Task-Agenda
This is something I've been doing for a while and I thought I should share it with you.
If you have a weekly/monthly agenda for school or work or whatever, flip forwards a few weeks and write happy things in the margins. For example, "remember to smile!" or maybe "stay strong, you got this!" And then, when you finally get to that week, you're giving yourself encouragement in a transcendence of time.
So it's pretty cool.

P.S. Happy 100th day of DDOH Part II! I think it's the 299th day of the year? Anyway, we are somewhere around a milestone. Yay!
