Toshiaki: Kuro was alone in her room most of the time. Remember that I was in the dorm's hallway for a very long time?

Amy: what about the restroom? I didn't see Kuro go in the girl's bathroom nor did I see her in the bathroom

Hirohito: m-maybe she went at a d-different time than you o-or maybe she went to a different r-restroom

Minami: are you saying that Kuro didn't go to the same restroom as Amy? Are they a different gender than her?

Uyeda: it is awfully strange that Kuro is usually alone most of the time but Kuro's gender isn't really relevant in this discussion right now. Maybe in another discussion after this one

Sora: what about the possibility about Kuro intentionally left herself in the tape to trick us?

[Trick]

Robin: Kuro is a smart coder and isn't stupid enough to leave themselves in. To trick us, Kuro would have not even left themselves in and left clues that fit in nicely to what we already concluded. A little too nicely for it to be a trick

Toshino: it doesn't matter if Kuro is smart or not. We all seen their face when they got their motive. They would have killed to get answers to what happened

[Motive]

Ichigo: I'm sure even the motive isn't enough to break Tami~chan into doing murder. Besides that can apply to anyone

Kana: I sense a lie somewhere but I'm not sure who's telling it. Could be on your side

[Lie]

Yuki: well Amy sort of told a lie. Well it wasn't really a lie since she didn't even know it herself. But other than that, no lie here

THIS IS OUR ANSWER!

[Break!]

Amy jumped up suddenly. "Wh-what do you mean? I wasn't lying, you explain yourself!" She yelled, causing Yuki to shrink into his podium. "You did go to the bathroom. However, I did see Kuro go by nervously a little while after you. Like how they really needed to go or something," he explained quickly.

"Hold up. When was this?" Kana asked. "Gee, I don't remember. Possibly around 6:30ish. Give or take," Yuki explained, tapping his head with his fingers.

"So it must have been after Kuro talked to Moriyo," Toshiaki said. "Hey Kuro what did you and Moriyo even talked about?" Toshino asked.

I flinched at this question. "Umm...well..you...," I said, tapping both of my fingers together, nervously. "Ooh embarrassing secrets I see," Ichigo giggled but she didn't push.

A light blush appeared on my cheeks. "W-well you see..." I stayed quiet after that, pulling my hat down.

>This is so god damn embarrassing

"Kuro! If you don't tell us what, then we'll all be here discussing endlessly," Robin suddenly shouted, making me flinch. He sounded determined to finish the trial.

>I wonder why?

"I...she wanted to share some fashion tips before immediately changing the subject," I blurted out. "You better not be lying," Minami said.

"Oh Moriyo shared some tips with me too but why did she change the subject with you?" Kazuno asked a little skeptical.

"Oh she must have realized that I was male and-," I said a little too casual for my liking but was interrupted by everyone (or by a lot of people)

"WHAT THE HELL!!!"Amy.

"You were a guy this entire time!" Toshiaki.

"Not gonna lie, I thought you were just cross dressing as a guy but it never crossed my mind that you were actually a guy." Jun

"I don't know how to feel about this..." Rin.

"This is awkward." Surprisingly that was Toshino.

Robin snapped his fingers to gain our attention. "Hey now is not the time to be discussing Kuro's gender. What else did she wanted to talk about?" He then turned to me.

"W-well she asked a few questions about my talent and then when she was about to leave, she told me that she was going to meet up with a couple of people soon," I explained, relieved to get out of that awkward conversation.

"Did she say who?" Robin asked. "Maybe one of them is the culprit," suggested Yuki.

"..."

"Yeah you're probably right Yuki. This person was probably the actual last one that Moriyo saw before she died," I said.

"What are you waiting for? Tell us who," Kazuno demanded. "Let him take his time," Robin said.

"The o-one person who Moriyo went to hang out with and the culprit of this case... i-is none other than you...Rin!" I shouted.

"Pfft, that's funny. But now is not the time for jokes, Kuro," Rin said. "But it's not a joke...," I said, my voice quivering.

"I get that you felt awkward about the whole conversation of your gender and I'm sorry for not asking for your pronouns earlier but that doesn't give you any reason to put your anger on me. Now tell us, who really is the culprit," Rin explained.

"Yeah...I don't really see Rin as the killer sorry," Toshiaki said. "Same here. She is really kind so I doubt that she could be a killer," Sora explained. The others has more or less the same expression.

>Some are in an agreement that Rin didn't do it but I know she did. And I'll shove that in their face to prove it!

Non-Stop Debate Start!

Truth Bullet: Blood on string equipped

Rin: Come on Kuro, you got to try harder than that. There's no way I'm the culprit

Yuki: Big Bro, I wanna believe you but I don't see any evidence that points to her being the culprit

Kazuno: Look I'm sorry that we just assumed your gender but you can't put your frustration on someone like that so unless you have evidence to back up your claim, apologize to Rin!

Kana: But we should consider that possibility. No one would say something like that without evidence. So just wait for it

Amy: But for how long are we going to wait?

Jun: Hopefully not that long

Toshino: Well what are you waiting for? Hurry up with that evidence!

>They are all waiting for evidence. I just need to find the correct time to show it

[Truth Bullet: Blood on string. Use on "any evidence that points to her"]

Kuro: N-no that's wrong!

[Break!]

"Actually there is evidence. Robin and I found some string inside one of the computer fans while investigating," I explained. "String? What does a piece of garbage have to do with this case?" Minami asked.

"The string was stashed away in one of the computer's fans and it has blood on it so that means..." I trailed off, hoping that they would get it.

Most of them had blank faces on.

Sweat rolled off my forehead.

>Dammit, now I feel like I made a complete fool of myself!

"Geez all of you are dumb," Toshino said, suddenly. "Huh what do you mean?" Sora asked. "Explain smarty pants!" Toshiaki said.

"*sigh* Guess it can't be helped. Look what Kuro is trying to say is that there is only one person who holds a bit of string around here. That being Rin who is the Ultimate Seamstress," Toshino said.

"Hmm I see. And I'm guessing that the blood came from Moriyo. How much blood was on there since only a prick finger would show like a few droplets of blood on the string?" Yuki asked.

"It didn't seem like the blood came from a pricked finger. Also if we see Rin's hands, there doesn't appear to be any wounds like cuts and in this case pricked fingers," Robin explained.

"True. If anyone had anything like that, they would have come to me for assistance," Uyeda said. "So far I'm guessing only Sora came to you to patch her up right?" Robin asked and Uyeda nodded.

"No, no. There's no way I would have killed Moriyo," Rin said. "Sorry but the evidence adds up to you being the culprit," Kana said.

>Even so...

"I wonder how the tape became tampered," I muttered.

"Exactly!" Rin shouted. "Huh?"

"How would I even tampered with the tape? I'm not a computer geek," she said. "I-I'm sure there's an explanation for that," I said softly. "Oh I'd love to hear it," Rin hissed.

>What's with this? Rin is never like this. Why?

>Guess in order to find out, I'll...I'll need to rebuttal her statement

Rin: I'm a seamstress, not a coder like you. You have no proof that I tampered with it! I don't even know the basics. I can't believe you tied in a piece of string to me being a murderer. I thought you were better than this Kuro. You obviously didn't do a proper investigation right. Quit hiding and confess you coward!

>I'm sure she's lying about something. Urgh what should I rebuttal it with?!

"You forgot one important detail," I said. "Ehh?? What do you mean?" Rin asked.

"Remember the sharing Ultimate's class?" I asked. "But I wasn't even in your class!" She pointed out.

>No but I know how and it ties in with the class

Rin...

B. It's a lie and she doesn't know to code

I got it!

"You asked me to teach you the basics after the class. That's how you were able to tamper with the tape," I explained. "You...you don't have any proof," Rin gritted her teeth.

"Oh geez, did you forget that I was there? I can stand by this testimony even though you basically told me to shoo," Toshino yawned.

"I didn't tell you to shoo. You left at your own accord!" Rin snapped but this only caused the aqua green haired boy to shrug.

"If this is true then that must have been what the whole idea was supposed to be about. And if I remember correctly it was Rin who suggested the whole ideal in the first place," Amy explained.

"Yeah so she must have planned a murder when she came up with the idea," Minami said.

"N-no..."

"Yeah she had full control of the situation!" Toshiaki exclaimed.

"S-stop it..."

"Since she was trustworthy, Moriyo was able to trust her and was taken by surprise when Rinny here attacked her!" Ichigo explained proudly.

"I..."

"I think we found our kill-," Toshino got cut off by Rin's scream.

"I DIDN'T DO IT! I DIDN'T FU**ING MURDER HER! I SWEAR ON MY LIFE I DIDN'T KILL HER!" She screamed.

>Rin...

"What are you waiting for Kuro? Explain it to her that she's the killer," Toshino said suddenly.

I felt like there were many eyes gazing at me. The pressure was unbearable.

"I...I...I...," I couldn't think of the right words to say.

"I can't do it," I broke down sobbing like the baby I am.

(A/N: it pains me to write this)

"Great now we're all going to die," Toshino scoffed.

"What exactly is your problem!" Amy yelled at him.

"Is Rin the murderer or not? I'm so confused," Yuki pulled his wizard hat down.

"Is she or is she not!" Kazuno yelled.

"Aah!! Too loud!" Ichigo covered her ears while Toshiaki stared off into the distance, probably wondering why and how did he even get in this type of situation.

"Why don't you explain it then if you're so smart!" Minami snapped.

"Why don't you?" Countered Toshino.

"Wh-why are we fighting?" Hirohito asked, timidly but nobody paid attention to him.

It was complete chaos with everyone yelling and arguing with each other.

Until....

"EVERYONE SHUT UP!"

It was Robin. He was seriously pissed off, his eyes blazing with brown fire.

"You guys have made it clear to me that we can't work together on this case and the culprit doesn't appear to be spilling her secrets anytime soon if we keep this up. We can't just pressure Kuro in fighting against a friend. Rin if you don't back down in your crime, then I'll have to expose it myself!" Robin shouted.

>Robin...

"Tch fine. I doubt you'll find anything," Rin scoffed.

Argument Adamant

"You dug yourself into a giant hole," Robin stated. "Eh? What are you talking about?" Rin asked.

Robin held up a familiar looking note. "Kuro and I found this note taped to a fruit bowl, well hidden. The culprit cleverly hid it so we may never know the true motive behind Moriyo's murder," he explained.

>The note...

"What does the note read?" Uyeda asked.

"Dear whoever finds this, I don't really know how you did but if a murder happened then it was indeed me. I'm not sure who for I am writing this before I commit the murder. Motive wise, I careless about the people being shown in my video. I only care for my friends here and it pains me to see them like this. That's why to free them of this motive, I decided to kill someone at random so they wouldn't feel bad for killing for their loved ones! It's my own motive and I'm sticking to it.

And that's all," Robin explained. "And how do you connect that with me?" Rin asked.

"Because you were the most calm when we all got our motives," Robin countered.

>He thought all the way back to the motives to connect this murder case to her?

"..."

"Well well well. Looks like your optimistic behavior gave you away before you even committed the crime," Toshino smirked which caused Amy to throw a dirty look at him.

"Rin...you were the actual culprit?" Kazuno asked, shocked.

"I can't believe it but all the evidence fits up with her," Uyeda said.

"..."

"Look if you don't believe me, I'll run down the events of what happened," Robin said before glancing at me.

Closing Argument

It all started when we got the motives. We were all devastated when we saw the videos. The culprit however, didn't appear at all faze though. So they hid their true emotions by trying to cheer us up. That's when the idea of sharing Ultimate's class came to their mind. They decided to use this to plan out a murder, so we wouldn't have to. So they learned a few tricks, most notably Kuro's coding skills.

Around 6pm, Moriyo the victim went to speak to Kuroo and let it slip that she was going to meet up with the culprit. I don't know how they knew about it but they did. They were counting on someone to catch Kuro acting suspicious and they did. With Amy seemingly not seeing Kuro at the girl's bathroom. Problem is that Kuro didn't use the girl's bathroom because he went to the boys. Our culprit probably didn't know this because their plan would have gone differently if they knew.

They edited around with the tape to frame Kuro and change the time of the recording, unaware that there was a clock telling the actual time.

As expected, Moriyo and the culprit met up for the culprit's teachings. We can most likely assume that the culprit attack first to surprise Moriyo before eventually choking her. They realized that Moriyo had spilled some blood on the sewing string and so they decided to dispose of it. We almost didn't find any if Kuro and I didn't check inside the computer fan and see the blood on it. The culprit has a plan to frame Kuro but didn't count of his rebuttals and unknown bumps on the road.

The killer of Moriyo Hana and the culprit of this trial...IS YOU! RIN KAZASHI, THE ULTIMATE SEAMSTRESS!

[Break]

"And that's that," Robin stated, his arms folded with an air of triumph. Like he has done this before. There was a soft applause.

"Great job. You caught me, you deserve a reward," Rin said softly. The soft clapping echoed throughout the trial room. Not even Toshiaki made a note on how quiet it was.

"So you admit it? You admit to killing Moriyo?" Kana asked. "Yep and it was all because the killing game needed to start," Rin explained.

...

"But why? ... Why did you feel the need to start the killings?" I asked, feeling betrayed.

Rin didn't say anything.

"You really did kill her," Kazuno said, her lip quivering. "Of course now I guess it's time for my punishment," Rin said.

"W-wait you didn't answer my question!" I cried.

"What's there to talk about? If I didn't start it, someone else would have done it and would have felt remorse afterwards. I careless about my own well-being," Rin explained, her voice icy.

"... B-but I thought you were my f-friend. I thought you would never kill," I said.

"Well you thought wrong. Don't fill yourself with fake confidence because it runs off really quick like during this trial. You couldn't even end this trial strong. You had to depend on Robin to end because you didn't have the heart to face the truth. You're a coward Kuro Tamashi ," she spat.

Her words cut through me like a knife.

>It hurts... it...hurts

"That's enough!" Robin shouted. "Indeed, let's just start voting before things get out of hand," Uyeda said.

"Oh you're ready to start voting? Okie dokie then! Iiiiiiiiiiiit's voting time~!" Monkomi chirped.

A screen appeared in front of me and I hovered my finger over to Rin's picture, hesitating. I glanced up to see what the rest were doing. They all seem to have avoided my gaze.

I looked back down at the screen and press on Rin's picture to vote for her.

A/N: I'm finally done! Chapter 1's trial is done. Just need post trial and execution and then chapter 1 will be over.
