And so arrived the closing of this year. So much has changed for me this year, and I can only imagine the same for all of you. But the important thing is, we all got through another year.

I want to take this opportunity to sum up a lot of things that I've learned while writing this book, and I hope you have too.

Be kind. Be generous. Be forgiving. By doing this, you not only empower others, but empower yourself.

Embrace the beauty of nature. There are so many things about this world that we take for granted, but if you open your heart and your wonder, you will find magic beyond comprehension.

Start seeing people as who they are: people. People with thoughts and hopes and dreams and struggles just like you. Everyone has a story.

And finally, love yourself. You are beautiful, wonderful, powerful. Please, please, please, believe in yourself, and take care of yourself, and embrace your good qualities.
