You were waiting in the common room after breakfast. More and more students started leaving to go to their class. It made you nervous.

Skipping wasnt something you often did. You actually never skipped. You didnt know why you agreed with this. He had a bad influence on you but somehow you couldnt say no to him.

The common room was completely empty by the time Draco arrived. You looked at him as he walked towards you. He was wearing his black suit it looked.. really good on him.

'You're going to wear your robes out?' He asked.

You looked at your outfit and then back at him.

'Go on.' He said. 'I'll wait.'

'Shouldnt we get-'

'No.' Draco grinned. 'Now go.'

You got up and headed towards your dorm. You got dressed into your favourite outfit and headed downstairs. Draco turned around his eyes followed your every move while you walked downstairs. Draco wasnt used to seeing you like this. He walked over to you.

'I'm sure this will do. I mean it's not like your fancy stuff.'

'You look great.' Draco smiled. 'Now, let's go.'

Draco took you out of the common room. It was weird to see Hogwarts this empty. You were nervous about getting caught. It was bad. You could hardly speak.

'Relax Y/N. Itll be okay.' Draco smiled. 'I do this every year.'

'Did those years include Umbridge?'

Draco leaned in to you.

'I'm a pro. She doesnt scare me.' He grinned.

You looked at him. His signature smile was still on his face while he brought back the distance between you two.

You started heading towards the courtyard but as soon as you turned around the corner you saw Umbridge. You started to gasp. Draco covered your mouth and pulled you against the wall. Your eyes were filled with panic.

'Shhhh.' He whispered.

You looked him deep into his gray eyes. Your heart was pounding against yours chest as you heard Umbridge voice. Draco was holding your arm pressed against the wall. He slowly moved the hand, infront  of your mouth, away and laid his finger against his lips, signing at you to be quiet.

'I can't do this.' You whispered at him.

He kept signing you to be quiet. His strong hand still holding onto your arm. Draco actually smelled really good. You didnt know why but you placed your head on his shoulder. Draco was surprised. He slowly moved his hand to the back of your head.

'You're doing great.' He whispered.

You felt his warm breath against the side of your face. Suddenly Umbridge voice started to fade.

'You never do this stuff, do you?' He asked.

You shook your head. You stood back up. Draco turned around the corner. You hesitated. He appeared again.

'She's gone, we can go.'

You looked at him. Unsure of what to do. Draco grabbed your hand. Your eyes shot at your finger which were intertwined with his.

'There is nothing to be scared of. She's gone and I'm with you.' He said while squeezing your hand for a second.

He pulled you with him. He took you through the door to the courtyard. Draco slowly let go of your hand.

'See, we made it.' He smiled.

Hogsmeade was quiet apart from the few witches and wizards that lived there. It was a really nice place. It had some shops and bars. Although you werent old enough to get butterbeer yet.

'What a nice town.' You smiled.

'I dont necessarily come here for the town.. but yeah. Do you wanna get some candy from Honeydukes?'

Draco pointed at a little candy store.

'Shouldnt we try to be invisible? What if they tell Umbridge?'

Draco snorted.

'You're with me.' Draco said while reaching for his wand. 'They know me.'

Draco opened the door for you. The shop owner looked at you as you entered. The sweet smell of candy entered your nose. It smelled amazing. Draco started walking through the store and so did you.

'Do you like candy?' He asked.

'I do.' You smiled. 'Especially Y/Fav/Can (your favourite candy).'

Draco smiled and snatched something from a shelve. You made a small selection yourself.

'Do you want anything?' You asked.

Draco's head piped up from one of the shelves.

'I can pay it myself if I want anything.' He grinned.

You headed towards the cash register. The guy behind the register shot you a look.

'Are you supposed to be at Hogwarts?' He asked you.

Draco heard it and looked at it. He saw your face turning red.

'I-I uhm-'

'I'm not selling you this, go back to-'

Draco leaned his arm with his wand on the counter and looked straight at him. The mans face got pale. As if he hadnt notice him yet.

'Is there a problem, Flume?' Draco asked.

The man shook his head and quickly made up a balance for you. You were confused but paid him.

'You go, I'll be right there.' Draco said.

You started heading towards the door. Draco leaned in the him and throw something on the counter.

'Let's not have an issue here. You keep your mouth shut just like everyone here knows how to do.' He sneered at him.

Draco throw some money on the counter and stuffed what ever he paid into his pocket. Draco walked over to you and guided you outside.

'Dont worry. He wont tell.' Draco grinned while stepping out of the store. 'Let's go. I want to show you something.'

Draco took you up the hill near a very old shack. It was a nice place. You looked around while Draco sat down. You had a view over the entire town.

'Do you come here often?' You asked.

'Occasionally.' He said while patting the ground besides him, signing that you could sit down.

You sat down besides him. Draco and you started talking. You spend at least an hour getting to know each other. Talking about anything and everything.

After that you sat there for a moment in silence. You were looking at the view. Draco looked at you for a moment. You two had a lot of fun today. The talking you just had was awesome. It had been ages since it went this smooth.

Draco had the same. For a second he completely dropped his guard.. he allowed you to come a little closer to him. He missed that.. but he knew what he was doing wasnt the best idea.

You were special. There was some charm about you. Your kindness was something you couldnt say no to. He wouldnt be surprised if literally no one hated you. The charm also showed itself in your looks. Everything about you said kindness. Your face, your eyes, your smile.

You looked at him. Draco quickly looked at the ground but he also knew you saw him. You felt yourself blushing a little.

'Thank you.' You smiled.

Draco looked up at you.

'For what?'

'I'm having a really nice time.'

'Oh I actually wanted to thank you.' Draco grinned while looking away.

He reached into his pocket and took out your favourite candy. You didnt manage to find it in the candy shop. He handed it to you.

'Draco.. you didnt have to do this. I dont deserve this.'

'You do.'

You put it in your pocket with all the other candy you got. Draco looked at the town ahead of him.

'You are the first person to give me a chance.. I know I took you away from your earlier friends. Dont worry, I dont hate you if you wanna be friend with them. They say their things and I say mine. We have a history you know.' He said.

Draco looked at the grass.

'Just want you to know that I appreciate it and that i think you're great.' Draco said.

You smiled and moved a little closer to him so you could hug him. Draco smiled and grabbed your hands.

'You're great too Draco.' You said. 'I'm so sorry about what ever other didnt try. I'm not like them, I promise.'

You let him go and sat back down again.

'I'll tell you more about everything one day. I promise.. it just takes time.'

'I'm not gonna force you. We're just starting to get to know each other. I mean friendships take time. Although today was a great start.'

Draco nodded and got up. He offered you his hand. You grabbed it and he helped you up.

'Thank you.'

'No problem.' Draco said.

You two just stood there looking at each other for a moment.

'We should go back, class ends in a moment. Else we can easily get caught sneaking back in.' Draco said.

'Oh yeah, sure.' You said.

You two started heading back to Hogwarts..
