Personality: He loves to laugh and he cares about his people and I wish I could say he just wants the best for the future inhabitants of New Haven and he was a genuinely good person, but he has a dark side. He wants revenge and will do anything to get it. Haley was captured and tortured by the Cybeams and his brother died trying to help him escape. He never forgave the Cybeams and believed if one gang would do such horrible things, so would the others. His goal is to destroy the gangs and reveal their wrongs. He wants the secrets shattered and the people to be free. And to prevent anything like what happened to him happening again, he wants to merge them into a complete democracy where the people rule and everyone represents themselves. The majority would rule, but if there were enough people disagreeing, the rule would be split over half the area.
