Ch1: I used to be as innocent as you (Daily Life pt1)
With those words, MonoHum disappeared and we all simultaneously went to the food court. It looked rather new and I could smell fresh food coming from different stalls.
There were multiple different options like Chinese, Japanese, American, Mexican, Italian etc.
But I wasn't feeling very hungry though. Not with what we were told.
We all just sat around the tables, not making eye contact with each other. I just clasp my hands together and stared at my fingers.
What to do...? I wondered.
Eventually...
"We can't keep on moping like this. We have to do something about our situation," Joel stated.
"We can't! We're f*cking stuck here!" Cartman snapped.
"Have some faith. Moping around won't do us any good," Ally pointed out.
"That's so true! We have to be positive," Sparks added on.
Some people seemed to agree with this.
"So...what do we do now exactly?" I asked.
"Well we need to map out the place. It's best to be familiar with our surroundings and hopefully find an exit," Joel explained, taking leadership.
"But didn't that bird say that there was no way out? Or at least he implied it?" Huxley pointed out.
"That's why I said hopefully. It may not be a guarantee but the chances are never zero," Joel explained.
"I think I like our odds. 16 of us versus one bird. What could possibly go wrong?" Arataka asked.
"Many things. Many things," Charlie stated.
"How about this? Let's split up into groups to explore this place. I suggest groups of four so we'll have four groups in total," Circus Baby suggested.
"That's not a bad idea but how will we split the groups?" Eddie asked.
"We can number ourselves off. Like I'm one, someone else is two, other is three and the last one is four," Tamaki suggested.
"Sure let's do that," Tenma shrugged.
"Since Tamaki suggested it, should he number us off?" Karin asked.
"Yeah, let's let the fella number us off," Deets said.
"Ok, Tamaki. Choose wisely," Joel said.
"You can count on me!" Tamaki cheered.

"Ok whoever is a one should go together. Twos same thing. Threes as well. Fours, follow me!" Tamaki stated and walked off with Sparks, Tabby and Huxley, while Sparks was holding him, followed the blond teen.
"Alright, ones. Let's go," Joel said and walked off with Circus Baby, Eddie, and Deets following him.
"I guess threes follow me?" Ally stated and walked off with Karin, Cartman and Arataka following her.
"Come on two losers," Twyla strutting away with Charlie, Tenma and I following her.
I feel like Twyla shouldn't be in charge of our group but I kept my mouth shut for now.
We arrived at Nihachu'sBakery and Twyla wrinkled her nose at it.
"There's a horrific smell in there. I pity the person who got stuck there," she said with no pity in her voice.
I looked everywhere but there and prayed that Twyla didn't notice that I wasn't looking.
"Just to check, we all woke up in stores right?" Tenma asked.
"Yep. Weird place to put someone in," Charlie noted.
"The one thing that I noticed is that the lockers seemed new and out of place there. Like someone brought new lockers and place them in abandoned shops," I explained.
"Hmmm, didn't thought of that," Tenma murmured.
"Move it b*tches!" Twyla shoved us from behind. When did she get behind us?
"Christ, you're a crazy b*tch," Charlie said before asking, "quick question, how old are you?"
"If you ever think on hitting on me, I will tear out your balls and staple them on the ceiling," Twyla snapped, keeping her cold exterior.
Charlie stepped back behind me and just stood there awkwardly before saying, "Not the first time someone threatened my balls."
I didn't even want to know what he means by that.
"Let's go explore some more," Tenma stated. He seemed like he wanted to move on from this conversation and I agreed with him.
"Yeah, let's go," I started to lead them away from the bakery but suddenly I fell front face on the floor.
I looked up to see Twyla walking away, looking like she was leading the group.
"Sorry kid but she tripped you," Charlie held his hand out to help me up.
"Rude," I muttered under my breath.
As I stated before, I had a feeling that Twyla shouldn't be leading our group.
A/N: hello it's been a while. I just didn't know what to do for this. Eventually ideas came and this chapter is the result of that. Also shorter chapter this time.
Yeah the whole numbers thing is an actual thing that my teachers do sometimes to pair us off into groups for work. I haven't particularly seen anyone in fanfics use this method so I thought I'd just place this here.
Guess who's an up and coming antagonist >_0
