Prolouge: The Libero, The Fangirl, The Ruler and the PopStar
Mukuro pushed open the door to the gym.
There, we spotted a short, spiked haired boy who was holding a volleyball.
His eyes darted to us and he ran up to us.
"Hey, mind if you serve for me? I need to practice my receives," he held out the volleyball at us.
Mukuro and I looked at each other, confused.
"Uhh what?" She asked.
"Please? Just this once," He placed his hands in a begging position.
"Well...ok but only once," I said, taking the volleyball from him.
"Thank you!" He cheered.
I stood in front of him and backed up.
He took off his black jacket and tossed it behind him.
"Alright...? Here goes?" I tossed the ball in the air and served it.
Immediately, almost like instinct, he went into a crouching posture before throwing his entire body towards the direction of where I served it, one arm out.
"Roooolllling...THUNDA!" He shouted.
He managed to receive the ball and it bounced off him, whooshing past me.
"Whoa!" I exclaimed as he tumbled away from me before immediately getting up, his eyes shining with pride.
"Alright score!" He shouted, making a peace sign with his fingers.
"That's impressive!" Mukuro exclaimed as Leafpool ran off to get the ball.
"Heh heh, thanks," the boy said, scratching the back of his head, slightly blushing.
He jogged to get his jacket, picked it up, dusted it off and put it back on.
Leafpool pushed the ball towards him with her head.
"Yours?" She asked.
"Thanks and yeah. It was with me when I woke up," he explained, picking up the ball and petting Leafpool on the head.
"What's your name? We're introducing Tommy here to everyone here," Mukuro explained.
The boy looked at me and her.
"Well since you saw my amazing power, I guess I can award you with my name and talent," he said.
"I'm Yuu Nishinoya and I'm the Ultimate Libero!" He exclaimed.
"Oh right I heard of you. Not only were you a great libero during middle school, you kept it up in high school with the former powerhouse Karasuno. Karasuno won many games and their defense behind them was tough to break because of you," Mukuro explained, clearly impressed.
"Yep! Of course I can't all the credit. My senpai's, classmates, and kohai's all did extraordinary work. We managed to pull through due to teamwork!" Nishinoya said.
"That's really nice and all but like Mukuro said, we're looking for everyone to introduce ourselves. Not to be rude or anything," I explained.
"It's no problem. In fact, I saw someone going where the front office should be," Nishinoya explained.
"Ok, I'm Mukuro, Ultimate Soldier by the way, and thanks for the input," Mukuro said.
"Leafpool, Ultimate Medicine Cat."
"Tommy, Ultimate Streamer!"
"We'll see you around," Mukuro waved goodbye and left the gym.
Leafpool ran after and just as I myself was about to leave, I saw a glimpse of Nishinoya smiling at the volleyball in his arms.

"Urgh!"
We heard a girl's voice nearby.
Right where there front door should be was a girl with sky blue hair. She kicked the wall in frustration.
"Hey is everything ok?" Leafpool asked.
"No it isn't! We're trapped here with no way out! Of course I'm frustrated," the girl whined.
"Well kicking that wall isn't going to get us out of here soon you know?" Mukuro said.
"Well it's better than doing nothing! I even tried checking the front desk for any information but nothing! It's all blank!" She wailed.
I winced at her obnoxiously loud voice.
Is this how they felt when they hear me? I wondered.
Wait...who is they even?
"Hey why don't we just settle down and introduce ourselves to keep our minds off of this situation? I'm Leafpool the Ultimate Medicine Cat," Leafpool said.
"Hmmph! It's Sky, the Ultimate Fangirl," she said.
"I read about you. You were able to reality shift to a world and it felt so real. Not really much information on you though. That I could find," Mukuro said.
"Life is so unfair! I finally get to be with the man of my dreams, only for some girl to take him away from me and the media making fun of me! This talent only spreads salt onto the wound!" Sky whined.
"Ey chill, maybe he wasn't just into you. I'm sure you'll find someone else," I tried to assure her.
"But I don't want anyone else. I want him," she complained.
"Yeah I think we'll be leaving you alone now," Mukuro said.
"Wai- ok FINE! Be that way, I don't need you!" Sky snapped.
Mukuro, Leafpool and I left her alone.
"I think we should watch out for her," Mukuro said.
"Why? Because she's a big crybaby?" I grumbled.
"No because she's that type of fangirl. The dangerous type. If they get a fictional crush, they end up gatekeeping that character and saying that the character is theirs to love and theirs only. Be careful," Mukuro warned.
Something about those lines seem familiar to me. Something about the fangirls but I couldn't quite get to the bottom off. So I shrugged it off.
"So what where are we going now?" Leafpool asked after a few moments of silence.
"There's a dining room there and there I see that it's connected to a kitchen," Mukuro said.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There were two people in the kitchen.
A girl with pastel purple hair and was wearing a flashy pastel yellow outfit.
Next to her was a woman wearing an orange dress and had brown hair.
"Look new people," the girl said, tugging at the woman's dress.
The woman turned around and what we saw in her arms was a tray of brownies.
"Food?" I asked.
"Just something to keep our strength up. There appears to be an unlimited amount of food both for humans and cats," the woman explained.
"Here take some," she held out the tray towards us.
I shrugged. Who can say no to a free snack?
Mukuro, however, narrow her eyes suspicious and took one.
She inspected it carefully and sniffed it a couple of times.
"Just eat it. I didn't put anything in it that isn't supposed to be there," the woman assured her.
"Well you did say that nobody here will kill," I said and took one.
I bit into it and immediately the taste of chocolate exploded in my mouth.
"Mmmm!" If I could see myself, I could probably say that my eyes were anime shining.
Mukuro rose an eyebrow and then took a bite from the brownie that she had.
"This...is really good," she finally said after chewing and swallowing the piece.
"It's not just good. It's amazing!" I said.
"I wish I can try it but chocolate is dangerous for cats," Leafpool said.
"Well we do have cat food around here. Mami, will you be a dear and go get her some?" The woman asked.
"Okie," the girl said and went to the cupboard and pulled out a bag of cat food.
"Oh I'm not hungry right now. No need to worry," Leafpool assured her but the girl insisted.
The girl poured some of the food onto a cat bowl and pushed it to Leafpool.
Leafpool sighed before sticking her muzzle in the bowl and began to eat the food.
"So what are your names?" The woman asked, setting the tray of brownies down.
"I'm Mukuro Ikubasa, Ultimate Soldier," Mukuro said.
"I'm Tommy, Ultimate Streamer," I explained.
Leafpool lifted her head from the bowl to introduce herself.
"I'm Princess Daisy but just call me Daisy. I'm the Ultimate Minigame Ruler," the woman said.
"Minigame ruler?" I asked before taking another bite of the brownie.
"Daisy is the ruler of Surassa Land. That's where the ruler come from. However in the neighboring kingdom is the Mushroom Kingdom and there, they host parties where you can play minigames. If I remember correctly, Daisy is five times minigame champion," Mukuro explained.
"Five times?! You won five times?" I asked.
"Don't talk with your mouth full. That's what my mommy says," the girl said.
(Please do not say anything sexual about this. I swear)
"What about you?" Mukuro asked.
The girl twirled around and did a peace sign pose.
"I'm Creamy Mami, the Ultimate Popstar," she said.
"I definitely heard of you. My...sister listens to your music while she gets ready for a photo shoot. Creamy Mami appeared one day and sung in front of the camera and immediately all of Japan fell in love with her singing voice. Her hit single was the first song that she sung ever in front of the camera. Her cute popstar attitude is super popular especially with young boys and girls," Mukuro explained.
I was confused on why she hesitated on saying that she has a sister. Now my curiosity has peaked.
Leafpool lifted her head off the bowl.
"So we're introducing Tommy to everyone else. Have you seen anyone else around here?" She asked.
"Well I saw a guy wearing a beanie nearby. I think he's in the dining room right now," Daisy said.
"Oh then let's say hello to him before he leaves," Leafpool said.
"Thanks for the food," Mukuro bowed slightly.
"Erm yeah, what she said," I said and tried to follow Mukuro's example.
"Anytime," Daisy waved goodbye at us.
