{Narrator's POV}

The monochrome clown gazed at his new victim and grinned from ear to ear as the blood from Gabriel's body stained the carpet floor.

He twitched a few times when Jack ripped a whole in his chest, but now, after stuffing him like a turkey, Gabriel went completely still. His body was limp and his strained eyes were wide open as he laid on the ground lifeless.

Jack let out a chuckle and closed Gabriel's soul-less, almond eyes with two of his claws. The sandy-brunette's hair was dripping of blood and no longer held a beautiful color.

"Master..? I'd hate to interrupt you but... We're still locked inside a highly secured building full of armed men and trained policemen...",

Jamie's timid, angelic voice echoed through the room, but failed to reach Jack.

He was too captivated in his work.

It had been TOO long since he'd gotten the chance to murder someone and stuff them whole with candy... The sensation of the crimson liquid streaming down his arms as his claws ripped his victims to shreds was absolute bliss. As Gabriel gagged every time Jack lunged his arm up into the whole he carved, his grin had widened with pure satisfaction.

"The pleasure to kill is an oh so wonderful feeling to experience!", the monochrome clown exclaimed in his head as his dark, menacing eyes gazed over Gabriel's bloody remains.

"Master...", Jamie spoke again and this time snapped Jack out of his daze. He turned around and his eyes widened as he noticed Jamie standing next to (Y/N).

Her knees were on the floor and her hands trembled as she gazed at Jack and the lifeless body in front of him. Her eyes were wide and hot tears streamed down her cheeks.

She had a look of fear, one that shocked Jack and made him worry.

Now, that (Y/N) had finally seen Jack's true potential as a homicidal killer, she looked at Jack with a fresh pair of eyes.

Jamie bit his lip as he looked down to study (Y/N)'s face and wondered what she was thinking.

Jack furrowed his eyebrows and abruptly got off the floor. Taking once last glance at his new victim, Jack turned away and walked toward the door. As his hellish figure brushed past the frightened woman, he said, "I told you to stay away. Don't blame me if you hate me now."

Then, as quick as he said it, Jack walked out of the room and continued down the hall. Jamie stared at his Master's retreating form and frowned as (Y/N) remained motionless on the floor.

"Jamie! We're leaving", Jack yelled from across the hall and narrowed his gaze at the boy, as if telling him to give up on the woman and leave already. The slim boy nodded his head respectively and gave one last glimpse at (Y/N) before solemnly following behind his Master.

"WAIT!"

Jamie was shoved back as a warm hand nudged on his arm. He widened his eyes as he looked back to see it was (Y/N).

She was still crying as she gripped onto Jamie's slender arm. The little boy regained his senses and helped the woman off the ground.

(Y/N) caught the monochrome clown's attention right before he had walked into another hall. He gazed at the woman with uncertainty in his eyes as she stared back at him.

Without warning, (Y/N) raised her arm and unexpectedly threw something at him.

A silver watch lightly bounced off Jack's chest and landed on the ground. He bent down to pick it up and curiously scanned over it in suspicion.

But as he noticed the engravings on the back, his frown slowly faded and his eyes widened. He looked up in question and gazed back at (Y/N) as she wiped the tears from her face.

"It's almost Christmas..! And there's no way in hell you're leaving me before we can celebrate it together!", she yelled angrily as she glared back at the clown.

Jack, flabbergasted by her words, looked back and forth between her and the watch. He was even more confused when (Y/N) began running toward him.

In a swift movement, (Y/N) wrapped her arms around Jack and pulled him into a warm, gentle hug. Her lips traced over his and she smiled before pecking him on the cheek.

Jack froze on the spot and tensed up at her sudden playful action. However, as (Y/N) gazed up at him and began to cry again, his arms quickly tightened around her.

"I can't live without you! I don't care if you're a monster... I'm not scared..!", she choked back on her sobs and buried her face into Jack's chest, "I love you..!", she whispered.

As the words slowly sunk into Jack, he felt his jaw drop. Complete shock overwhelmed him and he couldn't comprehend what she said. But as (Y/N) clung to him and weeped into his chest, he realized the gravity of her words... She meant it.

A warm smile spread across Jack's face. Immense happiness exploded inside of him and he reveled in the warmth that he felt inside of his heart for her. His heart was actually racing, beating so fast only because of this woman. And that, well it made him realize one important factor he had overlooked this entire time:

"I love you...", he muttered and stunned the woman he held tightly in his arms. His words sent her into shock and Jack took advantage of the moment to kiss her.

He gently pressed his lips against hers and melted in her arms. Jack poured his heart and affection into this kiss and immediately devoured (Y/N). She smiled in between the kisses and wrapped her arms around his neck as she pulled him closer.

Soon, they were lost in each other's love for the other and felt like they had become one...

Jack pulled away from the kiss and caressed (Y/N)'s cheek as she smiled brightly at him. They both gazed at each other's eyes and lovingly pressed their foreheads together, praying that they'd never be separated from each other for as long as they'd live.

Jamie chuckled to himself and leaned against the wall as he watched the two lovers. He smiled warmly and gazed at them, knowing that those two would become inseparable from now on. "Come on Romeo and Juliet! This place is going to be crawling with guards if we don't get a move on!"

(Y/N) raised her head and furrowed her eyebrows as she realized the situation they were in. Then she pulled away from Jack and turned to face Jamie. He was worriedly watching the other end of the hallway and both the monochrome clown and (Y/N) knew it was time to go.

Jack sighed and grabbed (Y/N)'s wrist before looking ahead to find another exit, "Come on, let's go home", he said. (Y/N)'s eyes seemed to sparkle as she gazed up at Jack and nodded her head in agreement.

{Reader's POV}

My heart was racing as Jack and I hurried down another corridor inside the building. Jamie was ahead of us trying to watch out for other unsuspecting guards that could jump out of no where, if we weren't careful.

I tried to keep up with Jack as he pulled on my wrist. It wasn't like I couldn't run as fast as him, it was just that... Every time I glanced at his claw protectively grasping onto me, it made me feel happy and I found myself dazing off.

I was so relieved when Jack hadn't rejected me like the last time he did—even if he was pretending for Gabriel. I was also a little embarrassed because I couldn't stop crying, but I was just so relived and overjoyed that I couldn't help myself.

The man that I loved so dearly had returned my feelings and claimed me as his own. Now, I could finally be with Jack without having to worry about others finding out about him.

We could be together now, that's it, I won over his affection!

"Master! I believe the men might have begun searching for Gabriel! He was the one who was supposed to be given out the orders!"

"It doesn't matter now, Jamie. All we need to focus on is getting out of here!"

"Yes, I know that Master, but if they see he's been murdered, they'll send for more reinforcements! I doubt they'll think they can take you on all by themselves!"

"I know! That's why we need to hurry the hell up and scram!"

"But! What about (Y/N)? Won't they fire at her too?!"

I bite my lip and worriedly stare up at Jack. He was brooding on Jamie's words and his expression turned grim. He suddenly stopped running and looked at Jamie with a frown.

"Why did you bring that up?"

"Master... If we don't make it in time, we need to prepare ourselves. You know that Master...( Y/N) can't dodge bullets, we need to get reinforcements for ourselves too", Jamie protested and gazed at me with immense worry on his face.

Jack nodded his head and I felt his grip tighten around my wrist, "You're right... Fine, let's call the others then", Jack said with a grin and motioned for Jamie to move.

The caramel-haired boy smiled and quickly ran to my side as he gripped my arm comfortingly. I smiled and pecked his forehead as Jack raised his hand and waved it once in the air.

A massive, strong wind whirled in the air and formed a black portal in the wall. Carnival music could be heard from the other side and the cries of the insane dolls were audible too. The demonic, grotesque children that were once Jack's playmates crawled from out of the portal and moaned creepily as they entered this world.

Jack and Jamie grinned from ear to ear as they watched the children's white orbs turn a pitch-black and bloody tears stream down their hallow cheeks.

I hid behind Jack and chuckled nervously as I gazed at the hellish scene. "Well, this was what I wanted...", I thought as I fearfully gulped and gazed at the zombies with utter terror.

"...uhh... Jack? Wouldn't it be easier for me to wait in the carnival..?", I gripped Jack's arm and hid from the kids as drool dripped from their sharp-edged teeth. Jack shook his head and stared off into the black portal, "Even if my victims can't die there, it's not the safest place for you. With all the children here with me, there'd be no one to protect you."

Jamie heard his Master's response and nodded his head, "That's right... Master might have created the world, but that doesn't mean his creations are entirely obedient to him... it'd be best if you stuck around with us..", Jamie pitched in and I nervously nodded my head.

Jack noticed the fear on my face and chuckled, "Don't worry cupcake, I won't let anything hurt you... Besides, no takesies backsies!", he chided as he smirked at my trembling figure.

I smiled wryly and nodded my head...
