Task- More Deep Breathing
It's been a while since we've done deep breathing. Let's do it again!
Find somewhere quiet and sit up straight. Inhale deeply. Be sure that the breath goes all the way down to your stomach, your rib cage expands, and your shoulders stay relaxed. Count to five for the inhale, five for the exhale. Repeat. Several times.
Six times if you want.
Man, even 16.
Or 36.
WHO KNOWS.
Breeeeeeeathe.
