This is inspired by the title of yesterday's quote. So, I was titling the chapter, and an unbidden memory rose up from my childhood.

"Be happy and healthy! Eat right!"

Smart Cat is an advertising technique on PBS kids, or at least he used to be. It came on during commercial breaks, and would have little skits about eating healthy and exercising. This was basically his mantra he would say at the end. I guess it got ingrained into my brain.

So his little saying is our quote today. I guess being healthy makes you happier just as being happy makes you healthier. Connections are cool.
