pt 2 of being sick..wasnt really a part anything but ok

"I'll get you something. A present" Anzai said still hugging M/n.

"Yeah? We..still didn't have our hot pot yet"

"Still want to?" "Yeah. But when?"

"Any time will be fine"

"Are you sure? What about work?" M/n asked looking up at his eyes looked to the side. "I've been suspended...so I'm off the job"

"What?! That's crazy. Only because you hit Professor? Sorry about that.." 

"Why are you apologizing?" he asked making M/n's gaze averted to the side. "Because it's my fault in the first place" Anzai pulled M/n's head to his chest. "No...just stop talking. It's not a problem, so stop worrying" "Finnee"

"Question?"

"Yeah?"M/n said with his fast still on Anzai's chest.

"Vampires only like human blood.. So why..the day I licked your blood off your cheek..it tasted good? And you're a vampire too, I dont get it" he questioned. "I dont know...my mom never told me. Only that it was special and it tasted better than others.." he told him. Anzai leaned into the hug for a few moments before closing his eyes.

'I wonder if they're there yet' M/n thought walking into what looked to be a nice coffee shop. Miwako waved. "M/n over here!" And Tsukasa waved aslo. Now he had to wave back or else she would think something was wrong and start to ask questions.  

He sat down next to Tsukasa(Miwako was across from u both). "I haven't seen you since winter break started. You stopped talking to me" "We dont really talk much tho"

M/n was taking sips of coffee. "I assume that means you have a man" she asked making him choke on his drink. "What? For real?" she said surprised. "I-i wouldnt say we're together" she gasped. "I never heard you stutter before. And by the look on your face and you're reaction it's going pretty well. So spill! I've tried to get Tsukasa[she sweatdropped] to tell me everything but she only gave me a few details. So what is going on with you?" M/n sighed..she just would leave it at that. I guess that's Miwako for you. 

"You're just overreacting. Green tea please" he said towards the last part looking at the waiter setting down Tsukasa's coffee. She nodded with a worried face from their conversation and left. "Uh, I beg to differ. Last time I heard, you don't speak to anyone besides Tsukasa and me. So.." She leaned over the table close to M/n's face and he backed away.  "what's he like? How did you end up meeting him? Is he cute?" 

He sweatdropped, she asking so many questions. "Um well, he's...not that friendly... He sometimes gets angry with me...But he's a big softy. And he's willing to admit when he's wrong"  "And he can jump really high!" Tsukasa added. "..Yeah" M/n said kind of confused but almost forgetting he didn't tell Tsukasa he was a devil. "Wait, what? Is he in track and field or something?" she asked turning to Tsukasa which made her nervous. "Umm no, but uh...well kinda. And uh..[touches her cheek&blushes]We met him on the way home one night. I'm sure he's still coming to our place after work[looks at him]right M/n?" Miwako was shocked and looked over at him. "Wait what?!" 

"I usually make dinner and we'd just hang out" "Wha?! You actually let him in the house and feed him dinner?[hands on his shoulder and shakes]Is that a good idea? [shake]Is he a decent guy? [shakes]Can you trust him?" Tsukasa was trying to get her to stop shaking him and telling her she was overreacting and things.  "Yes, yes. I believe I can trust him. Could you please stop shaking me now" he said calmly and she let go with a sorry and sat back down. She sighed. "Well...if you're absolutely certain, then I guess"

Now, Anzai did have a place. It wasn't much but it's manageable. He laid in bed with his arm over his head/eyes. "I'm so disgusting. I house this filthy devil inside of me and I..." Has flashbacks of him and M/n hugging. "I act like I'm some kind of..protective knight in shining armor"

[Waki buzzes. Beeep] 

"It's Yanagi. How have things been? Come and see me sometime after New Year's. Its almost time for your physical. Oh...and Sakaki is hosting his usual New Year's party at the bar. I got a family thing, so I won't be there. But, all the singles should be. You should check it out. If you feel like it" Anzai sighed.

M/n just had come out of the grocery store and now walking back home keeping a steady pace. He was carrying 4 bags, equal in both hands. His eyes were..I guess you could say tired looking. 'I think I got carried away with the shopping. I've never done that before..I'm feeling kind of..tired. Maybe it's because I didn't eat anything last night..as usual. I don't know why I can't sleep..I just couldn't. Having a hot pot with Anzai on New Year's Eve?[chuckles]Just thinking about it..makes me feel weird inside' he thought and someone bumped into him causing him and his groceries o fall.

The guy stopped looking back "I-i'm sorry. Are you okay?" saying that he hesitantly went to help M/n to his feet. M/n held the side of his face. "Yeah, I'm alright" "I-i really am sorry[frantic breathing]" he says again putting the groceries back into the bags. M/n looks at his eyes closely. 'His eyes are like...-' "Here you go" he said as he stood. M/n grabbed thee bags. "..Thanks..I appreciate it" 

"No problem sir. I'm in a hurry so...![runs away as M/n waves]" M/n's feeling a little off today, so he couldn't sense Anzai behind him.

"A friend of yours?" "Uh?![turns around]Geez..you startled me" "Oh...you went to the store already?" "[sighs]Yeah" He stared at M/n for a moment..like M/n wasn't his usual self. "You feeling okay?" It took a second. "Huh?.. Yeah, I'm fine. Why'd you ask?" "Oh... it's just...you look kind of tired or..like you didn't eat"

"Dont worry about it. It's not like like I have a cold or anything" "You sure?" "Yeah I'm sure" M/n told him before seeing something fall in front of him. "Hm?.. It's snowing. I hope we get a lot"

"Well you don't want too much snow...you'll have to shovel it" "Seriously -_-" Anzai took the bags and walked "Hey!"M/n said going after him. "I got it. Oh yeah. I guess it doesn't snow that much in Tokyo does it" 

{"Authorities are searching for a missing man who fled a restaurant today after a fatal stabbing"} 

"So you're from Hakaido huh?" M/n asked gazing at him. "Thats right, Hokkaido. Around Obihiro"

"Oh..that's cool..Uh! Did you wanna go home for New Year's? Sorry, I should've asked you first" 

"It's okay. I don't really care..I never go home" 'Maybe I should've asked him first' {"Authorities on the scene tell us that the victim was stabbed multiple times-"} The news made Anzai look at the tv."Sounds like that could be a work of a devil" "Hm?"

"They tend to stab their victims after a kill. It's to hide any signs if they drank blood. If I were working the case I would suspect the missing man" "So that means he ran away" Boy M/n sure can't think straight with his sickness. He looked back at M/n. "We cant say for sure though. If the guy happens to be a devil...he may be around here by now"

"What..? But why would..he be around here? The restaurant's pretty far away" "Devil's have superb physical abilities. And run fast, remember? So, did you know the guy back a the store? He seemed suspicious" "I-i never met him before. But he helped me so" Anzai let out an exasperated sigh and put his hand on the top of M/n's head. "You're way to trusting you know that?"

"But he picked up my things..(->-)"

"So picking up your things makes him a good person?" "...Now that you mention it..he might have been a vampire" "Oh great. Now that makes him even more dangerous! Especially since you dont have the energy to do anything. And you're not eating"

"I meant the dark cirlces under his eyes. Meaning he couldnt have drunk any blood" Anzai was surprised. "Wow you...you really know your stuff. Eh?! Obviously you're a vampire and know these kinds of things!" he exclaimed. "But you said you never met him" he says and M/n shakes his head.
