This os starts from when avneil rescued misti from vidhyut and brought her to khanna mansion.

It's been a month since avneil brought misti to khanna mansion but that was not enough vidhyut kept on threatening neil or other family members.

Neil ignored him as always and appointed a tight security for the family and of course for avni because he knew that vidhyut is more dangerous than his mother and his anger is only for avni.

It's been more hectic for neil, he was quite a busy due to the new case plus new responsibility of misti. Sometimes mishti also demanded a little time from neil. And avneil had no conversation because both were busy in their work. Avni was trying to be with mishti as much as possible so that no danger could harm her. But every wife craves for her husband to be with her right? She was also missing Neil and sometimes thought to go to the police station to spend a tiny little much time but Neil had strictly prohibited her to step outside because vidhyut could harm her he was just waiting for a perfect chance so that he could take his revenge.

One fine day avneil were sleeping peacefully in each other arms. Yesterday night when Neil came late she was already in a deep slumber and he was also tired so he just changed himself in comfortable clothes and took her in his arms forgetting every tension and stress. She is both his weakness and strength. The thought of losing her is enough to break his heart. He just pulled her closer and buried his nose in her hair and drifted into deep slumber promising himself to always protect her.

At present Sun rays peeped into their room through the window. Neil moved his face away to dodge this hot sun rays but it didn't help him at all so finally he woke up and blinked his eyes to clear the vision. His eyes landed on avni who was sleeping resting her head on his chest. Her lips formed in a perfect pout and he felt the sudden urge to peck her pout. He smiled and shakes his head thinking about his imagination. he planted a soft kiss on her forehead and went to washroom placing her head on the pillow carefully. Later he was ready for the day and looked himself in the mirror one last time. Avni was stirring in sleep continuously neil goes close to her and sat beside her caressing her hair and she dozed off immediately. He smiled and went from there kissing her forehead. It's their new normal though they haven't got a chance to spend the time but this small yet precious moments gave them the strength.

After sometime Avni woke up and didn't find neil beside her. she understood he already left for the station and smiled sadly. Nevertheless she got up and freshen up. Getting herself downstairs she got busy in mishti and other works but her mind was somewhere else obviously in her husband's thoughts. And yet again another day passed without each other's glimpse.

Next day, Neil as usual was at police station and khanna family had gone to some relative's marriage. Juhi and misti were at park and avni was alone at home.

She was sitting on the bed and  remembered hers and Neil's moments and a tear escaped from her eyes but she quickly wiped it. Then she heard some voice from downstairs and got alerted. She picked up the vase from table and goes downstairs. With Every step her heart was pounding so loud that any one could hear in that silent house. There were pin drop silence in the house.

She reached in the leaving room and saw darkness all around in whole house then she felt some movement behind the curtains near window. Her heart was beating so loud now and fear engulfed her with the thought that what if its vidhyut.

Avni : ka..kaun he waha?

The person behind the curtains smirked sensing her fear filled voice.

Avni slowly moved towards the curtains taking slow steps. She held the vase more tightly and thought "Neil kaha ho tum please aajao am very scared"

She reached there and moved away the curtains slowly and seeing the man behind the curtains her body froze at the place. Her biggest enemy vidhyut was standing in front of her holding a gun and seeing this she scared more and only uttered one thing

Avni : vi..vid..yut

He laughed loudly scaring her more

Vidhyut: ananya verma oops sorry Mrs.avni Neil khanna Kya hua aaj pehli baar me aapki avaz me Dar mehsoos kar raha hoon. Oh come on ananya I don't like weak enemies. Akhir kar ladne ka maza usike saath aata he jo takkar ka ho nahi.

Avni was already frightened because Neil once told her that vidhyut is very dangerous, he had murdered people without any Mercy.

She turned around to escape from  there but vidhyut shot the bullet on her head from behind and she fell on the ground in a pool of blood.

Neil : avni avni avni nahi meri avni,Avni please utho.

Neil murmured in his sleep,Avni opened her eyes and saw neil who was sweating badly and only taking her name.

She sat up on the bed and switched on the lights of room and tried to wake him.

Avni : Neil Neil utho

She caresses his hair,she wiped the sweat beads on his forehead.

Suddenly He jerked from his sleep and shouted loudly,

Neil : avni, avni meri avni,avni utho please avni tum mujhe chodke nahi jaa sakti avni

Avni : Neil me yahi hu dekho,kuch nahi hua he mujhe

But he did not listen anything he was only shouting her name going uncontrollable for avni.

Avni slapped him once to bring him  back then hugged him tightly rubbing his back and caressed his hair.

He was sobbing uncontrollably in her arms since half an hour clutching her firmly.

After sometime he stopped crying but was still clinging to her pouring the silent tears.

Avni broke the hug and cupped his face, he was looking down

Avni : dekho meri taraf Neil

He looked up at her sniffing like a baby his eyes were blood shot red and hair messed up.

Avni :Kya Hua? Koi bura sapna dekha tha?

He nodded.

Neil :bohot bura. Rooh kaap uthi thi meri. Avni I know I messed up everything in our life,kabhi kabhi tumhe bhi lagta hoga na kis insan se pyar kar liya mene, Lekin tumhe khone ke khayal se bhi meri rooh kaap uthti he please mujhe chodkar kabhi mat jaana please.

Avni :shh ek baat meri kaan kholkar sunlo Neil jab tak me zinda hu tab tak me tumhe nahi chodne wali. In fact marne ke

He covered her mouth with his hand.

Neil : marne ki baat bhi mat Karna.

Both looked at each other emotionally Neil leaned towards her and kissed her lips softy and she also responded equally. She held the back of his neck and ran her fingers on his hair. Neil takes her on his lap and deepened the kiss.

Sensing her out of breath he broke the kiss. Both were panting heavily. After sometimes he spoke

Neil : I love you avni,I love you so much. Without you I am nothing,Avni he tabhi Neil he varna kuch nahi. You are my life and the thought of you going away from me is not less than a nightmare for me I am scared of losing you avni.

Avni : I love you too Neil and aur mai hamesha tumhare saath hu. Ham dono Milkar har mushkil ka saamna karenge.

She kissed his forehead then his both eyes,nose,cheeks to ensure him that she was there with him in every thick and thin.

Avni : ab so jaye?

Neil nodded.

Neil was about to sleep but avni stopped him and indicate him to sleep on her lap.

Neil smiled and kept his head on her lap hugging her waist tightly and snuggled more into her stomach. Avni caressed his hair and smiled.

Both closed their eyes and drifted into sleep.

Next day

Whole family was having breakfast and chatting randomly.

Neil was done with his and stood up to leave for his work.

Neil : mom avni kaha he?

Shweta :vo kitchen me he tillu.

Neil nodded and went to kitchen.

He entered in the kitchen and saw his wifey who was making poha for everyone. He smiled and goes towards her. He snaked his arms around her waist from behind and positioned his chin on her shoulder.

Avni : Neil tum gaye nahi Abhi tak?

Neil :hmm ja hi raha tha.

He kissed her shoulder then crook of her neck taking her breath away by his ministrations

Neil: Bye wifey

Avni smiled and said bye.

Later after having their food all settled down in the living room. When avni's phone started ringing. Seeing the caller Id she froze.
