Now before we begin, let me explain this AU! This AU is where Izuru and Hajime are twins!
This bond between the two are completely platonic!!
It's just some wholesome sibling-comfort

Now with that out of the way, let's get to the Oneshot!~

Ahh.. Jabberwock Island.
Class 77-B all agreed to go there to help them find, "hope" according to the future foundation. They weren't show how this would work but they all agreed none the less.
The future foundation stated that they have a week to get used to the island before the program begins so now would be the time to have some fun and get used to the island!!
However, having "fun" on this new island was hard for some of the class.. they couldn't leave behind what had happened before they came on the boat, so..

Some of them took part in Age regression to cope. One of the future foundation members recommended it for some who were to for it, and most of them decided to give it a shot, and some even agreed to help with whomever wants to take part of it.
Kazuichi, Fuyuhiko, Sonia, Akane, and Mikan, and Hiyoko are all of the people who used age regression to cope, and Gundham, Peko, Nekomaru, Ibuki, Mahiru, Hajime, Teruteru, and Izuru are all of the ones who decided to help with it!
For the past few days they have been content living on this island together.. almost like a family!

But.. Izuru.. he desired to be taking cared for as well.
Seeing as they have multiple talents they thought they'd be able to help with anything the little ones needed! And he loves helping take care of them too.. it's just..
He never confronts to anyone with how they really feels, or that he wants to be taken cared for, he just does it on his own.
It wasn't the best option, but he didn't really wanna say anything about this to anyone..

However, perhaps someone already had taken the clue.

~Current Time~

The Hinata Twins we're watching over Kazuichi for today since his usual caretaker, Gundham, was unavailable at the time. Being the kind people they are they decided to help!
Right now Kazuichi was playing with some cars, making 'broom' noises as he moved them around the carpet. Izuru was watching over him while Hajime was making a snack.

"Bwwooommm!!"
Kazuichi made the car go super duper fast, he imagined that he had made the fastest car ever!
Izuru couldn't help but smile at this.. but something in them was telling to play with the toy as well.
He knew why but.. why now? Of all times?!

"..Would you mind if I.. perhaps joined you?"
Izuru mumbled, Kazuichi gasped.

"Yayy!! Sure!"
Kazuichi grabbed another car from behind him and handed it to Izuru, "I be the pink one, you get thwis one!"
It was a black and white car, it has cute paw prints on it!

"Okay! Now you move it wike this."
The mechanic demonstrated how to make the car move back and forth, he wanted to make sure Izuru knew how to play just like him!
Timidly Izuru moved the car back and forth in a slow motion,
"Is this how you do it..?"

"Mhm!! Bwut you gotta move it faster!!"

Izuru and Kazuichi both played with the cars together, Izuru for the first time, they didn't feel lonely like they usually did..
He was having.. fun!!

"Alright, the snack is done-"
Hajime came in the small room with the two, and was confused by the sight.
Izuru really seemed interested in the cars.. usually, he woudnt want anything to do with those kinds of things.

'why would I want to take part of something so.. *sigh* .. I'm just here to help.'

So to see them change their mind that fast confused Hajime,
"Finally decided to lighten up, huh?"

Izuru in shock turned over and stood up immediately,
"Um- I.. Hajime-"

..
"I-I'm gonna go.. I promised I'd help with something else..!!"
Embarrassed Izuru ran out of the dorm without another word, leaving Kazuichi and Hajime confused, mainly Kazuichi.
"Why dwid Izu leave?"

"..I dunno.. but, I'll check up on him later bud."

~TimeSkip~

"I appreciate for looking after the dark prince,"
Gundham smiled at Hajime, "I am in your debt.."

"No no, it's fine Gundham. It was no problem."
He nervously chuckled, making his way to the door.
With their final waves goodbye Hajime walked out of Kazuichi and Gundham's shared room then sighed.
"Now.. time to check up on Izuru."
Since they were twins the future foundation put them in the same bedroom, convenient but also not too convenient at times.

With only a few more steps to go Hajime arrived at the shared dorm he stayed in, turning the knob he entered into the room, and saw his twin just laying there in bed.. they looked defeated.
"..I'm back."
Hajime announced, setting his thing on the floor and shutting the doors.

"I don't want to talk about what happen with Kazuichi if that's what your gonna get at.. it's better left with nothing said.."
Izuru blurted, catching Hajime a small bit of guard.. but he had a goal he was gonna fulfill!

"Listen, we don't gotta talk about it for long I just.. wanna make sure I got this right."

"Hm? What are you-"

"Why didn't you tell me your an age regressor Izuru?"

Izuru' head perked up from the bed, with a look of shock on his face.
...

...
The they started to laugh..? Was this really the time to laugh?
"Just because I played with a toy once? That's your only lead-"

"No.. it isn't, Izuru."
Hajime stopped Izuru from speaking, "It's not that im trying to assume things based on your actions.. is that I genuinely care and.. I wanna make sure your not trying to cope alone."

"But.. if you need me to I guess, you have been.."

~Flashbacks~

"Age regression is.. meaningless for someone like me. I don't need to try it to know."

"Maybe.. it's not that bad?"

"No.. no!! I don't need it!"

~~~End~~~

"I feel like you been curious to what it consists of.. and I'm just curious if you've been yknow, regressing or not."
Hajime sighed, "But.. I'm sorry for snooping in your business like that.. I guess it was insensitive of me to do.."

"..No.. I get it now.."

Izuru fully gotten up and sat up on the bed, looking down.. he didn't really want to face his brother right now eye to eye..
"I.. appreciate you for trying to care for me, I really do.. and if you must know."

"I do take part in age regression too.. but please keep this underwraps, I don't want any body to know.. nor do I really want to regress."

"I have all talents, I'm supposed to help people with those talents, not use them for myself.."

...

"So I-"

Without any other words Izuru was brought into a hug from his brother.. his embrace was tight and loving, they haven't hugged like this in a long time.. he kinda missed things like these.

"Izuru.. as your brother you should know damn well if he willing to help you in anyway I could if you ever regress. You look after me so many times.. let me return the favor, Izuru.."

"It doesn't matter if you have every talent, you have needs too Izuru.. everyone does and you shouldn't feel ashamed of it.."

"J-jeez.. Hajime.. you really do care too much.."

Izuru hugged Hajime back, returning the warm embrace.

"...Thank you for caring.. Hajime."
