"It's okay to be reserved and quiet; it doesn't make you boring, it makes you a beautiful mystery."

If being in social situations or something of that kind makes you uncomfortable, you don't have to feel pressured to speak or interact due to the anxious feeling that you're boring. Some people legitimately are happier on their own. That's okay. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
