"Hi, sir! Welcome to our cafe!" I greeted the man that walked inside our cafe.

He stopped walking when he reached the counter. I was waiting for him, to tell me his order but he just stared at me for about two minutes. The freak happened to this man? Is he crazy? Do I have something on my face? Does he want a staring contest?

"Uh, sir. What's your order?" I asked. He ignored me.

"Um, is there something wrong?" I once again, asked.

"You're Sandra right?" he suddenly asked.

"Uh, yes," I answered. I showed him my nameplate. Isn't it obvious?

"Right. Can I get your number?"

"That won't work. Can I please get your order? There are still customers who are waiting," I said.

"Oh my gosh! He's here! Finally!" someone yelled, it was my mom. My mom which is also the owner of the cafe is wearing her usual outfit a purple bright dress, with a lot of necklaces around her neck, a lot of rings, also a lot of bracelets. She's wearing a 4 inches purple stilettos. You can hear her shoes tapping, while she's running towards the counter.

"Give him your number right now, sweetie." she told me. Emphasizing thw words 'right now'.

I had no choice, but to give him my number. Well, if I don't, my mom will control me using her spells and magic powers. Also it's embarrassing, there's a lot of customers.

"Thanks, I'll have 1 americano please." the man ordered.

He was looking for a seat and when he found one, he sat. While I was making his drink.

"Lucas." I called.

He walked towards the counter and took his drink.

"I'll text you." he said before he left.

What a weirdo.

"Mom, who is he? He's kind of weird," I asked my mom.

"Oh, sweetie. The story that I told you when you turned 18, that's him. The man who I put a spell on," my mom answered and winked at me.

The heck!? I thought she was not serious back then. I thought it was all a joke.

I just rolled my eyes at her and took some orders.
