NO ONES POV

While Dan and Lewis stayed in the lounge looking through the tape in the camera 📷 Jim and Gale went alone to look for Landau.

"Ok" Gale says as she saw that it was clear.

"Was it true?" Jim asks. "What you said before? Was it just about sex for you?"

She looks at him "seriously, Jim, you wanna have this conversation now?"

She then starts walking away and Jim follows her.

"Hey, you need to tell me" Jim says. He then grabs her arm "hey, just tell me, ok. You at least owe me that"

She looks down and sighs and then looks at him "no. With you, everything changed. I lost sight of what I was supposed to be doing" Gale says "this was my first assignment, and I got lost in it with you. Ok? That's the truth"

"Now I know why I never met your family" Jim says "why your mom would call all the time, but never come over"

"That wasn't my mom" Gale says "that was my NSA contact, my mentor. She recruited me out of my first year at MIT. Trained me. Taught me everything I know. And I lied to her, too. To the NSA"

"Oh, that's ok, then" Jim says with a little bit of an attitude.

"My mentor always said when you go undercover, don't drink the cherry Kool-Aid" Gale says "and with you, I did. I love you cherry kool-Aid"

Jim chuckles and smiles "you know, all those phone calls you were getting so paranoid about?" She nods.

"Yeah" Gale says.

"That was me just trying to plan an anniversary party for us" Jim says.

Gale chokes up "shit. Now, I kind of wish you were cheating on me"

"Actually, it was more like a anniversary/holy crap, we just invented Time travel party" Jim says.

They laugh.

They then continued on looking.

Meanwhile Dan and Lewis was watching another part from the camera.

"It's.......it's not him" Lewis says "listen, it's not him"

But back with Jim and Gale they decided to check the computer room that was full of computers 🖥️ to hold all their data on the Time Machine.

As they looked around it was quiet. Jim then thought of something.

"Hey, I just thought of something" Jim says.

"Uh-huh" Gale says.

"Is Gale even your real name?" Jim asks. She looks at him and she was going to say something, but decided to say nothing as she continued on "oh, man. I don't even know your real name?"

As they kept looking around for Landau. But Landau was in there too and was looking for something too.

And Dan and Lewis was still watching the tape.

"You tried to murder us" Jim says.

"It's not me" Landau says "I am not the killer"

They then see Jim kick Landau on the tape.

"Stop, Don't do that" Dan says "he's not the killer!"

"Oh man" Dan says "if he's not the killer, then who is?"

"He tried to kill us all, you guys" Jim says.

"No, he didn't" Lewis says.

"Look, look around, okay" Jim says "I know I'm not the killer. It's not you or Dan. It's not Gale. So that leaves him"

And back in the computer room they were still looking for Landau.

Landau was hiding, but when he moved he banged into the computers and that made them follow the noice.

Jim then groans again and looses his balance and uses the computers as a support.

"Oh, hey, hey, you okay?" Gale asks.

"No. I'm not feeling so great" Jim says.

"Your nose 👃 is bleeding again" Gale says.

"I haven't felt right since I got back" Jim says "I wish I was lucky like Dan and come out unaffected" just then Landau shows up and Jim fights him.

"No" Landau says.

When Gale got her chance she jumped and did a high punch and that made him fall and make him drop the knife that was in his hand.

"Who are you?" Jim asks.

"I know what you're thinking" Landau says "I found the knife. The killer is in here" Gale stands next to Jim with the gun pointed at him "it wasn't me"

Dan and Lewis then saw Landau running into the lab as if something was after him on the tape.

"Where are you going?" Lewis asks.

Just then they saw something.

"Oh, fuck no" Dan says. "We got to tell the others"

They then left to find them.

"Guys" Lewis says as they walk into the security office. Just then they came walking in as Landau got thrown to the floor.

"Yep. Server farm" Jim says.

"This is so fucking weird" Lewis says recording again on his camera.

"Yeah, we found him 'cause we saw we found him" Gale says with the gun pointing at Landau.

"I knew you were gonna say that" Lewis says.

"That's exactly what's on the tape" Dan says.

"You know, we should find something to tie him up" Gale says.

"I'm on it" Jim says as he goes to look.

"We can't change anything" Lewis says.

"We don't know about that Lewis" Dan says "all of you were already dead when Jim and I arrived at midnight but so far only three people have died. Maybe this time we can change it"

"It's not me" Landau says.

"Shut up" Gale says.

"No, Gale, please" Landau says "it wasn't me"

Jim then returns with rope and ties him up to the poles on the wall.

"It's.....it's not him" Lewis says "listen, it's not him"

"He killed Randy" Jim says "and the security guard. He was gonna kill us all"

"No, it's not me" Landau says "I followed the killer. I found the knife because he must've dropped it"

"Stop lying!" Jim says with rage and kicks him hard.

Landau groans from it.

"Jim, kicking him is not gonna help us" Gale says.

"Shes right" Dan says.

"Shut up, Dan" Jim says "and this is not one of your NSA deals, Gale"

"You're NSA?" Landau asks.

"Yeah. Turns out" Jim says.

"All this time, I thought it was you and Dan was you're partner" landau says.

"You're already my least favorite person. Don't fucking push it" Jim says.

"And I already told you I'm just a traveler, and I go where I'm needed and plus I've never even heard of the NSA until today" Dan says. "And all you people are driving me nuts"

"Jim, just let me talk to him" Gale says.

"He's not under arrest" Jim says "this is the asshole that wanted to fucking kill us, Gale"

"No, I'm not the killer" landau says.

Jim then kicks him and he groans again.

"Stop, Don't do that" Dan says "he's not the killer"

"He tried to kill us all, you guys" Jim says.

"No, he didn't" Lewis says.

"Yes, he did!" Jim says. "Look, look around, okay. I know that I'm not the killer. It's not you or Dan. It's not Gale. So it must be him"

"Jim, you need to calm down" Dan says "the more paranoid we all get the more freaked out we're gonna be, we all need to calm down. Whoever the killer is we will find him and will stop him. But I can tell you he is not the killer."

"And how can you be so sure we're the only ones down here" Lewis says. "What if your wrong?"

"No, I am not wrong" Jim says. "There is nobody else down here"

"I think there must be" Lewis says.

"Jim, this place is pretty big. It seems there could be a lot of places to hide" Dan says.

"There can't be" Jim says.

"They have a point" Gale says "they both do. This place is big enough to hide in. And if it's not one of us, what if there's someone else down here?"

Meanwhile, the killer finally came out of the room. He was hiding and started to go to the lab.

As he walked around he was being cautious not to run into anybody as he sneaked around.

"The killer has gotta be Landau" Jim says.

"We keep on telling you" Lewis says "he's not the killer"

"It's not me" Landau says.

"Shut up" Dan says. "We saw him on the tape!"

"What?" Gale says.

"You know, the tape that's full of everything that hasn't happened yet?" Lewis says.

"Yeah" Jim says.

"We saw Mr. Landau running" Dan says "he's not the killer!"

Landau sighs with relief "thank you"

"How do you know?" Gale asks.

"Because.....we saw the killer, too" Lewis says.

"So, who is it, then?" Gale asks.

"We don't know" Dan says.

"What?" Jim says.

"We didn't see his face" Lewis says.

"Great" Jim says.

"But it's not him" Lewis says "I'll show you"

Lewis then starts rolling out of the room.

"Gale, please go see what they're talking about" Jim says "I'm gonna stay here and watch this asshole"

"Don't hurt him anymore" Dan and Lewis both said.

"Don't do this, you mean?" Jim then kicks him again. "No kicking. Got it"

They then leave and go back to the lounge.

"You can keep kicking me" landau says "but it's not gonna make you right"

"Yeah, but it makes me feel better, so" Jim says "oh and by the way" Jim pulls out the disk from his pocket "we found this"

Landau looks at him surprised.
