After your fight with Dark you slipped into the bathroom and shut the door behind you to give yourself some distance between the demon on the other side of the door. You took a deep breath and collected your thoughts. You recounted the conversation in your head and realized just how possessive Dark was. He had become so enraged at you when you said you were going out to meet with another guy. You remembered him punching the wall and the fear you felt from it. You didn't want to be afraid of him, though. Although he suffered anger issues, you could still look past it and see the sweet romantic he is. You did not want to anger him by going out, but you knew that if you didn't, Tyler would be suspicious.
After a little while you finally got dressed in the clothes Dark had picked out for you. The gym shorts he had given you were very comfortable around your waist. The t-shirt practically engulfed you, but it gave you the comfort you needed to face today. After brushing the knots out of your hair, you decided to leave the bathroom. When you walked out, Dark was nowhere to be seen. Your eyebrows furrowed together in confusion as you headed to the living area. The light sizzling noise you heard brought you into the kitchen where you saw Dark flipping pancakes. A small smile appeared on your face as you watched him delicately make delicious food. You couldn't be upset at him forever, he was just too charming. Stepping towards his large form, you wrapped your arms around his waist and rested your head on his shoulder, scaring him.
"I'm sorry," you whispered in his ear before kissing his neck.
"What are you sorry for? I should not have looked at your phone. It's my fault. Sorry for scaring you by punching the wall."
"It's fine, Dark."
"No, it's not. I hate to see you frightened by my outbursts."
"Dark, it's okay. It just means your protective of me and I, uh, kinda like it."
Dark's deep chuckle vibrated his chest. "Okay, Princess. Go have a seat at the table; the pancakes are done."
You kissed his cheek and headed towards the table like you were told. Soon, steaming pancakes were stacked on a plate before you, waiting to be devoured. You licked your lips before swiftly cutting the food and taking large bites.
"This is my way of apologizing for my actions," Dark spoke up after a few moments of eating.
"I gladly accept your apology," you giggled as you took another bite.
After breakfast, you promised Dark you would spend all day cuddling or doing whatever he wished in hopes that he would not be as enraged about you going out tonight. He seemed to see right through your scheme, but still accepted your offer. A large blanket currently engulfed you and Dark as you two watched an awful low-budget film on T.V. Your head rested on Dark's chest as you were craddled against his body. His large chest rumbled as he spoke.
"It's like they aren't even acting! I could do better than that! It's just pathetic," he spat at the actors on the television.
"I know! It's awful!" You groaned and nestled your head onto his chest. He rested his hand on your back and began to rub circles. Your arms instinctively wrapped around his neck and your hands went into his hair. His scent filled your nose as you took a deep breath.
"Comfortable, Princess?" Dark spoke lowly, making his voice deeper than it already is.
"Mhmm," you mumbled into his chest. "Hey, Dark?"
A low growl emitted from his lips and you quickly remembered why. "Oh sorry, Daddy?" You corrected.
"Yes, darling?"
"You aren't mad about me going out tonight, are you?" You asked as you innocently and sweetly looked up into his eyes.
"Of course not, Princess. Like you said, if you didn't go, Tyler would be suspicious."

The sun began to set in the west when you realized it was getting close to time for you to leave. You had picked out an outfit yourself, regardless of what Dark said or thought. In fact, you hadn't seen him since the end of the movie earlier. He had wandered off some place and hadn't returned.
After getting dressed and prepared to go, you slipped on your shoes and grabbed your purse.
"Daddy? I'm leaving." There was no response.
"Daddy? Where are you?" Still no response was heard.
"Dark?! Answer me!" You pleaded. Silence met your ears and you sighed.
I'm leaving, you thought as you gripped the doorknob of the front door.
I'm sorry I'm not there right now, Princess. I had to take care of something urgent. I should be home by the time you return.
You opened the door and stepped outside.
The cool, crisp air brushed against your cheeks as you walked down the street towards the diner. You lifted up your arm and checked the time on your watch. 5:50. Great, your timing was perfect. You turned a corner and spotted the diner a few steps ahead of you.
When you pushed open the glass door of the diner, a bell hanging over the door announced your arrival and interrupted the smooth 80s music bumping throughout the restaurant. You gave the diner a once-over, taking in all of its retro style and neon signs. When you slid into a booth, a pretty waitress handed you a menu before heading to the kitchen. You glanced at the menu and eagerly read all their options and sides. Lifitng your arm up, you checked your watch. 5:57. Tyler should be here soon. The waitress strode back to your table.
"Honey you look lonely. Got someone you're waiting for?"
"Um, yeah actually. He should be here any minute. His name's Tyler." You mentally scolded yourself for eagerly telling the woman information.
"Oh, Tyler! We all know Mr. Schied. He comes to this diner very often," she leaned a little closer. "I think he's pretty cute, don't you?"
You nervously swallowed as blush tinted your cheeks. "Um, yeah I guess so."
The waitress laughed. "I'm just messing with you, honey. Here he comes now."
Tyler finally walked in and you smiled and waved him over. His adorable curls were restricted by the dark blue beanie he wore. His eyes met yours and you smiled, noticing that they were actually dark blue instead of brown like you thought they were.
"Hey, (Y/N)! It's so great to see you. You had me a bit worried."
"Why's that?"
"You haven't been to class in such a long time. The days just seemed darker without you."
You smiled at his sweet words. The waitress came over and you both ordered strawberry milkshakes after she winked at you several noticeable times.
You and Tyler chatted about anything and everything. Your jokes you made here and there making him throw his head back with laughter. When he finally calmed down, you noticed his beanie had shifted back and you could see a dark spot on his temple that seemed to be a large bruise. You reached your hand up towards his face, immediately gaining his attention.
"Ty, what happened?" You gently touched the sensitive spot.
"Oh, that? It's nothing, really."
"Obviously it's something."
"I was texting instead of paying attention to where I was walking and I smacked into a pole." You just nodded, not completely believing his story.
The rest of your night with Tyler was completely delightful. You two joked about professors and discussed life all the while chugging your milkshakes. Tyler knew how to make you laugh and you enjoyed being with him. After a while, you looked down at your watch and noticed the time.
"Shit! It's already 9:45. The diner closes soon and I should head home."
"Yeah, you're right," he replied. You both scooted out of the booth after paying. Tyler held the door for you as you headed outside. "It is very dark out, do you want me to take you home?"
You bit your lip. "Uh, I can probably walk from here."
"I insist, (Y/N). It's too dark for you to walk alone. It'd be dangerous." He flashed you his amazing smile and caused you to smile too. You finally gave in and soon he was parked in front of your house. You unbuckled and were about to get out.
"Hey, Ty, thanks for an amazing time and the ride home."
"Of course, my pleasure. We should hang out more."
"Yes, we really should. Goodnight!" You stepped out and closed the door. You gave Tyler a little wave when you made it to the front door and exchanged smiles with him. He pulled away as you stepped inside and shut the door behind you. Suddenly, large arms grabbed you and pinned you to the wall.
"Why were you out so late?"
