~Y/N POV~

Today I had no choice but to bring Minji to work with me. Momo couldn't watch her for today which was okay because I was relieved to know that Jimin said it was still okay to bring Minji in while I worked. I was only suppose to be in today for a half day anyway since Jimin told me there wasn't much to do today anyway so that was a plus.

Minji was excited to come see my new work place. She had been talking about it all morning. It's nice to see her excited about it where as I'm a nervous wreck more than anything. I haven't seen or spoken to Yoongi since he told me to leave his office two days ago. I just hope that he doesn't suddenly show up when Minji is still here. If he saw her he might click on quickly since the resemblance between the two can't go unnoticed.

When we finally reached my floor that I work on, Namjoon went his own way but tried to put my nerves to rest by saying it'll be fine and that Yoongi is suppose to be busy with meetings all day anyway. I'm not in the best of moods with Namjoon lately because he knew of who Yoongi was and is to me and yet he didn't tell me anything.

Coming off the elevator with Minji she ran up a head of me since I told her my desk was straight ahead. One thing for sure is my little girl is not a shy child. She didn't hesitate to run a head without me and when she found my desk she jumped up on my chair where is sit which so happened to have startled Jungkook to see a random child coming to sit next to him all of a sudden.

I ran over to them both as Jungkook stares at Minji who only giggles back at him, covering her mouth with a little blush on her cheeks.

"Oh I'm sorry Jungkook. This is Minji, my daughter."

He knows of Minji since I've spoke about her to him many times over the last few days but I guess the sudden appearance of her was a surprise.

"Oh yeah." Jungkook

He nervously chuckles to look at me as I walk around the desk to stand beside Minji on my chair.

"Minji this is Jungkook. You could say we work together."

I looked back at Jungkook who nods at me and then smiles at Minji just to pull his chair over closer to the still blushing girl who has now become shy all of a sudden. That's not like her at all.

"Hi Minji, I'm Jungkook." Jungkook

He held out his hand for her to shake and yet she stares at it for a few seconds before she takes his hand gently and shakes it but then quickly retrieves it. Jungkook chuckled and sits back in his chair with a large smile on his face.

"She's adorable y/n." Jungkook

"Thanks."

I smiled back at him just to look down at Minji who was now scanning the whole room with her wondering eyes.

"Hey Minji would you like to play some games on my computer with me? You're mommy's boss is wanting to talk to her for a minute." Jungkook

Minji eagerly nods and rushes over to Jungkook who picks her up and puts her on his lap to face the computer where as I juts frown and stare at him back.

"Jimin wants to see me?"

"Yeah he said he needs to ask you something for when you come in." Jungkook

I only nod, just to glance at Minji who seemed quite comfortable with Jungkook and left to Jimins office, knocking softly before he told me to enter and I walked in but leaving to door open behind me.

"Hey Jimin, Jungkook said you wanted to see me for when I came in?"

There he was glued to reading something in deep thought on his computer screen. Furrowed brows and a pouted lip he was thinking hard on something.

"Actually yes. The big boss has a meeting with one of our co-investors with the Cavalier Group and I was wondering if you would find me those notes from yesterday's meeting. They would be of great use towards the project." Jimin

"Yeah sure I'll go get them for you."

He nods still reading the screen and I leave his office but I come to a freeze when I seen the very person that I didn't want to see today. Especially with Minji here and that is the very person he is staring at right now from across the room, standing next to a tall decorated plant almost as if to disguise himself.

I just stood at the doorway watching him practically study Minji and Jungkook together who haven't even noticed he's there. One thing I know very well is Yoongi is not a stupid guy, he'll figure it out in no problem.

I sighed to myself and removed myself from the doorway and headed to the desk to go throw my drawers for my notes from yesterday and taking them out to go head back to hand over to Jimin.

"Mommy! Can I get a snack?!" Minji

I freeze in my steps to spin around to face Minji who was innocently staring back at me with her sparkling almond eyes.

"Yes you can. Hold on I'll just grab my purse."

I picked up my bag from the floor that I placed there earlier but Jungkook stands up after sliding Minji off his lap and takes her hand.

"Y/n it's alright I'll take her to the vending machine down the hall. I've got it." Jungkook

I quickly shook my head and took my purse out my bag anyway but he chuckles and gently grabs my arm to lower my purse as he was already walking around me with my daughters hand in his own.

"It's fine y/n. I'll get her something." Jungkook

"Are you sure? I cou-"

"Nope you don't need to give me money. I'm good." Jungkook

He laughs slightly with Minji now eagerly tugging on his arm to go.

"Okay well thank you."

I placed my purse down on the desk and then watched the two leave down the hall but noticed how they had to pass Yoongi who continued to watch the two curiously. Minji just walked passed him where as I'm sure Jungkook told him hello before being dragging away by the child.

With Yoongi still watching them walk away I took the opportunity to rush to Jimins office but sadly I wasn't fast enough when he called out my name.

"Y/n!" Yoongi

I squeezed my eyes shut and took a deep breath. His loud stomps came closer to me and I opened back up my eyes to force a smile at him as he now stands right next to me directly in front of Jimins office door that still lays wide open.

"She when did you have a kid?" Yoongi

I gulped nervously since he went right to the point. There's no point in lying to him right?

"Six years ago."

His eyes widen in surprise and he stuffs his hands in his pockets just to look briefly to the side. He was thinking of something I could tell by the way he pressed his lips into a thin line and his eyes wondering around freely.

"Is she mine?" Yoongi

Now my eyes widen and I took a step back at the sudden question. I guess sometimes I forget that he likes to get straight to the point.

"Y-yes."

A dark look spread across his face as he stares back at me. I gulped yet again, licking my now dry lips and placing my hands behind my back as they shook constantly.

The two of us just stared back at one another. I was scared of what to say but when I was about to break the silence between us he grunts and spins in his heels and walks away from me. I didn't miss the hurt in his eyes before he turned away.

I just watched his back disappear down the hall until he turned the corner and was out of sight. Now he has another reason to hate me.

"I've got to say I didn't expect that kind of drama to be rolling around the building." Jimin

I heard his amused voice coming to stand beside my just by the door. But the curve of his lips also just shows how amused he really was.

"It's a long story."

I mumbled to him holding out the notes for him that he so carefully took from me.

"I have time until the meeting this afternoon. If you care to share though, you don't have to?" Jimin

I nodded and walked inside his office to explain the relationship between Yoongi and I. I might as well since it would be nice to have someone else to talk to about this other than Namjoon.
