I couldn't believe it. Out of everyone here I never thought it would be them.

I thought I could trust them. I thought they were the side of truth and justice. Guess they had me fooled.

"surprise everyone it's me!" shuichi said cheerfully while we looked at him in disbelief. Not only him but keade too!

She waved happily at us. She had a thin red line round her neck from when she was hanged in the execution.

"how the heck is keade still alive!" kaito yelled.

"Well obviously I didn't actually kill her" shuichi explained "I just let her hang for a few minutes till she passed out. After that I took her down to rest" he took her hand and kissed it "I'm so sorry for taking your voice darling. I hope you know that it was all for the sake of Dispair"

Keade nodded and pulled shuichi into a Kiss. We watched them in surprise. A partisapant falling in love with the mastermind? Who could have saw that coming!

"I'm sure your all interested in why we did this. Then sit down children it's story time!" shuichi looked around at us excitedly. He's enjoying this way too much! "you see your all part of a wonderful TV show!"

"a TV series?" kiibo raised an eyebrow.

"of course. Your only part of the best TV series in the world danganrompa!" shuichi announced excited "this little show of ours is viewed all around the world and is on its 53rd season"

This was too much to take in. This sick show is being watched by millions and no one thought to try and save us!

"and team Danganrompa even chose me to be their mastermind. Ah what an honour they've bestowed apon me" he started drooling "of course falling in love wasn't part of the contract but you can't help what the heart wants" he smiled at keade.

"how could you do this?" himiko said tearfully "how could you just sit there and watch your friends die!"

"what are you talking about?" shuichi tilted his head in confusion "none are you are my friends. We're just actors playing a role and once our role is complete we disappear" he turned to us all with a smile "well everyone I believe it's punishment Time!"

He was about to pressed the button when keade suddenly wrapped her arms around him. She looked up at him with tears in her eyes.

Shuichi sighed "and with one look she's made me give up the execution I was so looking forward to. What a woman!" he scooped her up in his arms and walked away "goodbye fellow actors. Hopefully we can meet again in a new series"

We stared at them helplessly. We may have won but this hardly feels like a victory...
