor hates him, not for attacking him, but for leaving home while he was in the killing game for not being able to go on with the "maintenance".

6. I'm gonna talk about the possible stereotype that that made Kiibo's past highly ignored. "Men can't be sexually abused." Iidabashi was a smart man I believe, he could have used societies stereotypes. Another thing, if gone to court, he could have easily said, "He's a sex bot", and get out. Now that he's being developed for his research AND sex, he's technically a sex bot.

7. His friendship with Miu. If you haven't heard the song "Gomenne Gomenne" (It's release date is the same as Kiibo's birthday. Strange, huh?) The main character is manipulated to believe rape=love. Miu's harrasment is most likely seen as love to him, causing him to stay.

8. Comparing Iidabashi and Kiibo's relationship to Kimi Wa Dekinai Ko: The mother verbally abuses the child, but still loves him dearly, and is devastated when the child commits suicide/leaves her. This could easily be turned into: Iidabashi verbally abusing Kiibo, but still loving him and Iidabashi being devastated when Kiibo leaves for the killing game.

9. Comparing Kiibo and Iidabashi's relationship to Gomenne Gomenne: the dad is sexually abusing the girl. With metaphors such as "eating" and "drinking." which could be turned to oral and or vaginal sex. Until a "big brother" comes and takes her away and they both fall in love with each other. But when the "big brother" isn't sexually assaulting her, she can't bring herself to think he loves her so she goes home, to which she's assaulted to death. This could be turned into: Iidabashi sexually abusing Kiibo with metaphors such as "maintenance" which could be turned to rape. Until a big brother (if turned into ingame, Shuichi could be compared to the "big brother", only wanting to help Kiibo) comes and takes him away and they both fall in love with but when the "big brother" isn't sexually assaulting Kiibo, he can;t bring himself to think that Shuichi loves him. And goes home. (Ingame this could be seen as Kiibo liking Miu more than Shuichi because of how she is) to which he is assaulted into passing outm then put into the space ark of the killing game. (Both Gomenne Gomenne and Kimi Wa Dankinai Ko are Kikou songs)

10. His Love Hotel Event. Holding hands could be a trigger, that's why he wanted to stay doing s handshake. Iidabashi could've taken him places that way. Not to mention he was WAY more suggestive when he was lying. He wanted to feel loved. If we lied and said we loved him I'm sure he would have requested sexual assault upon himself. (Remember the Gomenne Gomenne line, "he took my hand and held it tight"?)

11. His behaviour in general. He can't show many signs of abuse, thanks to being a robot. Proving Iidabashi a smart man, but behaviour wise it's a bit obvious. I feel like I've gone over his behaviour but the way he's so quick to shut down Kokichi is just- I don't know man. If he truly believes rape/abuse=Love then he shuts down Kokichi beacause he doesn't want his love/it's too soon for that.

12. His thoughts. Kiibo saytime and time again that he is just a robot. He also thinks "highly" of himself by talking about his features. I believe he talks about it to get away from the abuse, I mean, so people don't find out. Kiibo likely believes "love" is private, and can't be shared with others. (This is backed up by what I said before, about how Iidabashi had never assigned a personality, and how Shuichi is the only person he could talk to about love, since he love him. This is a contradict however by his relationship with Miu. I don't know if he talked about it with her or not, I forgot)

13. How weak he is. The emotionless Kiibo possibly wasn;t manipulated or fooled, attacking the professor, )because of trying to rape him) and the professor shut him down, weakening him and making him way more easily fooled/manipulated. He could also be weaj from all the rape and pain, just causing his body to decay.

14. The fact that he can't sing. (DivineStar: HE CAN'T SING FOR S H I T !) That fact was completely random, and uneeded. This doesn't help to do anything with his development whatsoever. This may be Kodaka's way of showing abuse, seeing as a lot of oral sex would make it really hard for him to sing.

15. The fact that he can just heal overnight without any maintenance. Like, all he needs is a good night rest and he'll be better. This means no matter how many times he's been assaulted or beaten he can just rest and he'll be better in the morning. Making him able to attened school like nothing had happened.

16. How Kiibo was apparently 'talk' like he was above all of his friends. That means Iidabashi talks as if he's above him, and Kiibo, (loving Shuichi) believes that Shuichi and he are equals cuz he has not yet preformed maintenance on him.

17. Back to the love hotel! Kiibo says he's lying about actually loving Shuichi for the first time. The real lie is telling Shuichi he only loved him the second time. Since Shuichi disagreed to preform maintenance on him Kiibo think Shuichi doesn't love/care for him, and he tries to oull himself away.

18.Kiibo isn't allowed to have long exposure to sunlight. (DivineStar: Like a vampire!)  This would have to cause him to go to school, come straight home, and possibly keep all the windows closed in the house at all times. That's possibly Iidabashi's way of making sure Kiibo can't leave without being affected.

19. His battery life. It lasts a full week, but, if he truly was supposed to be a robot more human than any other robot, he would be able to charge every night. Well, maybe his battery power goes down during any form of sexual contact/maintenance. So, he would have to charge every night, but the week long battery power would help him say awake long enough.

20. How he didn't say anything to Kokichi after Kokichi punched him in chapter 4. He stayed pretty silent, I'm pretty sure at least. (I might add this one if I'm right about him staying silent.) I mean, I surely wouldn't say anything after someone hurt me/brought back some PTSD realted memories.
