Prowl sighed. He saw no point in going over this, Cyclonus already lost the case. "Alright let's review" Prowl said as he took a datapad. Tailgate's normal, happy gaze turned serious. "Tailgate you're suing Cyclonus for the house, the kids and for him to move away?"

Tailgate simply nodded. "There's no point in having him around if he's already guilty of things"

Prowl looked to Rodimus who held another datapad. "He's been found guilty of, Child abandonment, murder, resisting arrest, illegally stepping near his son, and attacking Tailgate so..domestic abuse" Rodimus replied.

"So that pretty much ends the trial here then?" Prowl asked to Rodimus. He nodded and went through the datapads. "Yes unless Tailgate Can vouch for him and prove he should stay"

"I want him gone" Tailgate growled. "I tried, again and again find proof that he is a good sire but this slag head doesn't deserve the kids if he's not going to put effort into being a good sire!"

Prowl nodded and pulled Rodimus aside. "Alright we already know Tailgate gets the rights to the kids" Rodimus sighed. "But it's so confusing on how he still wants to give Cyclonus rights!"

"We Can do holiday visits..we can't do daily visits" Prowl suggested. "But what about Cybertail?" Rodimus asked as he watched the bow divorced couple argue.

"Absolutely no contact unless it's through com link or thirty feet away" They both nodded and wrote the terms down.

"Okay Cyclonus" Prowl said as they sat in their chairs again. "You will not be able to see your kids until a holiday comes, and with Cybertail he will visit ten times a year ONLY if you stay thirty feet apart, no physical contact with your kids what so ever"

Cyclonus didn't argue and simply nodded.

"And if we catch physical contact with your kids we will sign over your kids to your clone and you will never be able to see them again" Rodimus finished.

This was a quick trial, but everyone was glad. Tailgate walked away smiling.
