Damian's POV

It didn't seem possible but the twins are due to arrive any minute now. It seems like just yesterday y/n had surprised me with the fact we were expecting again. Now here she was a little over thirty five weeks pregnant. We were having a scheduled c-section. Demi and Matt are sitting with Schuyler while we were going to be at the hospital.

I stood outside the operating room waiting for the nurse to come get me. The door open and a nurse pokes her head out.

"Mr. Martinez?" she said.

"Yes?" I said.

"We're ready for you," she said. I quickly followed her into the room. Y/N laid there a sheet separating her head and where they were going to operate.

"Hi," I said.

"Luis," she smiled up at me. I quickly brought my mask down and press a kiss to her lips as I sat on the chair they had by her head.

"I'm here Baby," I said as I stroke her hair as the doctors and nurses began the c-section. Tears fell from y/n's eyes "It's okay amor. We got this." She gave me a smile as I can hear the doctors and nurses talking but my soul focus is making y/n comfortable.

It seemed like hours as we waited but it fact it was only a matter of minutes before the first cry filled the room "It's a boy," announces Doctor Hansen.

"Damian Henry," I said to Doctor Hansen.

"Welcome to the world Damian Henry," he said as he hands him to a nurse and they whisk him to get cleaned up and checked out.

"He is here," whispered y/n as more tears fell. A nurse by her head smiled.

"And he is beautiful," she said. Y/N smiled.

"Takes after his Papá," she said.

I chuckled "No. After his Mamí," I smiled as she smiled at me.

The doctors and nurses continue and more cries fill the room "It's a girl," said Doctor Hansen.

"Amelia Grace," I said.

"Welcome to the world Amelia Grace," he said as she was handed to more nurses and they swept her away.

They began sewing up y/n as she cried "Go to them," she said.

I shook my head "No. I'm staying by you. They're taking care of them," I said.

"Please," she begged and then the nurse brings Damian Henry swaddled and placed him in my arms.

"Hi lil man," I said smiling down at this perfect little being y/n and I made as I moved to let y/n see him.

"Oh Luis. Damian looks exactly like you," she said as Damian yawns as the nurse brings over Amelia and just like Damian she is swaddled and perfect. The nurse by y/n's head helped me hold both.

"Amelia looks like you," I said as tears fell from my eyes.

Y/N smiled "No you," she said.

"Naw amor," I said as Amelia yawns "She is definitely your mini me."

She laughed lightly as the nurse helps me with letting y/n kiss the twins.

A few hours later.......

Y/N is in her room. I am sitting on the bed beside y/n waiting for Demi and Matt to come with Schuyler.

"I still can't believe we have three kids," said y/n as she held Damian and I held Amelia.

"I know," I said "Three perfect angels."

"And here is the third angel," said Demi as she and Matt walked in with Schuyler. Schuyler in Matt's arms.

"BABY!" pointed Schuyler at the twins.

"Right. That's your brother and your sister," said Matt as he placed Schuyler on the bed between y/n and I.

"My baby?" she said.

"Yes Skye. Your babies," said y/n as Schuyler looked at Amelia and then Damian.

"Hi Baby!" she said as she stood and kissed Amelia before y/n moved Damian to let Schuyler kiss him.

Demi was taking a video of the moment.

"Would you two like to hold Damian and Mia?" I asked looking at Demi and Matt.

Demi immediately put her phone down and y/n hands her Damian and I hand Amelia to Matt.

"Hi," said Demi "Hi Damian. I'm your Aunt Demi. I love you already," she kissed his forehead as Matt looked at Amelia.

"Hi Mia. It's your Unca Matt. And I love you so much already. Your Auntie Demi and I have been waiting for you just as much as your Papa and Mami," he chuckled as Demi stood next to him with Damian.

"Y/N. Luis. They're perfect," said Demi.

"I know," said y/n as she cradles Schuyler in her arms as Schuyler plays with y/n's hair "And we have a question for the two of you."

"The answer is yes!" said Demi and Matt chuckled.

"Demi they could be asking us to jump into traffic. Maybe let them ask?" he said.

"She already knows. We want you two as Damian and Amelia's godparents," I said.

"Yes!" said Demi again sticking her tongue out at Matt "See I know!"

I chuckled as Schuyler grabbed onto me and I took her into my arms "Skye how do you like your little brother and sister?" I asked as I took her to the babies as Demi and Matt placed them in the bassinets.

"Coot!" she said.

"Yes they're very cute," I said as I stare at the twins with Schuyler on my hip. My heart filled with so much love and pride as I stood with my three blessings. The blessings y/n and I made. I turned to y/n and she smiled at me "Y/N. I have no words to express how much I love you at this moment. How much you mean to me," I walked over to her and sat on the edge of the bed "You have given me so much. Not only your heart but three of the most beautiful babies in the world."

Y/N smiles as tears fill her eyes "And you Luis. Have given me not only your heart but the three most beautiful and perfect children in the world. I love you to the moon and the stars forever and for always," she said as she reaches up and tucked a strand of hair behind Schuyler's ear as she reached for y/n.

Y/N takes her and kissed her as I went and brought Damian and Amelia. Handing y/n, Amelia and I sat beside y/n with Damian "Demi. Could you please use my phone to take a picture?" I said as I nod to my phone on the tv tray.

She smiles as she opened my phone. My lock screen was a picture of the day Schuyler was born and it was y/n holding her and me beside y/n. It was time to change it.

"Okay. Everyone say Cheese!" said Demi and Schuyler's smile matched y/n's as Demi snapped the picture "Perfect."

She hands me my phone and I immediately changed the lock screen. I smiled as Damian began to fuss.

"I think someone is hungry," I said.

"That's our cue. Skye come with us and Unca Matt and I will get you some ice cream downstairs," said Demi as she takes Schuyler.

"Me no go!" she said.

"You can come back Skye. Go get some ice cream," I said "Okay?" I kissed her forehead.

"Otay," sighed Schuyler.

Demi, Matt and Schuyler left the room as y/n hands Amelia to me as I hand her Damian so she can feed him. I smiled down at Amelia.

"Welcome to the world Damian and Amelia. I can't wait until our adventures begin with your Mami, Skye and me," I said as I smile at y/n.

"Me too," she said as I bent down and kissed her lips. "Welcome to the world our little terror twins."

I smile "Yes welcome my very own terror twins," I said placing a delicate kiss to Amelia's forehead "Dada loves you to the moon and back."
