Isolation

Walking away from problems is never easy, because the more you ignore it... the weaker you feel!
A few days ago I was having lunch with a friend. And 3 girls in front of us started commenting on how weird I was... and how greasy my hair was! (Mind you I just got out of practice)
And I kinda ignored them... my face got red and I was quiet, then they started throwing food at me... mainly their peanuts and other hard foods. And I told them to stop, but I was really soft spoken about it... I waited for everyone to leave out of the cafeteria so that I would be last... then I went to the girls bathroom and cried... but I didn't want anyone to know so I didn't wail or anything... I was crying... softly. And I waited for everyone to leave the bathroom... and I stayed in there for a while until I stopped crying...
And then I waited longer so that when u went back to class... my face wouldn't look so puffy.
I didn't like the situation, so I removed myself to a private place to get away!
And if your sad...
Then cry!
Crying helps release toxins and stress from your body!
