Bambam's Pov

"Aye, get up." A hand shakes my shoulder. I groan and move around, rubbing my eyes to see better. Once I got my eyesight back, I noticed my surroundings. I was laying on a couch and it was daylight. Mark hovered beside me, staring.

"There is food in the kitchen, you know what to do." He walks away to another room. I sit up groggily. Of course, I know what to do. I been here plenty of time, and I've been here for three days since we played cards. It was a Sunday morning.

I get off the couch and head straight to the bathroom to wash up. I wash my face and brush my teeth. I also run my fingers through my hair to tame it a bit. After that, I head to the kitchen where Mark sits on one of his island stools and drinks coffee.

I go to the pantry to get some bagels. I put them in the toaster and while I wait I go to the refrigerator to get some cream cheese. The toaster dings, and I grab a plate to get my bagels. I spread the cream cheese and place my plate on the counter next to the stool next to Mark. But before I sit down, I also get me a cup of coffee from the brewer. After everything is gathered, I settled down and began eating my meal.

Mark looks at me when I'm halfway through and puts his mug down.

"Why are you really here Bambam?" He says bluntly to me. I was taken back by surprise.

"I, uh-"

"I know you aren't here just a to 'hang out'. You've been a little off lately. It's like you're avoiding home." I freeze from that point on, realizing he got me. "Also, every time I mention something about going home and Yugyeom, you avoid it or make up some type of excuse. You even left Yugyeom alone at your place knowing that it's dangerous to go out. Something is up, I know."

It's true that I haven't been home yet, and I don't know if I wanted to go home knowing that Yugyeom was there. I just hate the fact that we can't get over the same problem we've been fighting over for a while. I know our 'dispute' wasn't a big deal for him, but it was for me. I wanted him to understand that so I stayed here along enough for him to think about the situation.

I sigh. "Don't worry, we just had a small argument." I continued to eat my food.

"Must have been an important argument for you to run away and leave him alone there. Do you even trust him enough to be safe there?"

Don't I?

"I think it's been long enough Bambam. It's time for you to go home."

"Dang, you kicking me out already?" I joked with him to buy some time.

"Yeah your presence here annoys me and Jackson is supposed to come back today. So leave." I laugh at Mark.

"But seriously," Mark gives me a serious look. "I think you should go home..."

I weighed it in my head, and he was right. I sigh and looked at my finished meal. I take my last sip of coffee before getting up and putting my dishes in the sink. I head over to Mark again.

"Ok," I said. "I'm gonna head back now. Let me collect my things and I'll leave soon. Tell Jackson I said hi."

"Will do," Mark nodded. "And good luck."

"Thanks." Was the last thing I said before I headed on.

Yugyeom POV

Blackness.

Blackness was all I saw for hours.

Hours.

Hours that merged with each other.

I couldn't tell how long I've been here. It could have been for days for all I know. Days that I've sat tied to this chair with a blindfold on. Days of silence and freezing temperatures. Scarce amounts of food and water were given occasionally, but generous amounts of beating were given more than often.

I hear the door open.

I was waiting for the usual reply such as 'Oi!' or 'Aye!', but I didn't get any. I was only met with more silence. I became wary and alert to what may happen next. It was something unfamiliar, and it worried me.

Gladly, they didn't do anything physically. They did, however, did something that made me want to get hit instead. This type of pain only caused me emotional and mental pain.

I only heard a voice.

They said a word, and that's all I needed to hear to understand.

"Yugyeom"

Such a familiar voice. One I would never forget. The owner of the voice had given me so many memories. Good, bad, new, and shocking.  Of course, it would send a wave of emotions over me when I heard it. I haven't heard it in so long. The owner of this voice could only belong to one person ever...

Jungkook.

-~~~-

"Yugyeom," Jungkook's sweet voice rang through the other end of the telephone line. "Don't miss me too much. I'm almost done sweetheart, I'll be back in five minutes."

I sigh. "Why does your work always make you do over time? It's not fair."

"But it's work, it can't be helped..."

"I know."

"Ah, that's why I love you. You are so understanding~" Jungkook coos at me. I blush.

"Aish, stop it. Just come back soon, ok?"

"Will do. Bye Yugyeom, love you."

"Bye, love you too," I say before I hang up.

~

"I'm home!" Jungkook calls out from the front door. I stand up from the couch I was sitting on and head over to him.

"Welcome home~" I say to him sweetly and give him a peck on the lips. When I pull away, he does a disapproving hum before smirking and pulling me for a longer kiss.

"That's better." He smiles when he pulls away. I blush and playfully slap his arm.

"How was work?" I drift away and walk back towards the living room, Jungkook following closely behind.

"Ah, it was especially tiring today." His eyes track down my movements as I sit back down on the couch. He comes towards me and sits next to me, pulling me in his arms. "I'm just glad that I can come home and relax to this."

"Jeez, you are such a sap," I grab one of the nearby throw pillows and hit him with it. He laughs at my actions.

"I only speak the truth." He brushes one strand of hair off my face.

"Oh yeah, I before I forget," Jungkook begins. "Taehyung called and asked if we want to hang out with him at his house. Apparently, J-hope, Jimin, and Suga are gonna be there as well."

I raised my eyebrows in interest. It's not like I had anything planned today...

"Yeah sure, why not?"

"Alright, I'll call him to tell him we are going. Go get dressed." Jungkook kisses my temple and gets up from the couch. I get up shortly after and do as I was told.

After getting ready, I was walking down the hallway to go meet Jungkook at the door. Before I did, I hear his voice speaking to someone. It sounded like he was still on the phone. I stayed behind to listen in.

"-yeah I sold about 6kg to this guy who was really fussy. He was complaining that the bag was a bit crumpled up! Like seriously, it's just a bag. He should be grateful that I was able to get my hands on that stuff because it's extremely expensive these days..."

I scrunch up my eyebrows in confusion. What were these bags he was taking about? I shake my head, trying to disregard what I just heard. I continued to walk till I was in Jungkook's peripheral vision. Once he saw me, he quickly spoke to the phone.

"Alright Tae, I have to go. See ya later." He hangs up and turns towards me, sporting a charming smile on his face. He holds up his hand for me to take.

"Ready to go, beautiful?" I blush once hearing his words. I give him a shy nod and we went on our way.

~

"I win!" J-hope yells and rises from the couch. The television screen flashes his username with confetti on the background, congratulating him. He does a victory dance, moving his hips around. Jimin sits next to him and throws his controller. He stares at his part of the shared screen and it puts his username in gloomy lettering, informing him that he lost. Jimin growls and hits his fist on the coffee table.

"I should have won!" Jimin yells in disappointment. J-hope giggles.

"I guess you aren't as lucky as me. I have HOPE on my side!" He laughs at his poor excuse of a pun. Jimin only bubbles up more anger.

"This video game is rigged!"

Jungkook and I sit nearby them on the couch. I watched them in amusement, grabbing some chips on the coffee table.

We have been here for an hour now. All we've done was play video games and ate snack food. Right now we were waiting for the pizza to arrive. It was a pretty chill evening. Jimin and J-hope finished a gaming competition.

"Yah, you both are stupid." Suga shakes his head.

"Hey, I'm not stupid! He cheats!" Jimin points a finger in J-hope's direction.

"No he didn't cheat, you just can't beat him." Jungkook says nonchalantly.

"Really? Then you try to beat him Jungkook." Jimin challenged.

"Fine, I will." Jungkook stood up and cracked his fingers. I sigh and shake my head. He was always competitive. Always striving for number one.

"But Jungkook loves video games. He's obviously gonna win." Taehyung speaks up from his place on the wall. He was leaning against it.

"We will just see about that," J-hope smirks and sits back down next to Jungkook, preparing another round.

~

"Told you I was gonna win." Confetti surrounded the background of the screen, this time with Jungkook's username in the middle. J-hope's mouth hung open in disbelief.

"But, but, this is my favorite game. I perfected every move, how...?"

"I guess that I just have HOPE on my side." Jungkook smirked. J-hope noticed that his pun was taken.

"You take my game, then you take my pun! What's next?!"

Taehyung comes back from the kitchen holding a cold water bottle.

"J-hope, here's the water you asked fo-" Before Taehyung could finish his sentence, Jungkook takes the bottle and drinks it in one gulp. He crushes it and throws it into the trash.

"My water too?!" J-hope wails.

While J-hope whines about losing everything, Jungkook comes back to sit next to me. He puts his arms around me and grabs a chip with the other hand. He chuckles at the whole thing.

"Hyung! If it makes you feel better, I'll play with you." Taehyung offers to J-hope. "I can't play that good, but I'm willing to give it a try."

"You're on!" J-hope gets back up as if nothing happens and they start another round.

Suga looks at his phone for a while. He stares at it worriedly before standing up suddenly.

"Jungkook." He calls out to him. Jungkook looks up to him. Suga does a head gesture towards Taehyung's room. Jungkook nods.

"I'll be right back babe." He feeds me the chip he never got to eat before standing up to go follow Suga. The door closes behind them.

The doorbell rings right after. Jimin stands up and walks towards it. He exchanged words with someone there before coming back with his hands full.

"Pizza is here!" He holds up the box and gives his perfect eye smile.

~

Hours have passed since Jungkook entered that room. I started to get worried. It was late into the night and we still had to get home. I even saved him a piece of pizza (though it's cold now).

Suspicious, I walk over to the room. I didn't enter. I knew what was going on in there wasn't any of my business, but I got really uneasy with the thought of Jungkook and Suga alone in a bedroom. I put my ear on the door. Voices could be heard inside. It sounded like a conversation.

"He's a new customer. We don't know anything about him. All we know is that he wants three bags." Suga's voice reached my ears.

"How much kg?" Jungkook asked.

"He only wants 1kg each."

"1kg?"

"Yeah, I thought it was weird too..."

"Who's gonna give it out?"

"That's why I came to you. I asked everyone else, but no one is up for the job."

"I'm not sure I could do this..."

"Don't worry. It isn't the expensive stuff, so it's not that dangerous. It's simple just like his order. All he wants is marijuana-"

Marijuana?! What the hell?! They were talking about drugs the whole time?!

I open the door as soon as I hear that word come out of Suga's mouth. They both look up at me in shock. I give them disapproving looks.

"Marijuana?!"

"Yugyeom, how long have you've been there?" Suga asks me.

"Long enough to understand what's going on here." Poison-laced in my words.

"Baby, I can explain-" Jungkook started but I cut him off.

"Is this what you've been doing? Is this why you come home late? Is this your Job?!"

"Yes-"

"Oh god, Jungkook why? All this time I though you were a car repairs man!"

"I needed the money. This was the only option for me. No other job would accept me. How else can I give you everything without the amount of money I make on this?"

"You don't have to do this to give me things, I'm happy with just being by you!"

Suga stands up, bowing slightly. I look at him confused.

"I'm sorry Yugyeom for bringing this upon you. I was the one who dragged Jungkook in. Please don't blame him. Blame me instead." He apologized greatly.

"Suga..."

"I brought him in this room to ask him if he was up to take the job. All he had to do was give three 1kg bags of Marijuana to a new client and receive the money. A transaction. I came to him because no one else was willing to do it..."

"And I wasn't gonna do it either, so please Yugyeom," Jungkook tried to reassure me. "Please don't be mad. I didn't want you to find out that I did this. Please don't let this change how you see me. I still love you."

"I just wish you didn't do these things for me..." I whispered under my breath, quiet enough for them not to hear.

"The problem is, with no one to do this, it will end badly for our company. We have a reputation to keep up, and if you fail to do that, serious consequences happen. I can't face that. I've been loyal for two and a half years."

"So no one is willing to do it?" I asked.

"It's more like they can't. Half of them quit and the rest have to stay on the down low, including Jungkook. A client got angry because of a little mistake on his order. He pulled out a weapon, so everyone who didn't quit came and helped that person. Thankfully, no one got hurt. But, we have to stop selling for a while."

"It was my order. I had accidentally crumpled the guy's bag and he got angry. That's why I was late this afternoon."

That's what that call to Taehyung was all about...

"That's why when I got a text to deliver this suddenly, I was stuck. I didn't know who to ask. Jimin and J-hope both received the message and both said no. Jungkook didn't get the message because he was commanded to stay low, but I asked him even though it was a huge stretch for him to say yes. So now here we are."

I sigh and thought about all of the information they gave me. It was overwhelming, but I understood something. There was something that needs to be done to fix all of this.

"Well since no one is willing to do it, and work can't be helped," My voice shaked as I said this. "Then I will do it."

"Wait, what? Did I just hear you correctly?" Jungkook looked at me with wide eyes. This was the first time I've seen him so surprised.

"Yes, you did. I will do it. It makes sense because they don't recognize me."

"But you don't even know how to do it. It's dangerous, Yugyeom. What will I do if something happens to you?"

"The same could have happened to you, Jungkook. And the worst part is that I didn't even know. I trusted you that you were safe because I believed at the time you were doing something safe such as 'car repair' like you said. What if I found out by someone else that something happened to you and I couldn't even do anything about it since I wasn't informed?" Jungkook stayed silent after hearing my words.

"Don't worry, I will have Jimin accompany you. He knows what to do if anything happened. He's been in it longer than Jungkook has." Suga spoke up again.

"But I thought that he couldn't do it..." I asked.

"He kind of does have to do it when I tell him this situation," Suga reassured. "Thank you so much Yugyeom. I owe you one."

~

I can't believe I'm doing this.

Right now, Jimin and I were standing in an alleyway. We were staring at a light corner where a dark figure stood, hooded. We 100% believed that he was our new client. I was so nervous.

Suga told me some of the details before I went. He called Jimin over and they sorted everything out. Jungkook pulled me aside and whispered apologetic and soothing words in my ear. He gave me occasional pecks as well. Before I left, we shared one last kiss and Jungkook wished me luck. He wanted me to promise him to be safe.

Now I'm not so sure if I feel safe...

"Ok, so what you have to do is go up to him and trade the package with the money. You don't have to do anything else. No small talk." Jimin handed me the small package. "Got it?" I just nodded my head, too scared to speak.

"Alright then, go." He gave me a small push. I wobbled and shuffled to the guy. He took one hand out of his pocket, holding it up to receive the package. I pulled it out and gave it to him quick. He looked at it before shouting.

"Alright, we got them!"

I looked around panicked. He showed me a badge, and I began to run. Sirens and engines were heard. Jimin called out to me.

"Yugyeom, come here!"

I ran over to the alley. Jimin was already running, leading the way for me. Unfortunately, he was also leading the way for the undercover cop.

"Yugyeom, watch me carefully!" Jimin said to me while we ran. I nodded once again. He then proceeded to do a difficult route that involved multiple turns and shortcuts. Long story short, we lost the cop because of it.

"Thanks, Jimin."

"No problem, but now we still have to hurry back to Tae's house."

We ran all the way back. Jimin was faster than me, however. The front door of Taehyung's apartment slammed open and in came Jimin.

"What happened?!" Jungkook was the first one to ask. His face was full of worry. "Where's Yugyeom?"

"He's coming in a second. We had to run from the cops." Jimin said out of breath.

"Cops?!"

"Yeah, and that was no client-"

"I should have known! The order was too unusual." Suga grabbed his hair in frustration. "Now Yugyeom's in trouble because of me."

"Wait, you didn't let me finish. I don't think Yugyeom is in trouble."

"What do you mean?"

"I just saw Yugyeom rat us out! He spent so much time over there with the cop and he was slow enough for him to follow us! It was like he was purposely trying to let the cops get to us!"

Jungkook looked at Jimin in confusion. "No way, Yugyeom wouldn't do that. He did this so I wouldn't have to be the one doing it."

"Yeah, and what better way to stop you from doing it than turning you in jail? Then you would never have to do it. Also, he took up the job willingly. Who in their right mind does that? See, he was out to get you!"

Everyone was silent. Jungkook looked at the floor in shock. He covered his mouth, unable to process the info before him. It made sense.

But he didn't understand why Yugyeom would do such a big thing to him. Was selling drugs really that bad for Yugyeom that he would turn in his own boyfriend?

I finally make it and ran into the apartment, out of breath, locking the door.

"Guys! It was an undercover cop! We need t-"

"No Yugyeom, we think we know what happened." Jungkook spoke up, eyes still staring at the ground. His voice was hard.

I looked up confused. "Well, if you know, we gotta get going. Jimin must have told you everything." I walk over to Jungkook and put my hands on his shoulders. Out of nowhere, he pushes me off and gives me a dirty glare. I was shocked.

"Oh yeah, you bet Jimin told us everything." He cracked his knuckles. "Like how you were out to get me and ratted us out!"

What?

"What do you mean? I didn't do that!" I shook my head in disbelief. "It was an undercover cop. I had no idea-"

"Quit lying! Jimin told us what happened. How you took your time and showed the cop right to us. No wonder you took the job quickly!"

What are they on about?! I never tried to do that!

"I didn't! Jimin is telling lies!"

"Don't use Jimin as a scapegoat. We know what happened." J-hope spoke up this time.

"How could you Yugyeom?" Jungkook gave me a pained look. A tear escaped his eye, making me feel horrible. "I trust you, and you just try to get rid of me!"

"I never tried to do any of that! I didn't-" Before I could finish my plead, sounds emitted from outside. Sirens.

"Shit-" Suga said when footsteps went up to the stairs and the police barged through the door.

"You're under arrest! Put your hands up."

Instead of doing as we were told, we all scattered away. Tuning from different directions. Suga, Taehyung, and J-hope went out through the windows and down the ladders. Jimin and I hid in different places. Jungkook however, wasn't very lucky. They tackled him down to the floor and held his hands behind his back. Jungkook's face held panic at first, but it was shortly replaced with  anger.

"I promise you that when I get out, I'll get you Kim Yugyeom!" He yelled as they jerked him up and dragged him out the door.

~

I ran and ran. The tears streamed down my cheeks for replaying the events that happened earlier. I ran to the only place I knew and felt safe at the moment.

Jungkook's House.

I slammed the front door and ran to our shared bedroom. I clutched the sheets and held them close to me. I cried and cried, wishing that this was all a dream.

Hours ago we were in each other's arms, and now he was going to jail. Knowing only a fake lie about me leading him to hate my guts.

I was scared.

I hear the front door open. Afraid and cautious, I headed over to the front door. I was met with the remaining three that left a while ago. Suga, J-hope, and Taehyung.

"Guys, you have to believe me." I walk over to them. "I honestly didn't do that."

"Really? Then why didn't you try to help Jungkook when they got him? You were there!" Taehyung pointed out.

"You guys didn't help him either! Plus, I was scared shitless."

"More like scared shitless about the fact that we found out your true intentions." J-hope glared at me. "You're gonna pay."

They came closer to me. I looked at them shocked. I looked at Suga in panic, hoping that he would understand and help me. He just stayed silent the whole time, avoiding my gaze.

J-hope swings at me but misses. I grab his arm and punch him out of reflex. He wobbles back and grabs his face.

"Oh, you are really gonna get it this time!" Taehyung defends his friend. I looked at all of them, feeling regretful. I sprint out to a run out of nowhere, passing them out the door.

"Hey! Wait! Come back here!" They run after me.

I run and run, zigzagging my way through the pathways. The three of them tried to catch me, but I ended up losing them.

I decide to rest at a nearby alley. Sitting down, breathing raggedly, I sobbed. My life couldn't get any worse. My friends abandoned me, I'm homeless, and my boyfriend didn't believe me and went to jail hating me. I trusted them enough to have my back when I needed them, especially Jungkook. They even promised! But now they betrayed me. I didn't know if I could trust anyone anymore.

I knew for a fact that I couldn't trust Jimin. He lied to them about me. I knew that Jimin and I didn't get along as well as the others, but I didn't know he hated me that much to make everyone against me. What did I do to make Jimin hate me? All I ever did was date Jungkook...

So I stayed in that alley. Days turned into weeks. Weeks into months, months to years. Little did I know that I would stay there for 3 years...

-~~~-

"Hello, Yugyeom. See, I finally made it out. Just like I promised you." I could practically hear the smirk in Jungkook's voice. "And I also got you."

A single close footstep was all I heard in the silence. "Don't come near me!" I growled at him. He chuckled.

"What? You can't trust me now?" Jungkook's voice held a fake tone of shock. "That's surprising to me, considering all of the things we went through with each other. Too bad, cause I trusted you so much. Up until, you know, our little 'incident'."

"I told you, I didn't do it! It wasn't me!"

"Sure keep on saying that. It doesn't matter what you say now. I made new friends back in jail. Close friends. For example, I befriended someone named Namjoon. He's such a great friend. The type that wouldn't SNITCH on someone just to blackmail them."

"Jimin was lyin-"

"Oh really? Why would he ruin it for me if he's got my back?!" Jungkook finally snapped. "At least he's here for me! You just ran away!"

"Jungkook-" He comes towards me and rips off the blindfold over my eyes. I was able to see how much he's changed. Muscles have formed over the years, making him looked ruffed up. His dark eyes roamed around my features. The emotion of sad remembrance glistened over his eyes, showing me that he still missed what we had years ago. It then hardened, bringing him back to the present. It held pain and hatred.

"No, I don't want to hear any more of your excuses," He gave me a hard look. "I'm tired of them."

He walks back to the door, opening it to get out. Before he left, he mentioned one last thing.

"Oh and Yugyeom," He looked at me one last time. "I know where you ran off too. Aren't you staying in that apartment complex on the other side of town? Apartment room 1704? With Bambam?"

My eyes widened in horror as his mouth widened to a sinister smile.

"Yeah, so you can trust me enough to ruin that for you just like you ruined it for me." He chuckles and slams the door shut, leaving me in darkness once again.

Sorry I don't know much about drugs so the measurements may be wrong but oh well this is my story :)
