Here are just some of the reasons why YOU are so amazing.

1. You're here! On this planet! That's incredible! The chance of you existing—your exact DNA, personality, quirks, fears, favorites, and everything in between—is so so so small. But the universe was like "you know what we need? THIS person." Your existence is unique and beautiful and you offer the world things only you can.

2. You care. You decided to read this book (terrible hiatuses and all) because you, at some level, care about your emotional well-being. That's AWESOME. So many people don't take care of themselves, and it's sad and heartbreaking. But you, at least, are trying. I don't know what's going on in your life. I don't know what challenges you're facing. But you are FIGHTING BACK. You are a warrior. I'm so proud of you. And you should be proud of yourself.

3. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. Oh my goodness GrACiOUs so beautiful. I don't care if you're a boy and being called beautiful isn't cool, you are beautiful. Your body is perfect. Your face is absolutely stunning. The world is so lucky to have you. <3

And these are just some of the THOUSANDS of reasons why you are a truly amazing human. I want to be best friends with all of you. You're so FREAKING AWESOME.

Remember how amazing you are today. Take that insecurity and say, "NOT TODAY, SUCKA." You're ten million times better than that.
