Turns out, we all had fun! The movie was great, our snacks we sneaked in were good, and Eliza didn't even bother to flirt with Alex!

Everything is going well.

We were now on our way to get some food. Chipotle. Yummy.

" Can I get a burrito bowl with chicken, shredded beef, lettuce, beans, rice, cheese, and sour cream please?" I say my order really fast, I remember all my possible meals I would want from here.

" I'll just have a burrito with only chicken." Alex says with a plain face.

" Alex you can't-" I decided to not even try, and look away.

" I'll just get a fountain drink. Not that hungry." Says Eliza quietly.

The worker nods and gives us our orders.
We mostly just sat there in comfortable silence while we ate.

We were done and we started to head back to he car. I couldn't stop looking at how Eliza acts towards Alexander. Obviously it was pretty awkward. I think Alexander was trying to keep his distance while Eliza was trying to make things not seem so weird. But I can tell she still has feelings for him. The way she would stare at him and how she blushes every time Alex talks to her.

I felt bad. Really bad.  Eliza's a good woman. It's hard to be in love and realize that person is leaving you for someone else. Then try to pretend everything's ok and nothing happen is even worse, because as hard as it is, it's hard to forget something that meant a lot to you.

The car ride was silent again as we made our way to drop off Eliza home. I have never been to her house nor never cared. I know she's rich so she definitely lives in the rich side of the city with all mansions. That's why I wasn't really surprised when I saw the glorious house on top of a hill. With a huge gate. " Thanks for the night out. I really needed it." Eliza smiles at me and Alex and opens the car door. She hops out and he door shuts as she walks to the front gate. There stood a security guard that waved at Eliza. They must be close then. She turns back at us and gives us a wave. I wave back but Alex didn't seem too.

" Well that was fun." I say trying to to lighten the mood, but Alex doesn't respond.

(TIIIIIMEEEEEEE SKIIIIIIIIIIIIIPPP )

" What the hell was that John?" Alexander looks at me with a mean look.

" What do you mean? Are you talking about tonigh-"

"  You invited Eliza, my ex, to our date??"

" I didn't think you would have mind...." I felt a little guilty now. I know I should have checked in with Alex. He probably only said yes because he didn't wanna seem mean. Or maybe didn't want to make things awkward or something.
" and besides, we go to the movies all the time! It wouldn't hurt to bring someone along." I added.

" John! We're talking about Eliza Schuyler here! She could have flirted with me and tried to take you away from me."

" But she didn't." I took off my hoodie and grabbed my towel. " You know you ending things with her really effected her."

Alex sat on the bed with his head on his hand.
" I did it to be with you. Isn't that what you wanted??"

" I want to be with you, not be with you and hurt people because of it. You were important to her Alexander. It's rough being in love and then soon that person leaves you. She needed a night out. I know she's your ex but maybe the awkwardness will fade." Then I make my way to take a shower.

TIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMEEEESSSSKKIPP

I can't sleep. Was Alex really that mad at me?? It was over something stupid!....right?? Ugh! I need to get up. I slowly push myself up on the bed and remove the covers trying not to wake up Alex. I grab my phone and tiptoe to the door and made my way down the stairs. Maybe watching some tiktok memes will help.

I was now in the kitchen snacking on some fruit loops and quietly laughing at how stupid kids can be on this app. Then my phone goes off and my eyes widen when I see the contact name...

I took a deep breath before answering the phone. My hand was shaky and I was sweating like crazy. I'm dead ass afraid of my ex...
" H-Hello...?" I say quietly into the phone.

" Meet me at my place in 20 minutes darling.."

IM NOT DEAD!!!

HEEEEEYYY! You guys probably want to shoot me in the throat because I haven't been writing. Long story short...I logged out of Wattpad and immediately forgot about it. And when I did I said I was working on a chapter but procrastination hit me in the face and it took me forever. 😅.

Soooooo good news is I gOT A BOYFRIEND!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! SOMEONE ACTUALLY LOVES ME!!!!
