There are people in your life who want to support you. Who care about you more than you could ever know. This is not only from me—it's from them.

I know this book can be a little over-the-top positive sometimes, but this is just a reminder that...I know. I know life is hard and I know saying "Smile!" doesn't really help sometimes. Maybe you're going through a really tough time, and people keep telling you to just "be happy!"

That's not how that works. I know.
