Quote- Be Happy, Not Perfect
I have begun to judge the success of my day on two things:
1) how happy I was
2) how happy I made others.
Don't worry about achieving perfection. That doesn't exist. Even if it did exist, that would be boring.
Have you ever read a character in a book who literally had no flaws? Weren't they obnoxious and boring?
But those super happy characters, the ones that made you smile and we're kind to others? Those were the ones you fell in love with—despite their flaws.
So what would you rather spend more time working towards?
