After talking with juhi avni started doing her packing but her mind was somewhere else. She shook her head and concentrates on her work and leaves for airport.

Other side neil also decided to go Mumbai today. He packed his suitcase and informed dd about the same. They both boarded the flight.

At Mumbai airport,

Avni came out from airport searching something in her bag. Her shoulder brushes with someone and her heart started beating loudly as if someone really close to her is near to her.

She turned around but couldn't find any familiar face she Sighed and looked forward trying to find the car or her family member.

She saw a guy leaning to a car smiling looking at her. She squealed in joy and ran towards him. He was ali avni's childhood friend and very close to mehta family.

Avni hugged him tightly getting emotional. She is seeing him after so many years. After sometime they parted and ali hit her head lightly.

Ali: kya madam itne saalo baad yaha aayi hai tujhe sharam nahi aati apne parents and this cute sa friend of yours ko tadpaate hue huh.

Avni: chup kar dramebaaz phone par toh baat hoti thi na.

Ali: bas bas phone ki toh baat hee mat kar sirf 2 ya 3 minute baat hoti thi.

Avni: accha bas ab baaki ki complaints ghar jaa par kar lena I'm very tired.

Ali: yes mam

He saluted her dramatically and she chuckles shaking her head.

Avni: ali tera kya hoga ali

He placed her luggage in car and they both drove from there.

Other side,

When Neil was coming out from the airport his shoulder brushed with someone. He tilted his face a bit but couldn't see her face due to her hair. His heart started pounding loudly. He was waited for her to turn but before he could see her dd dragged him from there. He took a deep breath and shook his head trying to remove that image from his mind.

Dd looked at him confused.

Dd: Neil sir are you okay?

Neil looks at him and smiles nodding his head.

Neil: yes dd and don't call me sir. Here I am not your sir only your friend okay?

Dd: okay neil. Vese tum vo ladki se miloge?

Neil: pata nahi dd I don't have her address. Kuch saalo pehle bhi maine koshish ki thi usse dhundne ki par he Sighed. agar destiny main hamara milna likha hai toh ham zaroor milenge.

Dd smiles and patted his back. They saw vidhyut coming in to their direction. Neil smiles and hugged him tightly. Vidhyut patted his back and breaking the hug he smacked on his head.

Vidhyut: idiot bohot jaldi aa gaya tu tere bhai ki shadi hai koi neighbour ki nahi.

Neil: pata hai ab aa gaya na toh chalo.

They chuckled and sat inside the car.

Avni and ali reached mehta mantion. Avni tiptoed inside the house and saw her mother busy in some work. Neela had her back towards her so she didn't see her.

Avni stood behind her quietly and snaked her hands around her neck, neela jumped on her place due to the sudden appearance. She tilted her neck and saw avni.

Neela stood up smiling and embraced her daughter in her motherly warmth. Avni hugged her tightly feeling contented in her mother's arms.

She broke the hug and cupped avni's face.

Neela: kitne saalo baad dekh rahi hu meri bacchi ko. Kesi ho baccha?

Avni: main bilkul thik hu. Aap kese ho?

Neela: apni beti ke beena main thik ho sakti hu? Pata hai kitni fikar rehti hai mujhe tumhari bas ye last year uske baad tum yahi rahogi hamare saath is that clear?

Avni: haa maa aap abhi se suru ho gaye. Juhi aur dad kaha hai?

Juhi: choti

Avni: juhi

They both hugged each other jumping on their place. Neela ma shook her head looking at them and chuckled.

Ashish: princess

Avni: papa

She hugged him placing her head on his chest.

Avni: ab aapki tabiyat kesi hai? Maine jo medicines boli thi vo asar toh kar rahi hai na?

Ashish: bilkul I am fit and fine.

Juhi: accha ab room main chal avi mujhe tujhse kuch zaroori baat karni hai.

Neela: juhi baatein baad main, avni jao fresh ho jao main tumhare liye khana lagati hu

Avni: thank you maa sirf aap hee

Before she could complete juhi dragged her to their room. Ashish and neela chuckled looking at them. Avni and juhi entered inside avni's room. Avni Sighed feeling contented coming to her room after so many years. She had never visited her home after she went to Delhi because she wanted to be away from the memories that kept on haunting her even now.

Juhi: avi beth mujhe tujhse kuch baat karni hai.

Avni frowned looking at juhi she was sounding stressed. Nevertheless she sat on the bed beside juhi waiting for her to say something.

Juhi: avi neil vidhyut ka bhai hai

Avni looked at juhi numb for all these years she was trying to run away from him and his memories and here juhi is saying he is vidhyut's brother that means she has to face him every day.

Juhi kept her hand on avni's hand and gave a gentle squeeze.

Juhi: I know what you are thinking right now, mujhe bhi kuch dino pehle hee pata chala jab maine neil ki photo vidhyut ke ghar dekhi and he also knows about you two.

Avni looked at juhi shocked. She looked down not knowing how to react to this.

Juhi: avi bohot saal ho gaye hai uss baat ko bhul jaa ab. Tujhe pata hai main hamesha sochti thi ki agar ham dono ki ek hee ghar main shadi hogi toh kitna maza aayega. Tu aur main

Avni: ek hee ghar main kya matlab?

Juhi: I know what i am going to say is selfish but you have to listen to me first okay? I want your marriage with neil. He still loves you avni vidhyut told me that.

Avni chuckled sadly

Avni: but main nahi karti

Juhi: oh please avni don't lie at least to me. Tujhe kya lagta hai mujhe pata nahi hai tune kyun khud ko sab se dur kar diya. Look avni it's between you both but vidhyut told me about his condition. He had also distanced himself from everyone and

Avni: toh Karan ka kya?

Juhi looked at her shocked. This thing had totally slipped out from her mind.

Juhi: main toh bhul hee gayi thi karan ke baare main but avni don't ruin your life if you're not happy just say it marriage is a lifetime commitment. Are you ready for this?

Avni looked at her emotionless and just nodded looking at no particular.

Juhi Sighed feeling helpless.

Juhi: tu fresh ho kar niche aa jaa. Aaj sham ko vidhyut aur puri Khanna family dinner ke liye aa rahe hai.

Saying this she went from there. While avni looked at her retreating figure and a tear slipped from her eyes.
