Based on the episode "I am the all spark"

Since optimus used his power from the matrix of leadership to defeat starscream, he goes into the deep coma. Ratchet starts getting into the panic attack as he tries his best to keep optimus alive. The Autobots try to calm ratchet but ratchet would snap at them to!mleave him alone. One night, you sneak into ratchet's room to see ratchet sobbing on optimus' side. You gently put tour hand on his pede.

Ratchet: ahhh!!! Scraplet! *jumps nearly crushing you*
You: whoa! Ratchet! Its me!
Ratchet: *sighs* I'm sorry. You nearly gave me a spark attack. *turns into his human form* what is it?
You: how's optimus?
Ratchet: *hugs you and cries* I've tried everything to bring him back to life after he used the matrix of leadership to stop starscream! I dunno what I'll do without him!
You: *cups ratchet's face* ratchet....

You gently kiss ratchet on the lips. Ratchet gasps at the feeling but kisses you back in tears. You two part for air only for you to see ratchet still crying. You kissed ratchet again. This time you keep kissimng ratchet until ratchet finally calms down.
