Now you know how I said noone knew yet well speculations have been arising all over the place as the group were not that subtle, it turns out during one of their vlives they had not noticed Woosan going at it, obviously they were fully clothed and things were heated but the prominent bones they had said otherwise. Fans decided that they wouldn't mention it until this person outed them.

It was during the next vlive that the group were aware of what had happened all because of this one hate comment. Now as I said the fans didn't want to say anything not because they're ashamed but because they secretly enjoyed it and wanted the idols to tell them themselves, but this rude person ruined every thing.

They left a comment in the comment section that was easily caught by mingi who read the comment out loud.

'eww gross Wooyoung and San are fucking each other, I used to ship them but now its real its disgusting, I literally threw up, that's just gross, I'm telling the company and this'll be everywhere 👿'

Obviously it wasn't the fact that they outed them that was the problem its the fact that this' fan' had actually contacted the company with the video evidence, the random was furious and this person received torture and ended up killing herself with a final note on her insta saying how she apologised for what she did.

It was a dark time since this affected both parties, ateez where refused interviews and such while fans where deserted out of no where as these things happens, but did they care?

Ateez certainly did as they didn't want to dissapoint the fans but everything's became a spiral out of control and honestly the group felt useless and pathetic for having these feelings for one another, this put a strain on their relationships most specifically on yunho and mingi as mingi had been the one to tell the group, turns out his friends weren't everything he thought they were, they belittled him simply because he said the comment, yunho also stayed away from him not because hes ashamed like mingi thought he was but because he was scared he would cause more trouble for his friend of six years, lover of 1.

Mingi started to become quiet which when they returned to their work having had the issue cleared up and the story changed, the fans worried for they noticed his cracking mentality sooner than he hoped but what could he do?

He played a fake, fake smile, fake laugh, fake hope. He knew nothing would change but he hoped everything would return to normal.

It didn't, another 3 weeks in and they were restarting their tour again travelling to their scheduled places, mingis back deteriorated as he had ran out of his meds days ago and so he was struggling  to perform the songs with the constant pain shooting up his back but he pulled through the pain and gave the best performance he could which seemed to make the fans happy and not notice his pain.

Fan videos floated around analysing what happened in that concert and that caught the attention of the other members they apologised for everything begged for his forgiveness but mingi was too busy fighting the pain to hear them, yunho however ran out the room and to the nearest pharmacist and got mingis prescription and gave him the meds when everyone was asleep but then too.

So he walked into their shared room.

"mingi?" yunho asked softly checking if mingi was awake. Said male just hmmed as he was facing the wall.

"I got you your meds" yunho called softly and mingi shifted to face his lover and best friend. He reached out and took the pack before placing it flat and taking the needed amount of tablets out before placing the pack in his drawer.

"thanks" mingi muttered as he took the tablets and drank from his water bottle which he keeps in his room.

Yunho just nodded and sighed through his nose before turning towards his side of the room and getting into his sleeping clothes.

They stayed still in the silebce before darkness drowned them and they slept through the night, more comfortable than ever. Their relationship was being fixed and there wasn't anything more that Yungi could ask for.
