You may not think much when people say "your friends are your family" but it's true. And you get to choose them. Life without a family is hard. So don't reject people. Make friends. Have a family. And trust your friends.

Friends are such a gift to the world. The wonderful things they do and say, everyday, to support their other friends: it's one big system of people relying on one another and a friend is priceless.
