I woke up suddenly and checked the time on the clock.

It was one in the afternoon.

It felt like it would have be way later.

Hmmmm, this motive didn't take that long. I wonder...

Wait!

I got up suddenly. I was alone.

Alone...

Where did Toshino go?

I rushed out of my room in a hurry.

I swear he was just sleeping in my room a while ago. Ugh, maybe I shouldn't have fallen asleep after all, I thought.

Deep in my thoughts, I didn't notice who was in my path until I literally bumped into them.

"Ah!"

I fell backwards.

"Oh I'm so so sorry about that! I was in a hurry sorry," Sora said.

"It's alright," I muttered.

I heard Sora run off in a hurry.

Where was she running to? I thought.

"O-oh hello K-Kuro," a voice behind me said.

I turned around to see Hirohito.

"Hey Hirohito, what are you up to?" I asked, my voice coming out sharply than I needed it to be.

He flinched, most likely due to how sharp my words came out to be.

I muttered an apology to him.

What's wrong with me? I asked. I had no reason to be sharp with him.

"Well I-I just wanted to say th-that h-have you seen Kazuno and Sora? Th-they were together watching J-Jun because A-Amy bailed o-out on watching him w-with Sora together?" Hirohito asked.

"Well Sora just passed me and I don't know where Kazuno is," I said, gesturing to where Sora went.

"Ah. Th-thank you," Hirohito said and went in that direction.

I continued my search for Toshino.

I went to the hallway where half of the labs were, didn't see him nor his own lab and left the hallway.

I went to the gym and searched for him and even went to the other half of the first floor.

Nothing...

Although I did see Robin entering the sauna.

Should I follow him?

"What are you doing?" A voice from behind me asked.

I jumped and whirled around to see Toshino standing there with a confused and tired expression.

"Oh thank god. I was just looking for you," I sighed.

He hummed at this.

Wait...

"You changed back," I noted.

"Huh, you got it more quickly than Sora and Hirohito," Toshino said.

"Wait you bumped into them?" I asked.

"Yeah something about Sora losing Kazuno when she went to the bathroom or something and now they are searching for her. Dunno something like that," Toshino explained.

"I see," I awkwardly chuckled and scratched the back of my head.

Oh no!

"Eh? Your face went pale all of a sudden," Toshino said.

"If you turned back to your regular self, then the others must have. But that could only mean...," I explained.

"Explain what?" Toshino asked.

"F*cking hell!" I cried.

"Whoa what the hell? What's up?" Toshino asked.

Just then, Robin came out of the sauna and spotted us.

He rose an eyebrow.

"What's going on here and why did Kuro just cried out?" He asked.

Toshino shrugged.

"Toshino turned back to his regular self and the others who were affected did too...probably not sure yet but that can only mean one thing!" I explained.

...

"Someone's dead," Robin finished for me.

...

"That turned dark real quick," Toshino noted.

"We got to tell the others!" I said and ran off to see if I could find anyone.

I ran past the dining room where Toshiaki and Kana were chatting but both had a concern look on their face.

Kana seemed normal.

I went up to the second floor.

Ichigo and Yuki were pacing around outside of the arcade nervously.

"Oh Tami~chan! You're here!" Ichigo perked up.

"Are you back to your normal self?" I asked, panting.

"Yeah, Yuki~chan and I were going to play some games at the arcade when we got there, I turned back to normal suddenly," she explained.

"Which means someone died," Yuki added on.

"But sh*t! Who is it?" I cried, pulling my hair.

"Whoa! Don't do that Tami~chan, just take a few deep breaths. We'll figure it out together," Ichigo said, trying to sound calm.

I heard someone coming up the stairs and saw that it was Sora.

"All of you! You have to see this," she said, her eyes were filled with tears.

Then...

It came...

Ding Dong Bing Bong!

"Hoohoo~ a body has been discovered! Please head to the non binary under construction bathroom to begin your investigation," Monkomi explained from a screen and disappeared.

...

No....

THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!

NOT AGAIN!

"Oh no...not another one," Yuki covered his mouth in horror.

"He...he didn't say who it was," Ichigo said.

"I have seen the body but....it's best if you all see it," Sora said.

...

We followed her to the other half of the first floor and into the non binary bathroom.

There she was....
