So today my dad was driving my sister (who is TeaLev go check her out. Now. Free promo), our friend, and I are in the car. 
My sister yells "What the heck is that kid doing". 
I look over and I see this kid flailing his arms on top of a garbage can. 
It looked like he was having a seizure! I didn't know if I should help him or not!
