The rainy city of Beckham is home to some of the fiercest villains on planet earth, including Dr. Meteor who's secret base is thought to be hidden atop one of the futuristic city's many skyscrapers. Fitting that a Meteor would choose to choose to live among the stars. Wherever there are villains, heros are soon to follow. Heros like Cyclone, a vigilante that fights back Meteor while on the run from government agents.

     Nobody's sure who the famed hero might be, but the government spies have narrowed it down to three suspects.
