Noah's POV:

"Noah....I need you to be my date. " she proposed as she fidgeted with her small plump fingers and my eyes was already wide for such confession.

She needed me as her date? Like, why?

It's not that I don't want to be her date but why this sudden thing?

"I can't get you, Bella. " I informed as I scratch my head in a confusing and awkward way.

"It's not like your thinking...but you know, the guy you punched that day was so close with my parents and he literally....told them that I'm with you. " she said in a low tone as she avoided my gaze.

"So, my mom...came over yesterday saying that she wanted us to join them. I refused...I swear, but she denied to believe. " she added while continue her innocent way of confessing.

"What should I do now? " I questioned and she looked me expectingly while her eyes glowing.

"Well, you can just show up a bit and leave after I told them the truth. I did told her yesterday, but she doesn't believe me. If your there, saying the same, then she will believe me fully. " she said almost excitedly and I found that adorable.

"When's the party? " I asked with a accepting nod and she smiled widely.

At least, I could redeem myself by doing this favour for her.

I was getting ready for the event that I'm supposed to accompany Bella and I would be picking her up by 8.

After she had informed me the details about this event and the parents, I agreed gradually on one condition

She must take in the handphone with no paying back because I know that she will be stubborn to repay me and she likes the handphone too.

All women does this stubborn thingy well.

So, I used this little favour in return to benefit her.

We started to text some times regarding the event and she's getting used to my messages yet the handphone.

My handphone dinged and I reached for it.

Smiling at her text, I quickly replied that I'm ready and that I will there in few minutes.

I got this smiling emoji back and I smiled along.

On this past 4 days, I did never show up to meet Bella because I knew that Cherry will be there too. She would be mad at me so I decided to fix that thing later.

I'm still on for winning her back and I also want her to know the worth of my love.

After a sigh, I left my room. Grabbing my wallet yet keys, I exited my house and locked it behind.

I got to the parking area and jumped into my car while dashing off to Bella.

I texted her a small, I'm here, and she quickly replied an okay.

I was outside while leaning onto my car, while waiting for her and I could see her from here at her corridor.

I couldn't see her fully well figure as the railing blocking her view but I knew that she's in a dress.

After wandering my eyes around the cars and things around, I caught that I never noticed any of the circumstance here. It's a quiet cool and calm residency.

My eyes scanning everything around and stopped momentarily while capturing the goddess infront me.

The woman is straight from heaven and so screaming gorgeous.

Her off shoulders were so freaking bare and it shows her creamy skin. I like the way the dress caught her around those waist and even though, a blind person could drool over her curves.

She walked innocently to me while putting the strand of her curly hair behind the ear and blushed pink tainted on her cheeks as she noticed my long stare.

I snapped out of my mind and damn, she caught me staring.

"Urmm...we can go? " I rambled out to cover up quickly and she murmured a small, okay.

She went for the door but I refused her to open the door as I stepped close to her while I open it for her instead, just like that day. Our first date. Or fake date?

Her rosy smell were going in my nostril and I smiled at this usual odour on her.

I walked to the driver seat and jumped in quickly while speeding away the moment after my car vroomed.

I parked the car infront of this huge house and to be honest, it looks so extravaganza. I don't know why, Bella's away from her parents as they were only 30 minutes away from her.

And, I refused to push her more knowing that her demeanour changes with such questions.

When the engine's dead, Bella was already out of the car and I jumped out along too.

She walked almost hesitatingly to her parents house and I walked behind her in confusion. We soon, came to face with a crowd of people gathering on their backyard and many of them were giving us looks of wonder while we were walking up to the parents.

She waited for a moment to take a sigh for herself and I knew that she's nervous. I walked up close to her and my hand planted firmly on the small nape of her back to encourage her.

She looked briefly at me and quickly turned her attention to them.

I found this two elderly parents greeting everyone and they stopped in track as they saw her. They walked up to her and the woman engulfed her.

I think, that is Mrs Oborn and the guy behind who's busy glaring me is Mr Oborn.

"Oh, my baby. It's been so long since you joined us. Luckily, you had came Bella. " Mrs Oborn said and her eyes caught me behind her.

"Hello, Mrs Oborn. " I greeted politely and she smiled.

"Oh, young man....so you are the one right? God, my daughter is so lucky. " she said cheerily and hugged me. I smiled at her and return the hug too.

"James...see. He's the one. " she said to her husband behind and the old man came to me for a handshake.

"Mom...no. I bring him here to explain things. " Bella interjected and she was watching us almost surspiringly.

"What do you need to explain more, Bella? You had brought him here and he is a good looking man. What do we need more? " her mother's confession kind of felt like bad and I ignored it.

"Mom...it's not like that. He is just a friend of mine. Whatever, William said isn't right. " Bella confronted and the parents refuse to hear her out.

"No, Mrs Oborn...she's right. I even came here to explain you guys. And, that guy lied...." I was explaining but there's this guy came from nowhere and was already grabbing Bella's attention.

I could see their conversation from my peripheral vision and I forget everything.

"....urmm, where I was? Ah, yes. So, that's all a lie. Bella and I wasn't dating. I'm just a friend of her and I'm already in lo-- " I was interrupted by the same guy, greeting us.

"Hey, Mr and Mrs Oborn. Remember me? " he chimed laughingly and nodded at me yet I could feel my temper arising. Not because he was barging in my conversation but for his arm which laid loosely around Bella's waist.

My eyes were glued to the arm and how badly my mind were begging to break off the arm.

I looked away quickly and sighed.

Noah, you better don't embarrass her here. I reminded myself.

I looked at Bella and she was confused by him too. Yet, she never retreat away from his arm around her but stood there like a stone.

I don't know why but I hate it. I hate it to be here. I hate it when his arm was around her. I hate it to feel so angry. I hate it when she do nothing about it.

I walked away from them. I cared less about what the parents think.

Damn it. If I stand there any longer, I don't know whether it will be a good thing for them.

I walked to the small patio along the pool and stood there facing the dark sky up there.

Her images in that dress that took my breath away evaded in my mind and her beautiful smile too. Soon, his arm around her did appear too and I quickly jolted to erase those images.

I'm still captivated of her beauty and I just realised that how much she filled in my head tonight.

To be honest, I wasn't even thinking about Cherry so frequently and all I could blame onto is my stupid sick mind that couldn't stop thinking about Bella.
