"Wait, what do you mean you've never had oatmeal before?" You looked at your girlfriend, astounded but honestly not all too surprised. 

"Well, I can't exactly say I've never had it before, there's something similar to it in Novoselic but... I guess I've never had it the American way!" As the Ultimate Gourmet Chef, you were used to people not knowing the intricate dishes you make but oatmeal? Really? 

"What do they call it in Novoselic?" You asked, genuinely curious, maybe hoping to remake it on a special occasion. 

"Um... Well... The word is really hard to say so we just call it Orta Farren which roughly translates into 'oat food'". Ooooookay. Not very creative but it's accurate. 

"Alright. Do you want me to make that?" You asked and her eyes immediately lit up. 

"Yes please! And could you put bananas in it? I love bananas. Oh and brown sugar! And cinnamon!" Sonia's enthusiasm is adorable. However, by the time she was finished listing off ingredients, you'd basically have a grocery list. 

"Sonia, love, let's start with the basics. So bananas, cinnamon, and brown sugar?" 

"Oh," she giggled once she realized. "Then yes, those are fine." 

"Righty-o, champ!" She giggled again at your language, finding it absolutely adorable. 

You went to the kitchen to make the oatmeal with Sonia looking over your shoulder the entire time. 

Every once in awhile, when you were preparing the food, Sonia would try to sneak a slice of banana. The first time, you didn't notice so she thought that was a go-ahead to steal more. The second time, you noticed but didn't say anything. The third time, you turned around and caught her just as she put the slice in her mouth. 

"Sonia! If you keep stealing the banana slices, there won't be any left for the oatmeal!" You laugh a little at her deer in the headlights look. 

"Fine, fine," she said and stopped sneaking banana slices... After getting one more. 

It was only 3 minutes but to Sonia it felt like YEARS. Waiting for the food with the delicious smells wafting through the kitchen made her very impatient and very hungry. When it was finally done, Sonia went to grab the bowl from the microwave but you stopped her just in time. 

"Sonia, if you touch that bowl, your hand will be burned and I'll have to get Mikan over here to treat you," you said, scolding her care-free attempt to obtain the delicious breakfast treat. 

"Okay, okay. I'm hungry though," she said, looking a bit sad that she has to wait a couple more minutes. 

"It'll be done when it's done, just wait a couple more minutes, babe," you said and turned to face her. 

She took that opportunity to kiss you. It was short and sweet yet full of love. One kiss wasn't enough to satisfy her so she kissed you again, this time longer and more passionate. She wrapped her arms around your neck and you instinctively put your hands on her hips. You pulled her as close to you as you could. When Sonia pulled away, she looked at you with a grin. 

"What, is there something on my face?" You joked lightheartedly. 

"No, but the oatmeal should be ready now!" She wiggled out of your embrace and went to grab two spoons out of the silverware holder. 

"SONIA!" You laughed loudly at her brave attempt to distract you while she dug into the oatmeal. Once you settled down at the table with her she handed you the other spoon even though the breakfast food was half-way finished. She didn't even seem fazed by the fact it was still hot. 

"Oh my God (Y/N) this is delicious!" Sonia said with her mouth full of the food. 

"Thanks, my love, but next time don't talk with your mouth full," you said while giggling a little. 

"Y'know I love you, right?" 

"I know, Sonia. I love you too."

The only two people I won't write for (YET) are Hifumi and Teruteru ALSO no DR3 yet. I haven't played it yet. I'm probably gonna watch Lucahjin watch it cuz she's started it but Imma wait for all the episodes to come out.
