The Lord always knows what I need.

This year has been tough for me so far. Academically, emotionally, mentally and with regards to friends and family.

At times it feels like I'm falling apart, sanity only hanging by a thread, but God comes and reminds me that He is with me and that I should trust in Him.

I should pray, meditate on His Word and talk to Him.

This morning when I saw this verse ons Instagram, it just reminded me again about how great He is and that I am never truly alone.

I should find my peace in Him and He will give me strength.
