It has been 3 months since the autobots escape and hide on planet earth. Optimus Prime had ordered the autobots that they must stay into low profile and not be seen by humans. The autobits also scan the humans for their human forms if they get caught by actual humans.

That is one clear afternoon, Bumblebee and windblade are on a drive on the road or on the flight when they hear a baby cry.

Windblade: you hear crying?
Bumblebee:  yeah. Let's follow the sound.

Bumblebee and windblade sneak as they follow the crying noises. The crying noises is revealed to be you inside the crashed car. Your parents had been severely injured.

Bumblebee: we gotta help them.

Bumblebee took you in his alt while windblade flew your parents to the hospital.  Bumblebee and windblade had turn into humans as the nurses and doctors take the parents and you to urgent care.

Later, the nursing supervisor came to Bumblebee and windblade with the sad news.

Supervisor: the baby is alive, but his/her parents are gone.
Bumblebee:  condolences to the family
Windblade: where will the baby live now?
Supervisor:  he/she is about to be transferred to the orphanage unless you want to take him/her in.
Bumblebee:  we will take care of the baby.
Supervisor:  very well. I wish you both the best of luck.

Back at the ark, Bumblebee and windblade explained to the autobots about the intense rescue and how they adopted you. You will grow up and become a strong warrior with the autobots.
