Grand: (It's grand) It's okay/fine. As in: Oh, did I upset you? No, it's grand.

Mate/M8: Kind of common in other counties. Friend/pal. As in: Percabeth is terrible. U wat m8/mate?

Well: Hello/Hi. As in: Hi, Damien. Well, mate.

Craic: Sometimes spelled crack. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE DRUG. It means fun/something enjoyable. As in: Were you ate the party? Yeah, it was great craic.
