Frisk's Pov (after dishes)

I grabbed my coat as Sans held the door open for me. The cold air hit my face like a rock and I instantly knew how fast winter would be coming. I shivered slightly as I completed putting on my jacket and looked over to Sans smiling.

"I can't wait for it to start to snow!" I said excitedly.

"Is you favorite season winter then?" He asked

"Actually, no. I really like the spring because of the lilacs and buttercups," I said smiling over at him.

"Oh nice," he said. A cool gust of wind blew by and I couldn't help but shiver and move ever so slowly towards Sans. He looked over to me noticing my shiver. "Here, you seem quite cold," he said putting his blue scarf around my neck. I blushed slightly but nodded

"Thanks... What's your favorite season?" I asked quite curious.

"I've never though too much into it, a lazy bone like me would rather sleep than think," he said. I chuckled, and he looked at me funny.

"Nah your not all that lazy, only sometimes," I said. He scoffed making me giggle.

"Gee thanks kid, I can't tell if you were trying to be nice, or destroy my hopes," he said shaking his head,

"A little bit of both,"

We arrived at Grillbys where Sans once again opened the door for me, while tipping a imaginary fadora and saying "m'lady" causing me to giggle once again. We sat right at the bar where a flame being encountered us.

"Hey Grillby, this is Frisk, Frisk this is Grillby." Sans said. Grillby nodded towards me in acknowledgement and I smiled and waved.

"Nice to meet you!" I said.

"Hey watcha want kiddo, fries or a burger," Sans asked politely.

"Um fries is good," I said (I could rly go for some McDonald's fries rn) Grillby nodded and began to prepare. I looked around the room noticing an old jukebox. I stood up begginging to walk over to it.

"Hey Sans I'm going to check out the jukebox I'll be back in like a sec," I said slowly walking away he nodded and began to chat with Grillby.

I looked over the music box, it was actually in great condition. I noticed a song from Meghan Trainor. Better when I'm dancing started and they actually had speakers around the restaurant that had the music blaring as well.

I ran back over to Sans smiling like a kid on Christmas, and he chuckled.

"Ya really like this song hug?" He asked smirking. I nodded vigorously.

Wanna dance?" I asked smiling pleadingly. He sighed.

"Sure why not?" He said shaking his head but standing up.

 I felt all eyes on us as we danced together, honestly I was a little nervous. I kept looking between the crowd and Sans having trouble focusing on Sans.

"Hey, look at me, don't worry about them, just dance." Sans said using his hands to turn my face towards his. That's what I did, I looked at him during the entire dance. It became hard not to watch him.

  By the end of our dance Sans had me by the waist and I was laughing(picture above). The crowd that was watching was now clapping. Sans pulled me up by the waist and I was inches away from his face. I blushed and took a step back.

"Thanks for the dance." I said smiling.

"No problem kid," he said grabbing my wrist and pulling me back over to the bar when my fries now sat. I couldn't help but notice that's Sans was drinking ketchup.

"What's with the ketchup?" I asked curious.

"I like drinking ketchup, is there a problem with that," he said jokingly.

"No no no, no problem. I don't hate I celebrate man," I said throwing my hands up and laughing. He face palmed and sighed.

"Did you just.."

"Yup, guess that one really rattled your bones huh?" I laughed and he couldn't help but do the same.

It went silent after that, leaving me with only my thoughts. I felt bad, while my family is healing, I'm off having fun with Sans. As my face darkened Sans took notice.

"What's wrong kid?" He asked worry deep in his voice.

"Well it's just that while we're here having a date, my dad and brother are off in the hospital healing,"

"So it's a date now?" He said teasingly.

 "I-I m-mean, S-Sans!" I stuttered embarrassed. He chuckled at my red face, to which I responded by turning away, crossing my arms and huffing.

"C'mon kid ya'know i'm just joking." i sighed facing him but looking down

"So this is just a joke to you.." I mumbled

"What did ya say kid?"

"Nothing.." i said sadly.

"Well, you wanna head out?" I nodded and we stood and started to leave, lightening up the mood after we left.

Timeskip*

We soon arrived back at my house laughing and chatting the way there. When I opened the door I saw all of our friends inside.

"O-oh hey g-guys, Papyrus was telling us that you guys went to Grilllbys," Alphys said.

"Oh yeah it was pretty fun," I said smiling at the group.

"Well, since the skelebros have been spending so much time with the punk, we thought we could hang out with her," Undyne said motioning towards me.

"Oh yeah of course, why don't we go hang out in the practice room?" I asked setting my coat aside.

"Lets go then, Darling." Mettaton said, and I guided them to the practice room.
