Akeno has golden blonde hair, pale skin, and aqua blue eyes. She stands at 5'7.

Akeno's a total tsundere and you know what that means, she's quite blunt, snappy, and rude. She's a very devoted person and is quite serious when it comes down to it since she specializes in investigating and psychology. She's skillful and is quite easily flustered but she doesn't let it get in the way. She's pretty stubborn and typically acts nonchalant. Despite being tsundere, she's very outgoing, talkative, and she'll always speak what's on her mind, much like Yusa. She's quite dark too, though she only lets it show during investigation and during the trials. She's intelligent too, which is quite obvious.

Akeno, due to her talent which had been recognized by many in the industry, had let her become an investigator even though she was underage for it, she was put on a case of a murder of a family. She found out the culprit and knew it was them, but that person happened to be someone from her childhood, and so, she let them go and accused someone who was innocent and they were locked up instead, she's regretted it since the one she let go ended up continuing crime and they had never even been that close.

Akeno finds herself in a crime scene, and so she'll have to investigate though the body below her is a replica of herself. Nervously, she looks around before finding a file often found in an office, she opens up and finds personal information and stats on the mastermind, they are the culprit, though before she can say anything or do anything, a rope comes down from the ceiling and a noose finds its way around her neck and she's hefted up. In the process though, she drops the file and Monokuma comes out and closes it and takes it away as Akeno is left struggling before she eventually dies by hanging/suffocation.

Akeno grew up in a very wealthy family and in a mansion, she was able to attend the best schools and she was one who was intrigued with psychology and detective work. So she strove for those, one day, her parents were murdered, which also helped to motivate her to find out who had done it. She was never able to, which was her worst fault, that was the only case she hadn't been able to solve herself, and no one else could either. She then let that one person off the hook because she used to care for them when she was younger, that, she regrets as they still commit crime and she's been aware, but she won't tarnish her reputation and say the truth as it could ruin her career.
