It took a while but we eventually found the last group.

"There's a sauna here?" Ichigo asked.

"That's interesting," Toshino muttered.

"Let's just go in and see what the group is up to," I said.

They nodded and we walked in.

My first thought when I entered in was how humid it was.

Is someone using it? I thought.

"Alright split up and talk to each member of the group. I'm sure that they have something important to say," Toshino said.

"Ohhhh....kay then?" I said, looking confused.

Well if he's saying it then I suppose he really wants to get this over with, I thought.

I walked up to the boxer. He was fanning his face with his hand. Guess having a sweater on in a warm and wet place wouldn't be a good idea.

"So bad idea wearing a sweater here?" I asked.

"Yeah but I don't have anything else to wear. All of our wardrobe is just copies of the same clothes," he pointed out.

"Hmm. So anyway, wonder why is it so humid here?" I asked.

"It's been like that since we got here to explore it. It's a possibility that someone might have used it before we got here," Jun replied.

"Maybe...," I muttered.

All this talk about people being here before us...it seems to...easy to point out. Everything that has happened, happens very complicated. The trials, the murders, the motives, how we even got here. It seems like that theory is the only easy piece to put together...

So why do I feel so uneasy?

"Uh Kuro? You there? Earth to Kuro?" Jun asked, waving his hand in front of me.

"Huh? O-oh um sorry for zoning out on you like that," I apologized.

"It's ok. I think we're all used to that since you stay quiet for an extremely long time during the trials before showing the evidence to us," Jun explained.

"Really? I never think of myself like that during the trials. It's probably because of my deep thinking," I explained.

"You definitely seem like the deep thinker to me," he said.

"Well all I know is that this new room is huge! I actually found something interesting," he gestured me to this corner.

He bend down and pulled aside a rug.

There was a trapdoor there, locked.

"Just like the one where the stage is. Or at least that's what Robin said. Apparently this is where the mastermind is or the entrance on where they could be," Jun speculated.

"Hmm, only one problem though. It's locked up with chains and well...a lock," I pointed out.

"Man if only we had an Ultimate LockPicker or someone who can lockpick," Jun sighed.

So another trap door here? Interesting. We haven't seen that in a while, I thought.

I explained the theory to him.

"Hmm. Going back to what I said before, maybe someone used this before us. It's a possibility that the person here before us was the mastermind themselves. Maybe we stumbled upon something that we shouldn't have stumbled upon and they knocked us out and dragged us here so we could kill each other. I'm not sure why and what though," Jun explained.

"That's an interesting theory," I said.

"Well...I guess that makes sense," I said.

"I wonder who will use the sauna though," Toshiaki muttered.

"How in every single room, there is a security camera but in here, there isn't any," I explained.

"I think that it's possible that if we want to discuss any plans to escape or take down the mastermind, we discuss them here. Where there are no cameras," I said.

"Huh. You're right. But we have to be extra careful because the mastermind could be listening in on us through the trapdoor so we might wanna lower our voices if we want to discuss something," Toshiaki explained, sounding very quiet which was unusual for him.

Guess even he knows how important it is to stay quiet in a life or death situation, I thought.

"I don't even like the quiet but it's probably the only way that we might survive without our plans being messed up," Toshiaki explained, which confirmed my thoughts.

Due to the lack of cameras, we finally found a safe place to discuss our plans and what we found out about this place and our theories! I thought, joyfully.

I explained the theory to him and the others input on it.

"This theory sounds very confusing. Are you sure that it's the right answer to what's happening to us?" Toshiaki asked, unsure.

"I don't know actually. But it's better than just waiting around in the dark. We have to have at least something and this seems to be the most logical thing," I explained.

"Maybe that's what the mastermind wants us to think."

"Huh?"

"Think about it. So far we haven't have a room without a security camera poking into our business. The mastermind must have known about this theory for a while now so maybe that's what they want us to think," Toshiaki explained.

He's right! All this time, the mastermind most likely already knows about the theory. That's what they want us to think. That's probably why it has been so easy to craft...but I....

I'm starting to have doubts about this theory even before talking to Toshiaki.

Was the mastermind expecting that too?

Ugh! There's so much we don't know! I thought angrily.

"Wh-whoa, sorry if I made you angry. I was just sprouting out my thoughts," Toshiaki said nervously.

I haven't realized that I had clenched my fist angrily.

Only now, I have felt my fingernails digging into my palms.

"Sorry about that. I was just...thinking," I apologized.

"It's ok. You do seem like a deep thinker. That's useful for the trials since you always seem to help us out of tight situations," Toshiaki explained.

"Oh? I see then," I said.

"Everyone head to gym right now! I have a new motive to give before it's bedtime/curfew," Monkomi's voice could be heard from the speakers.

"I guess we head to the gym now?" Toshiaki said.

But I haven't talked to Robin yet..., I thought, trying to spot the orange haired boy but he has already left the sauna.

"Hey Tami~chan! We have to go to gym now or Monkomi will punish us!" Ichigo called out from the entrance of the sauna, Toshino right next to her with his arms folded.

"A-alright! I'm coming," I jogged up to them and we left the sauna to the now cold hallway.

We entered the gym to see Monkomi there on the stage, smiling.

"Hoohoo~ looks like everyone is here. Time to introduce a new motive," he explained.

"Again with the motives? Are you going to keep pushing these at us until we all die?" Amy snapped.

"Well not all of you. Maybe just one survivor but who knows what might happen but yes I will be continuing to push these forward," Monkomi explained.

"What do you mean by 'just one survivor?' Mind you can explain it to us?" Sora asked.

"Nope! Figure it out yourselves!" Monkomi replied.

Sora let out a sigh.

"Well it was worth a shot as they say," I heard her mutter.

"Anyway, new motive! Have you all heard of the 'Despair Disease?'" Monkomi asked.

"Despair Disease?" Jun asked.

"Yeppers! Have you or have you not?" Monkomi asked.

We all shook our heads.

"Well this motive is similar to that. It's called Personality Alter. It's exactly what it is. It alters your personality. Like it can take a calm, nice person into a violent, rude person. Now I have set the motive to a couple of people here but it won't be activated until tomorrow in the morning," Monkomi explained.

"And that's a motive because?" Toshino asked.

"Well like the example before, it can urge someone to kill because all of you are just refusing to kill unless a motive is being introduced. So that better answer your question," Monkomi explained.

"So is anyone affected now or?" Ichigo asked.

"I will pick randomly who will get affected. This will happen in nighttime, organized by me so have fun sleeping well at night," Monkomi smirked.

This caused a shiver up our spines as he said that.

"Oh and one more thing. Whoever is affected will not remember who got affected as well until they show signs that they are being affected," Monkomi explained.

"So you will pick a handful of us at random but they will not know who has been affected until they show signs of their personality being altered?" Robin asked.

"Yep! And only their personality is being altered. None of their opinions on any of you will change. So if anyone has a crush on someone here, no worries. You will still have a crush on them but uh good luck trying to confess to them when you are not acting yourself," Monkomi explained and disappeared.

"Oh my. That was...eventful," Sora said.

"Wait but he hasn't even explained if it would get lifted and how," Yuki said.

"M-maybe he will e-explain once the people th-that he has selected have b-been affected," Hirohito suggested.

"That's a possibility," Ichigo said.

"Well it's off to bed. Good night everyone," Jun said and left.

One by one, everyone left to their dorms.

I just collapsed onto my bed, not bothering to change and fell asleep. Hoping that I'm not one of the few who is being affected.

(Time skip to morning a few minutes before the morning announcement)

Knock knock knock!

There was rapid knocking at my door.

I lifted my head off my pillow to stare at the door before letting my head drop onto the pillow again.

Knock knock knock knock!

"I'm getting up. Hold on," I grumbled.

It felt far too early for this, I thought as I went to open the door.

Who was standing there, shocked me.

Someone fell on me and I rocked back because they felt heavy.

Not too heavy that I fell on the floor. I was still standing.

"Gooood morning," I heard them mutter cheerfully from my chest.

What the hell? I thought.

This isn't like him. He never say good morning this cheerfully! What happened to him?

"Toshino?!"

A/N: new motive has been introduced and already there has been someone affected.

For any Kuroshino shippers out there (*cough* MorbidFangirl *cough*) there is going to be a lot of Kuroshino content up next in the next chapter. Also potentially new ship later on but idk. Depends on who is shipping it.
