I'm 100% positive I've posted this quote before, but I really love it. Yes, life is hard. It tries to tear us time time after time. But you are strong. You are resilient. In this fight, my money's on you.

It also reminds me of the Jewish proverb, "I ask not for a lighter burden, but for broader shoulders." This resonated with me so strongly the first time I read it. No matter what religion you are, at some point, we've all looked up to the sky and said "hey, life, take it easy on me today, okay?" or "dial it back a bit" or "WhY aRe YoU sO CrUeL?!"

I would apologize for being so dramatic, but my passion is part of my personality, and I WILL NOT APOLOGIZE FOR WHO I AM! <3

The point is, try something else today. Instead of asking life to take it easier, ask if maybe today, you can be a little stronger. If something is tearing you down, just remember, life throws things at people who can stand their ground.

Stay standing.
