We stop in front of a small house, I'm not normally very shy but when I heard a lot of screaming coming from the house I grabbed on to Dally. He gave me a look that said 'don't be afraid' but I couldn't help myself I was scared.

Johnny sighed and went inside the house, the was more screaming and then it went silent, I was more scared than ever right then, I started to cry and I grabbed Dally's shirt again and he picked me up. I buried my face into his chest and cried more. Dally was soothing me and calming me down when Johnny came running out of the house. "AND NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!" a woman yelled as he left the house. Dally turned and flicked her off and spoke turning to Johnny, "They didn't hurt you too bad did they, Johnnycake?" "Nah, they didn't hurt me too bad." Johnny replied smiling at Dally. Dally returned the smile and put me down and we continued walking.

We stop in front of another house similar to the other and there was more screaming, but this wasn't anger screaming, this was fun screaming. Next I heard "I'LL GET YOU FOR THAT TWO-BITCH!" Dally started snickering and I could see why, his friends were ridiculous. We open the door and I find four pairs of eyes staring at me, I grabbed onto Dally's shirt. "Really now your pickin' up kids too Dal?" a guy with a mickey-shirt, askes. I tug on Dal's shirt to get his attention he leans down to hear what I'm going to say, I whisper "Play along." He nods and stands up and I stand on my tip-toes trying to kiss him, he eventually caught on and picked me up and kissed me right on the lips.

We broke the kiss and he put me down, I looked around at everyone they were all disgusted except blondie he looked jealous. I walked over to him smirking, Dally was too, everyone watched me as I talked to blondie, "Aw... is blondie jealous that his little crush kissed Dally?" he started blushing and looked at the ground. He's cute when he blushes. Dally and I start laughing and crying at the same time, were on the floor for what felt like forever, it was so funny. I stopped laughing and stood up holding my hand out saying "Hi, I'm Eli, Dally's little cousin. Oh and by the way that kiss was to freak you guys out so... thanks for making me laugh. Now it's my turn to make you laugh." They all looked at me confused 'till I looked over at Dal smirking. He immediately started running away and I chased him and pinned him to the ground with his arm twisted behind his back. Everyone looked in awe at first and then said their name and age, "Sodapop 16." "Two-bit 18." "Steve 17." "Darry 20." I don't know why they said it like that but I was to busy yelling at Dally. "Say uncle!" "Ne...ver." he said on the bridge of tears but making it look like he was losing his breath. I pushed his arm closer to his shoulder blade and he yelled "UNCLE!" I started laughing and so did everyone else, Dally ran out of the house silently crying.
